Haven't eaten at Taco Bell in close to a year and it's pretty sad that they are who reminded me why! I ordered the meal that included a Mexican pizza and 2 taco supremes. If I got 10 strands of cheese on each taco that was being generous and my Mexican Pizza wasn't much different. I never understood why restaurant employees treat toppings and condiments as if it is coming out of their own pockets. I don't know how this location is still open when they're always messing up. I went the other night and ordered the crispy chicken cantina taco (which I've gotten before at another location) when I got my food it was a plain broken crispy taco with that chicken filling inside and just cold shredded cheese. Yikes, man. I used to love this location 7 or so years ago. Used to be very clean and they'd never forget anything. Definitely not anymore, forgot my drinks (while it's not busy at all mind you). The tables are filthy and have food residue smeared on them. The bathroom was a mess and the trash clearly hasn't been taken out in days and the staff is really aloof. However, this one near Las Posas seems to accommodate to needs such as special orders (without botching them) and vegan needs too!! Charged me someone else's order and tried to cover it up by not giving me a receipt. The person at the drive thru didn't confirm the price and tried handing me a soda after he charged my card.
