Fiesta Taco is located in the food court of Morongo Resort and Casino right off the casino floor in the center of the main tower. I had the combo plate for $16 which includes a small drink to go along with your choice of protein (I got the pork al pastor), refried beans, and seasoned rice. You have your choice of toppings, which in my pics is hiding the al pastor unfortunately! Good selection of toppings, your choice of 3 different salsas which are packaged as shown. The taste of the pork was pretty good and the amount given was generous. The refried beans and rice were pretty typical - nothing special. The corn tortillas that come with the combo plate are very small, so it's not like you can make soft tacos with them and use up any more than maybe 10% of the plate - it's fine, but more of an afterthought than a stack of tortillas you might find with a fajita dish typically. Luckily, nothing here was over seasoned or extra salty - it just tasted overall pretty good even if it's not the level that you'd go out of your way to go there. Given it's in a casino and could be exorbitantly priced, the value for what you get is pretty good! Out of the various options here in the food court, this personally would probably be in the top half, but not the top. read more

Located inside Morongo Casino's food court, you'll find this place tucked away in the back corner, next to Fatburger. I opted for a cheese quesadilla and a side of guacamole. Flavor wise, it was kinda bland, both the quesadilla and the guacamole. A little salsa, spice or even salt would have added a bit more flavor IMO. The employees as well as the service was great on the other hand. Food was made to order and everyone was so friendly! There is an ample amount of seating BUT it was filled with people NOT even eating. SMH Don't forget to show your Morongo players card to redeem your points, if you have them! This establishment is located in the Morongo Casino & Spa food court. I've been here three times. My first time. I had a chicken quesadilla so cheesy topped with guacamole, lettuce and diced tomatoes. Second time - a humongous carne asada burrito with rice, beans and salsa. Tonight I had 2 birria tacos with tomatoes, cheese, lettuce and onions along with a pineapple soda. Delicious food, friendly and quick awesome service. As for ambiance none but the food makes up for that. Shared tables and chairs with 4 other eateries. Glad we had a room in the hotel. read more

This place is inside of Morocco Casino. They have the worst Mexican food ever. The meat is not very tasteful. The waters that are supposed to be made originally are very very watered down. The staff is very nice. The food is just not authentic at all. And will never ever buy food here again. They are Kearny Asada was very dry not much taste at all. read more

First off. The delicious smell alone will draw you into this one spot over the three or four other places in the small food court. Second. It was extremely clean! And in full compliance with any and all covid requirements Third. The chicken asado and carnitas meat was so fresh and tasty I was tempted to order 5 more! The only thing I can say is that they really need to use two corn tortillas instead of just one because the meat is so juicy that when you add the lime juice the tortilla gets soggy pretty quickly. But straight up, if you're gambling, staying, or even just passing through the Morongo casino I highly suggest stopping by fiesta taco and grabbing a few tacos! read more

Had a great carne asado burrito. It comes super stuffed with meat. No sour cream is available, but guacamole is only $1 more. Score that against Chipotle. In an otherwise super expensive casino as it comes to food items. Combo fried rice was $15 at the Asian restaurant, this burrito that comes in at $9+$1 for the guacamole was a pretty reasonable deal.
