Hello my name is Elijah Redic I am a Las Vegas resident , I just moved to Laughlin Nevada and happened to get a interview at Taco Bell (600 Highway 95 Bullhead City, AZ 86430 United States) and the manager by the name Tracy Greenwood racially profiled me for being a black male . I walked in and immediately felt the negative energy from all the employees , mind you there is no color employees here at this location which threw off my energy when I walked in . I sat down for about 5 minutes waiting on the manager to come out. Mind you when I came to the Taco Bell the parking lot was blocked due to construction so I had to find my way parking in the shopping center parking lot and walked all the way to Taco Bell . I was about 5 minutes late , she came to the counter and immediately rudely asked me "what are you here for" I responded I have an interview at 9:30am, she says "well its 9:38 GOODBYE!" which in my opinion and in all the years I have worked I have never experienced something like this . I am a mixed race male that has black and white family members , and for me to get racially profiled at a place I put my trust in to eat and as well as to try and work. I don't usually give ratings for fast food, but I felt the need to give this place some love after the unexpectedly fantastic (for Taco Bell level) meal I had here on a Friday evening while visiting Laughlin. I should have snapped a pic at the awesome crunchy tacos. They were just like I remember from back in the 90s. A good amount of fillings, from the meat to the cheese. The shells were fresh and crispy. They actually looked like what you'd see on a commercial, not the usual squished nonsense with hardly and fillings you find at every Taco Bell these days. Place is crap no personal interaction with a person...you must order at a kiosk and pay with a card and if you need to pay cash then and only then will a employee come and take your payment. It looks as if they are trying to turn it in to a drive-thru only rather than paying employees to run the restaurant they had 3 employees working the store 1 drive-thru 2 making food for the drive-thru and walk ins making walk-ins feel like they should have gone thru the drive-thru because those orders went first. Sometimes I come to this Taco Bell when I go on my annual Laughlin, Nevada trips. The bean and cheese burrito and the crunch tacos are my favorites. The food has always been good. Customer service was great at each visit. Every time I've been it wasn't crowded, so there was a lot of seating. The only thing I don't like that Taco Bell has started doing is making you use the machines to order, which is fine, but it's almost always faster to order with an employee. I still recommend this Taco Bell if you love Mexican food. :) read more

Ordered cheesy bean and rice burritos 30 minutes before close. Got very poorly folded burritos with no rice and some sort of BBQ SAUCE in them. I come here Literally 7-10 times a week for 2 cheesy bean and rice burritos. No exaggeration. Never a mistake until I order within the last hour of being open? Whoever made them was so spiteful and lazy at having to do their job. It's a shame because the girl at the drive thru window was a delight. I hope there's a good manager who cares about doing a good job and can ensure this doesn't happen again. read more

I was really excited and looking forward to the return of the Mexican Pizza. When my wife and I received our order, it was a joke. Her Mexican Pizza had a dab of sauce cheese and toppings in the center and NOT spread to the whole shell. My pizza the cheese was not melted and not cooked. I am completely Disturbed that the green sauce has been taken away. I've been dining at Taco Bell since the early seventies and this was always my favorite and a reason I went there. Yesterday I observed a woman at your facility ordering food and when she went to order her burrito was informed there was no green sauce. You lost a sell because of this. This is my fave fast food place but this location sucks. During my last visit, I waited 55 minutes for my three dollar menu items--they lost my order! "Oh someone pushed a button and erased it. Whatever." No customer service at all; dirty inside. I think they are always short staffed and I feel for them but there are two other locations in town that give better service. Absolutely the worst. I went on a previous occasion a weeks ago and was denied service mid order and told they wouldn't be taking any more orders at 10:15 when they close at midnight. Tonight I went and had a mobile order. The line was long but we were patient and they confirmed the order when we got to the speaker. 30 minutes later at the window they informed us they were out of chips and could not refund us or give us something in place of the nachos. Husband went through drive thru last night 4/24/22. What a train wreck the girl at the window was, he had to tell her the order 3 times and when he got home our order was a disaster. I had the nacho fries box, I asked for a soft taco, no lettuce, Xtra cheese and sour cream and received a hard shell taco with lettuce, no sour cream and hardly any cheese, my 5 layer buritto I asked for light beans, Xtra cheese and sour cream and received tons of beans, hardly any cheese and a little dab of sour cream. He ordered two 5 layer burittos no sour cream or onions, with xtra cheese both had sour cream and again no xtra cheese, as well as 4 soft tacos no sour cream Xtra cheese and once again they added sour cream and no Xtra cheese. Our soft tacos were so soggy, they stuck to the bag, the buritto shells were hard as rocks on the edges. They had no problem charging us an Xtra $3 for the cheese we never got. The excuse we got oh I don't normally work drive thru, I'm sorry how does that have anything to do with putting an order into the computer properly and making it properly. This place has the worst customer service! I love Taco Bell but I'm definitely not coming back here to this particular location. Upon arriving nobody was in line and we can clearly see 4 of the staff members just standing around looking at their phones. We were standing by the front counter viewing the menus and none of the staff greeted and acknowledged us. The,n finally someone asked us if we were ready after about 6 minutes. Our order was a simple 12 pack consisting of 6 seasoned beef soft tacos and 6 grilled chicken soft tacos. The order took about 15 minutes for them to complete and to our surprise was completely wrong. They had given us 12 regualr crunchy tacos, even when the order was clear on our receipt. When we complained that the order was incorrect, the staff acted like it was our fault and was a but upset that they had to correct the order. We decided to have our order refunded due to the poor service they gave us. We ended up eating elsewhere. Customer service is important to most consumers, especially with us. If we feel that we are being poorly treated then we will not waste our money on a business such as this. read more

If you're ever looking to be surprised by getting your order the exact way you asked for it to not be (like no lettuce actually means yes lettuce or extra salsa means no salsa), then this is the perfect place to get that! My friend says it's a great place if you want to be forced to try "new things against your will" and that's accurate! I've also experienced my order being rung up incorrectly. Great news though! It's a holiday weekend so of course it was packed. The workers were amazing. There was a huge line in the drive through so my husband and I went inside. We got one box meal (i believe it was the new double chalupa) and two drinks. I forgot to ask for a large and had already touched the medium. The young girl behind the counter gave us a large cup and when I asked how much do I owe she said nothing. Very nice! So we ended up with two large cups and a medium. We filled our drinks and saw a guy who had a tiny drink cup (keep in mind its like 105 degrees outside) and we gave him our medium. The hubs and I work in customer service and were very impressed with them since it was busy and people were grouchy jerks. One lady came in and started yelling at the sweet young girl we had. You don't yell at a child who is doing her best! She listened and grabbed a supervisor. The lady was yelling about how slow they were and how hot it was outside in her car in the drive through and yelled they had bad customer service and blah blah blah. She was an idiot. They were working their butts off and doing it with a smile. I don't know the out come of the whiney woman but I later told the cashier not to worry about it and that she was doing an amazing job. For it being a busy holiday weekend don't get upset if you get stuck waiting for more than 10 mins. I thought they did an awesome job and our food was delicious!
