Surprised by the low reviews for this location. It's located in a great spot, not far from Morongo Gas in the Cabazon area. We've stopped here several times and never been disappointed. Friendly employees and fast but done correctly orders. We usually order and go inside just to relax and stretch our legs for a little bit. Plenty of seating inside. Lots of travelers chowing down on delicious foods. We've also used the drive thru and never had any issues. Good hot eats and a decent amount of Fire hot sauces. Terrific place to grab some burritos or tacos when you're in the area. There's also a Starbucks just across the parking lot. Makes a good combination. read more

We like to stop here before or after we are heading to AZ or Palm Springs.. the bathrooms are always clean.. and it's not insane and crazy like stopping at some others places to eat. It's basic and good.. you get your food quick! And the order is always right! Plus staff is friendly! read more

Very nice service here. The restaurant is clean and they have a drive-through. Also plenty of easy parking. The food was made to order quickly and correctly. Not much in terms of quality, but it was an easy option while traveling through the area with kids. read more

I don't leave reviews. I'm a general manager of a really nice restaurant. I'm only saying that to put into context why I would leave a review for a Taco Bell in a town I've never been to. Eli (manager I think) and Shannon who is working with him were absolutely outstanding tonight. They had some issues with their payment system, I believe. I know what a nightmare that can be. Especially when busy like they were. They went above and beyond to accommodate their guests whilst being kind and extremely hospitable under pressure with a line of cars that wrapped around the building. Again, I don't leave reviews. If I was able to I would give this zero Stars! So every other Taco Bell nearly on the planet has the $5 luxe craving box while the franchisee at this Taco Bell charges $7.99 for that same box. That being said the food is subpar at best. If I were you, I would go right next door to In-N-Out. Although their prices have gone up as well. The food quality is much better and you don't have to get scammed by this franchisee for overcharging for the same food that you can get at any other Taco Bell. I hope he goes out of business for the Price gouging and hopefully corporate at Taco Bell. Will look into this a little bit further. If corporate at Taco Bell does allow this type of franchisee behavior, they're going to be the next ones to be obsolete. read more

