I want to give a shout-out to the crew that runs this store. They put the extra effort in whenever possible. The food looks great and tastes fresh. The soft bread on my cheesy-gordita-crunch lined up perfectly with the hard shell. There was just the right amount of sauce. The cheese and lettuce were super fresh. Nice and warm. It was just after 10PM too. Prepared, wrapped, and placed into the bag with care. Napkins and wet-naps even. The crew that runs this store are great. The woman who took my order greeted me in a calm, welcoming way. She got my order right within seconds, which is surprising because I mumble all the time! This Taco Bell obviously always tastes amazing, but anytime I've gone here through the drive thru they never give me enough sauce, even if I ask for a handful (just a minor issue)! Tonight was the last straw. A friend and I saw that the drive thru was long and hadn't been moving, so we decided we might as well go inside, thinking it'd be faster that way. Welp we were wrong... there were several people waiting in the lobby. I order a number 10 and he ordered two tacos. We ended up being stuck there for literally 45 minutes, even though there was several workers in the back. I was also very disappointed in how the manager was treating customers after the lobby was closed, although the doors were unlocked. I just was in line at Taco Bell eight cars back from the window for over an hour. You know what the guy at the window told me? He said that you prioritize delivery orders over people that are actually on the property. I think if you're going to do that kind of shit you need to get rid of your drive-through. Foods good I suppose as far as Taco Bell goes anyway, however, nearly every time I go to this Taco Bell in particular I make sure to check my bag for all my items, it happens so often that they don't give me my complete order that I'm starting to think they steal food from their customers hoping they don't return for it so they themselves can eat it. I love Taco Bell so much, that I feel they should sponsor me. But last night, I ordered 2 Chicken Quesadillas and 2 Doritos Locos Tacos. I got my quesadillas, but no tacos.. I told the guy that I didn't get my tacos and he insisted that they were on my husband's tray. No tacos to be found. I waited at the counter for someone to help me longer than necessary (they weren't even busy), and it took 15 minutes to get 2 freaking crunchy tacos out to me. My husband and brother were already done with their dinner by the time I got my tacos, so I took them home because I felt awful eating when my family was already done.
