The food is ok, I haven't had any issues with it yet. The manager is rude though. I believe that they change the opening hours to their convenience so don't expect them to be open at 9am like google says. After being at the drive through for a while we go up to the window, it was closed, but I wanted to ask at what time do they open, so an employee opened it and said we're not open yet. The manager comes out after her upset that she opened the window and said " you don't have to open, they should know if they see that the drive through isn't working. This is not a 2 star T-Bell, no chance you expect gourmet food from a fast food joint. Stop acting like you paid $15 for an entree at your local Mexican spot. I ordered 4 Cheesy Bean and Rice Burritos w/ added jalapeños and potatoes via the mobile app and pulled up 5 minutes later. My food was ready and I waited maybe 3 minutes behind another car in the drive thru before pulling up to the window. I was not greeted (good practice for COVID imo). 1 minute went by and my food was handed to me in a sealed bag. The food was correct, hot, and it tasted like 4, $2 burritos should. Don't roll up at dinner time, order $40 worth of food and expect it do taste like Gordon Ramsey prepared it in Hell's Kitchen in 5 minutes. Just because you are pushing 350 and you're itching for your caloric fix doesn't mean the employees are rude to you, or that the service is slow, or that the food isn't good enough. If you want better food and better service maybe try tipping or going to a restaurant where the employees are paid well FFS. read more

Call the restaurant and talk to a person for that person to tell me that it's my responsibility to check the bag and make sure my order is correct. I appreciate Yelp's notice to be understanding during COVID, and being in the service industry myself I completely understand why it is being shared. HOWEVER, my husband and I came to this Taco Bell location at about 10:15 on a Saturday night (posted hours open until midnight). We waited in line for 10 minutes before the line moved up, and after another 25 minutes, the lights were shut off on us and everyone pulled out of the drive thru line, unserved. The last time we visited Taco Bell in Brunswick is, literally, the last time. The worst service I have received anywhere. Five employees, 11:30 AM, no one would wait on us. We spent at least five minutes hollering and pounding on the counter before they deigned to take our order (Yes, they knew we were there). The customer behind us went through the same thing. I always have a good experience at this location. Today I was having a "cheat meal" and ordered the Mexican pizza and taco combo. I did not want a soft drink & asked to substitute a bottle of water. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that it only cost an additional 10 cents for the substitution. Other places charge much more! The taco shells were fresh. After waiting 20 minutes with 3 customers in front of me, plus the multiple wrong orders, we decided we could not handle the incompetence any longer, so we asked for a refund and had to wait another 5 minutes for the cashier to find the manager. I went there Sunday April 10at 1 am, they are open until 2, all lights on sat at the drive thru for about 20 minutes and nothing, rode off and saw rhe 2 people inside just talking. Had the crunchy taco supremes. Everything was good with the exception of the shells. They were not fresh. I thought a new restaurant would have fresh shells! I went through the drive through and before I could get to the menu and speaker the server kept asking for my order. I finally said can you hear me and she said just barely. I know she was trying to move customers through quickly but be patient you should know if you don't hear anything you need to wait a minute. Use to have the friendliest staff made it a pleasure to go there. I will try again and hope once the crowd dies down service will be improved. I LOVE TACO BELL.