BEWARE!! I had come here in the past, as the 2 other Franchised Taco Bells in Banning/Beaumont, jack their prices to the moon, and do not follow the TV commercial pricing....particularly on the NEW Luxe Cravings box. In Cabazon it was the normal $7...an excellent deal for yummy fast food. But in the Banning/Beaumont locations is was over $10. BUT, NOW.....the Cabazon location has followed by matching the outrageous pricing of over $10 for a $7 item....a Crazy 50% increase for NO reason other than GREED.....and price matching of the franchise locations. SHAME, SHAME, SHAME.....Price gouging should never be allowed or tolerated by the customers, and I will take my $500++ annual Taco Bell budget to Del Taco or any of the other local Mexican food places. 0/5 Stars - Horrible Experience, Rude Management, and Cold Food I had an awful experience at this Taco Belldrive-thru. I placed a mobile order for pickup, and despite arriving on time, they took forever to give me my food. After finally getting my order, we parked and started handing out the food to our kids--only to realize they had missed two Crunchwrap Supremes from our $50 order. I went inside to let them know, and instead of apologizing or fixing their mistake, the short manager, Delani (I think that was his name), kept telling another employee to speak for him, saying he "put them in the bag"--but he absolutely didn't. Worse, he refused to even personally address me and instead demanded that I go back to my car, take the food away from my kids, and bring everything back inside. Then, to make things even worse, he started looking through my food with unwashed hands--completely unsanitary! He made me put all my now-freezing food on the counter and count the items while he ignored me half the time. After all of this, it was finally clear they had indeed forgotten the two Crunchwrap Supremes. At this point, my kids were upset, I was upset, and the entire experience was a disaster. Terrible service, no accountability, and zero respect for customers. Shame on this manager--you should consider a different career because managing clearly isn't your skill. My family loves Taco Bell but we have never been to this location before. So let's get started here. My order was: Breakfast crunchwrap meal - Received as ordered. Mexican pizza meal w/ 2 tacos, tomato ONLY - Received with sour cream, lettuce, cheese & no tomato. 2 Cheesy gordita crunch, regular - Received with tomato only I gave a call in and spoke with Jared the manager. I let him know the issue and that I would like to come back on another morning to rectify the situation. He asked me to hold. When he got back on the line, he told me that his cook said that the order was right & that cheesy gordita crunch don't even come with tomato. I explained to him again the issue, obviously they swapped my special instructions and let him know that I can take pictures of the food and come back with the receipt (this is on my commute to work and I was already too far out of the way to come back). He said you can take pictures of your food if you want but I am not going to refund your meal just your tacos. Ok, at this point I got a little HOT because what the heck kind of customer service is this? Never in my life. On a 1 hour commute my 7 year old son is sitting in the back seat with no breakfast and all this guy can say is that people are trying to get free food all the time. Buddy, I didn't ask for a full meal refund & what do other people have to do with me?? He said that he was "matching my energy". I never asked for my money back, just for the items I ordered. He was giving me a hell of a hard time for $15 worth of food that he doesn't even have to pay for from his pocket, but I did from mine, so this is personal at this point. I asked for his name and let him know the situation was ridiculous & I would be reaching out to higher ups. He then agreed to replace my order & I let him know that I would return in the afternoon. Fast forward 1 hour - I asked my husband to go in and pick up the food since he is the one in town. He took the photos of the food & the receipt, Jared conveniently was not available. My husband was helped by an older hispanic woman (did not catch a name), who checked the photos and said they did not make that order yet gave him the replacements. To be honest, I am flabbergasted about that & my husband was hot about it too. For reference, I have added photos with time stamp. While I spoke with Jared on my cars bluetooth, my kids could hear the entire conversation and even they commented on how rude Jared was. At the end of the day, it's not just about the food or the money. It is about customer's being treated this poorly. Keyword here is HOSPITALITY. You work in hospitality Jared. You guys messed up not only by your times online but also in person by saying yes your open. You should have excepted your customers for your mistakes. Stopping to rest and get a bite to eat is not that hard along the freeway to Palm Springs. We missed an offramp and then got stuck going round and round in circles....figured out how to safely exit and saw the Hadley sign and the Taco Bell building. A bit confusing for first timers, but we found a parking spot and entered an empty store with 2 attendants. It was nice and cool inside and one young lady helped us choosing two bean and cheese burritos with green sauce and a premium taco as well as those sweet light crunchy dessert sticks. My drink was an easy fountain drink that I refilled before we left. We thought this stop was better than any other where we experienced lines and waiting. No waiting at this Taco Bell, although the round abouts off the freeway made you think of Europe, its the easy and light Mexican fare you stopped for and that icecold cool drink. read more

This is an AMAZING group of employees, all do their best to handle low life customers who dare to ask for a refund and another product free off a 2 dollar burrito that the RUDE CUSTOMER thought lacked what it was suppose to "look like" . Food was good and they got my order right. Customer service was horrible. The lady taking my order was very sweet but the dude at the window wanted nothing to do with me being there. I get having a long day or shift but it's not hard to say "have a good day" when handing someone there food, or not purposefully put your back against the window. I barely write reviews, but after having experienced this Taco Bell, I had to share my thoughts. We were all coming back from celebrating New Years, and decided to leave Palm Springs and get on the road before eating, deciding to hop on the road as soon as possible. After leaving, we couldn't decide on what to eat. Alas, we see a sign for Taco Bell, and we all agreed. I swear to all that is holy that I have literally never in my life experienced a Taco Bell such as this one. I don't know if it was a farce to start the new year off right, or what, but damn if this wasn't the best I've ever had. I ordered a 3 Dorito Locos Tacos combo with a Baja Blast and a Steak Quesadilla. The taco shells were crispy as could be, and the taste of the nacho cheese didn't overpower any other flavor that the taco itself offered. The beef, along with all other ingredients paired perfectly with all three tacos - none of them were soggy or messy, either. Onto the Quesadilla. I would drive the 100 miles it takes to get back to this specific Taco Bell every single day if It meant that I could eat this Quesadilla again. I don't know who the hell is in charge or who made this heavenly thing, but they are going places. And by places I mean to the top of my favorite cook list because not only was this Quesadilla cooked to perfection, the steak was exceptionally tender, it's juices mixing perfectly with the sauce and cheese while it pulled apart seamlessly, creating the most godly taste imaginable.
