"Cantina Chicken Crispy Taco" pretty gross
    Simone S.

The worst Taco Bell I've been to. 3 hot sauce packs given for $30 order. Okay... and the crispy taco wasn't even close to how it's supposed to be made.

Your service is completely unacceptable. Almost every morning, I go in and order a breakfast crunch wrap. I want you to explain what it means to you when I request extra bacon on my crunch wrap and then tell you to add onions. What does that mean to you? When I say add onions to a crunch wrap, you know it's fast food. I don't understand why I'm surprised that your employee is so clueless. She probably doesn't even have a high school diploma or a GED. Honestly, I'm likely going to file a formal complaint with corporate. I'm so tired of wasting my money and having my order not prepared the way I want it. I don't understand how someone this ignorant even manages to survive. Honestly, I'm probably going to file a formal complaint with corporate. I'm so tired of wasting my money and having my order not prepared as I specify. if I could give you guys a zero star, that's all you'd be getting although I'm sure that that's all you would have is a zero star rating.

Pictures of my completely burnt Cantina Chicken Tacos! The tasty looking taco is the picture from the Taco Bell website; what the taco should look like. The other two pictures are the burnt mess I got with my order!! Disgusting!

    Ants walking all over counter...
    P H.

Was in the drive through and saw some ants crawling on drive through window (inside). Then saw a bunch of ants walking around on the steel top table the soda machine was sitting on (for drive through drinks). Pretty grossed out that the employees just seemed to be working around the ants instead of staying on top of it and wiping them off and sanitizing the counter. Just made me think that if this is visible to customers...I really wonder about the kitchen area that can't be seen. Won't be going back. I expect every food establishment will at one point have ants but to ignore them walking around en mass in a food area is inexcusable. I actually got video of the top of the counter moving but can't upload ...but I did upload screenshot from video.

    Nachos Bell Grande
    Paul T.

Well, what can I say? Seems like the portions are getting smaller and smaller and the prices are going higher and higher! For instance this is a Nachos Bell Grande! A handful of chips, a tablespoon of meat a tablespoon of beans, and a teaspoon of tomatoes. Oh and some cheese sauce. Looks like they have 1.5 stars, and that is probably one of the reasons?

Immediately in front of you, is a grocery store with fresh produce, drinks, etc.. There's no real service to speak of. You go in, look at the menu above and behind the register, make your choices and pay the employee at the till. When I went, no one offered to answer any questions or sell me anything. The woman at the counter next to the young man behind the register just watched me while I checked stuff out. On the left between a dark room and the grocery, were large racks of Mexican pastries and breads. I have tried Mexican pastries in the past and have not really enjoyed them. But "hope springs. . ." and all that. So, seeing a decent amount of plump pastries and breads that looked incredibly fresh and enticing, I used the provided tongs and placed a few into a bag (also provided). I'm still thinking about going back for more. They were all moist and flavorful with fillings that were delicately sweetened. So so good. I perused the menu acting as though I hadn't come there for one item only - a breakfast burrito with bacon. I liked the breakfast burrito I had here and would definitely recommend it. It's a full meal capable of holding you for a long time. I would probably want to eat one again before a long day of chores, shopping, or a strenuous hike. I need to feel like I earned the calories. And I wasn't hungry until dinner. Behind the register is a doorway to a whole other experience. The kitchen is safely and sanitarily located behind tall countertops and a refrigerated section. I was excited to see the variety of offerings from south of the border. Are you hankering for a goody you can only get in Mexico, come here and look. You'll probably find it. That dark room I mentioned earlier is a huge dining area with dark iconic furniture that I discovered on my first trip to Mexico many years ago. Black leather and wood barrel shaped chairs with black leather topped round tables scattered around a dark room with black tile floors. There were patrons eating at a couple of the tables who looked like regulars. The size of the dining area made me think it would be a great place for a large gathering. I'm now wondering if they ever have live music and if they would be able to accommodate a large birthday party. There are a couple of picnic tables in the back, off the parking lot, where I ate my meal. I believe the notion of putting tables back there was more like an afterthought because it's not decorated and it's right along the back walkway from parked cars to the restaurant door. It's not regularly attended to, I guess, as there were remnants of another customer's meal at the other table. I also had the thought that it might just be a place for the employees to take a break and eat a meal in peace. Overall, I will be coming back and trying other menu items, baked goods and products from the other room.

Enjoyed the creamy salsa on it as well as the cabbage and pico de gallo adding a nice crunch and freshness to it. The quesabirria tacos had great flavor as well, though they were a bit too oily for my tatse. Overall, the food was enjoyable, but the tortillas weren't my favorite. They tasted like the store bought ones from the grocery store which i'm not a huge fan of. For dessert, we tried the churro donuts and they were definitely worth it. Perfectly crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside, and paired really well with the caramel sauce. Sweet, but that's exactly what you want from a treat like that. They also offer a good selection of drinks. I went with the guava lemonade and it was a 10/10. Refreshing and flavorful. There is some seating area indoors and more outdoors which is nice, but I do with they had heaters for the outside seating when it gets cold.

The decor is a blast from the past and looks like it did inside when I first stated coming here, so they haven't done much to the place but to me that gives this spot that old school charm. I personally love the old time decor and owls all around the restaurant. I find their booths to be cozy and comfortable. The menu is also pretty large with all of the classic dishes. The staff have always been nice when I've come in. They are attentive, friendly and the food is whipped up quickly. Happy hour menu seems to bring in the crowds but I do think there are other places with a happy hour menu that gives you more bang for your buck than here. The food is average in many ways but very comforting. Probably I'd rate all of the different dishes I've tried between 3.5-4 stars depending what you get. I really love their albondigas soup and that's one of my favs. Never steers me wrong. Also their crunchy shell tacos aren't bad. I came for a beef taco with rice and beans and was pleasantly surprised. This isn't Michelin star food people - just classic no frills Mexican food that seems to have kept them operating all this time, impressive if you ask me. My last pro tip is the margaritas are stellar. Huge fan of their mango marg and I'd come back for this alone. Just at $15 that's a little hefty for a hole in the wall spot like this. Same with the food. Two margs and two simple smaller main plates ran us $70 after tax and tip. Seems like it's hard to get a good deal nowadays but for keeping these local gems open, I'll always do my best to support.
