So first, you set your dining time & pay for it at the kiosk, located at the entrance of the restaurant. Return at your reservation time & get seated, get some simple instructions on how things work here, and start eating. Dining area was a little smaller, but decorated nicely, fairly clean. Staffers were all nice & attentive. 7 restaurants or food stalls to choose from, each having their own menu to serve. This is were the problems started. The quality of the food was mostly meh at best, with a few choices as pretty good. The prime rib was excellent, but the sides were meh, mash potatoes were overly salty & cold, the cajun shrimp & grits were thick & gummy. The omelet station was good, hot & fresh, (cooked to order) & pizza was also pretty good. Everything else was either overly salty or lacked flavor, served cold or at best, room temperature. Most of the desserts were overly sweet. Overall the dining experience was unique and different. There were a few items of greatness among the mostly meh.
