Half bag of Chips and Nacho Cheese Sauce

This is the only Taco Bell in the entire area. Knowing that you'd think they'd get their stuff together and be more efficient. It's super normal to come here and wait in line for 20+ minutes. Unfortunately once you're in a certain point, you're stuck and can't get out of the drive thru. Their inside isn't open with COVID. Well, it's open very ocassionally. Next, I'm disappointed with TB in general for their lack of menu. They got rid of some of the best stuff. Anyway, this location always skimps you on so much. Chips and cheese, you never know if you'll get shorted on either. Not to mention the mass amount of crumbs you may get. I always have to order extra red sauce on my bean burrito because they never have enough on it. It's not just a preference thing either. They just put a drizzle on it. The only reason for two stars is that their staff are friendly.

This place makes really good food but is so so so so so slow... SOOOOOOOO slow. I'm not sure if they're hand picking the beans and killing a new cow for every taco, nor am I sure how they can take (what feels like) 6-10 minutes per drive through car, but they're Sloth olympians. i'm sure whoever designed the drive-through line knew the people they would hire in future years would suffer frequent bouts of narcolepsy. You have to follow yourself into a single line that surrounded on either side by at the Taco Bell building and a large brown fence. Once you order, it's like a roller coaster jetting out of the gate. There's no escape. If you go here, have Hulu or a video game queued up on your phone. I'm giving this two stars not for the food quality but because its "fast food "....and therefore, supposed to be.....fast.

    7 layers?? Fresco..
    I D.

Terrible...as usual...so I got the 7layer burrito - fresco which apparently means no rice or guac..just meat tomatoes and beans. And got a hard taco fresco ...ya there was more cheese than a normal taco has... wth?! This place sucks ! Oh ya and last week I got a crunchwrap that was nearly empty inside smdh

Consistently terrible service and poorly assembled food. Corporate should yank this franchisees business.

I would avoid going here anytime you see a long line in the drive through. For this location s long line is not a good sign

Constantly out of menu items and extremely slow drive thru. Very disappointing on several occasions--not returning here.

Sure the employees can be a little short with you, but sometimes the side of attitude is what makes Taco Bell taste so damn good.

The Brussel tacos $5 are great, enjoyed chicken enchiladas $15 and corn battered bites- chorizo hush puppies $5. Enjoyed happy hour: carne assda, 2 Baja fish, crab cake taco $5-6 each.Easy to share food, small bites. Large menu. Downstairs is nice, street level, a bit darker. Upstairs has windows that overlook the street. Good place for groups & families. Brighton can get expensive for meals, so we appreciated the "tapas" small bites, fun to share. Our meal for 3 was $75 including 3 drinks and we all enjoyed it. A favorite place of our local friends

It has character that adds to the experience. We had a fairly large group, we were seated upstairs where it is bright and more spacious than expected. The service was excellent! Very attentive and the food arrived quickly and accurately. The group ordered mostly the carne asada and the Al pastor tacos. It arrives mostly on the same tray and each person grabs their tacos. They were all Presented nicely with tasty toppings. Another person ordered the quesadilla and another ordered a rice bowl, I ordered the wet burrito. It was very big and was filled with a good amount of chicken and lots of rice, topped with queso. We ordered the chips and salsa and the chips and trio, this includes salsa, queso and guacamole. We requested the hot salsa as well. We enjoyed everything! We left full and satisfied. I would certainly eat here again. Great flavors! Quick side note, the prices are on the high side, chips and salsa are not complimentary and each item is ala cart. A side of rice and each salsa, jalapeños etc. gets pricey and when it's added to the tacos priced individually, the bill climbs quickly. Just something to take into consideration when planning an outing.

I asked what was up and the lady came over to explain I was incorrect and "Quesa" just means it has cheese on it and they actually did bring me the right order. She said if I spoke Spanish or if we were in Mexico it would make sense. I've probably ordered thousands of quesadillas for me and my kids in my years. Another lady came out and said let's just remake it but by then I was so completely proven wrong since I don't speak Spanish that I just kept the order. I didn't want to waste the food either. Pro Tip: If you want to order the quesadilla version you have to say "Barrira quesadillas" because ordering it under the quesadillas section will just get you tacos. "Barrira quesadillas" also wasn't listed on the menu but they make it. Maybe last couple times they asked what version I wanted... or it was on a specials board...idk. I suggested they move the combo under the taco section but I guess that wont make sense in Spanish since none of their taco have cheese but combo does?? This place is definitely a 5 star restaurant when the owner is there. This was the first time there when he wasnt.

AWESOME ! We were a little hesitant about finding a restaurant as grandson just started going through the process of determining food sensitivities. My daughter called ahead to check about gluten-free options on the menu as the list of what he can and cannot eat is very limiting at this time and he is still figuring things out which can be rough for a high school senior. We were seated promptly in the front window area and Shannon S. was our server. Now I don't know if Shannon was told to expect us, but she hit the ball out of the proverbial park. Not only did she suggest side options for grandson, but when questions about ingredients were asked that she couldn't answer she went to the kitchen to presumably ask chef--but she came back to the table with answers AND a binder containing all the ingredients for each menu item (no, sorry that has garlic as a seasoning; no sorry that has a sauce with onions; no sorry that has cheese). In the end, grandson was able to choose with confidence side dishes in place of the standard menu options so that his meal wouldn't mess with his digestive system--he became more of an active participant in deciding his dinner--and that his meal was one he really, really, really enjoyed. He was surprised that a restaurant would go to those lengths to help a customer. Brighton Bar and Grill was a favorite spot when husband and I lived in Howell years ago and will definitely come back to the high service and quality food we experienced on this visit.
