Was here this past Tuesday. They were running a national promo featuring fee Dos Locos Tacos. I thought what the heck, get a free taco, but a couple more plus maybe a bean burrito with extra onions. Anyway, I pull into the lot and saw several cars in the drive thru. This was about 3:30-4:00pm. I decided to go inside where there were about 8 people in line waiting to order. The first thing I noticed was no workers at the counter. After about a minute, a worker came out and said we might want to try the kiosks because there were only 3 employees and they needed to be filling orders. I left. Leave it to Taco Bell to run a national promotion and not staff up for it. What a joke. Their owner needs to visit Chick-fil-A and discover what customer service is all about. read more

This is the worst Taco Bell in the history of Taco Bell's. I just waited in line for 20 minutes only to be told by an employee that they can't take my order because Door Dash has 29 orders ahead of me. WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE TO KNOW BEFORE I WAITED 20 MINUTES. I went there today and I went there yesterday and the credit card machine is down which is so convenient on a weekend corporate needs obviously fix this or the general manager needs to learn how to order a fucking truck order or get somebody in there to fix your credit card reader. This is the worst Taco Bell in the entire state. It's insane that any business in "Carmel" could be this bad consistently. My husband and I eat at various Taco Bell's around the state, and this is the worst one. The best is in Franklin, FYI. We first dined here a year ago and our food was not fully prepared then. We wanted to go back through the line to complain, but the lack of consideration the first time around left little motivation. We dined here again over the weekend. I was reluctant because I remembered our first bad experience. This time was exactly the same, poor customer service and bad quality. Both of our orders were placed upside down in the bag and not fully closed. Everything spilled out, no we didn't want to eat, but instead pulled our food out immediately to find what was left for us. Also, our food was not warm whatsoever. The cheese on the cheesy Gordita crunch was not melted nor was the meat cooked. Oh, and our tacos were stale! Seriously?! The sign on the window that reads hiring $13-$16 hour does not leave any sort of sympathy for these workers. This is blatant entitlement on their part. I have come to this Taco Bell quite often. They had some hiccups a while back but seem to be back on track. The one good thing about the bell is the food is typically always good. I sat in the drive threw for ever per usual at this location but that was soon to be the least of my worries. I was so excited that they brought back the Cinnabon iced coffee but not until they gave me this?? I'm not sure what this even is and this is where it turns worse. I refused to take it and simple just ask for my money back and I even paid in cash so it would be super simple. He refused. The kid in the drive threw told me since I ordered it I can't get a refund? When I asked for a manager he told he there isn't one! I know for a fact this is not what a Cinnabon iced coffee should look like. I'm appalled an establishment would refuse a refund for something I didn't take(at first.) I proceeded to take it so I could document it and bring it back tomorrow for a Mananger. I actually had a decent experience here. Used the drive thru. The employee was very pleasant and repeated back my order correctly. I also appreciated that she didn't ask me how I was. Frankly, Taco Bell doesn't usually have their stuff together enough to waste precious moments on the "how are you?" thing they do at the drivethru. Anyway - food was hot and correct. She did fail to ask me if I wanted any condiments, but did mention that it was her first time working drive thru. Based on this experience alone, I'd come back to this Taco Bell. read more

If they could have zero stars, they would. UNREAL. Went here after I got done at the ER and they left half of our order out of the bag and what they did put in was 75% wrong. We went back to get the food fixed and the other 2/3 of our order and they told us because THEY forgot to give us the receipt they wouldn't fix the issue. It was the "customer's responsibility" to get a receipt. The manager continued to tell us that "He remembers all of his orders, but he did forget the cheesy roll ups..." so you don't remember your orders. When I SHOWED him the tacos that were beef and not chicken, he said "I remember those beefy melts..." we did not have any beefy melts, the order said beef tacos with -sub chicken underneath (sb bf fr chckn - if you want to talk about remembering orders). He was incredibly rude and instead of having customer service and fixing something he messed up (on a night that has already been rough), he chose to be a jerk. He then told my dad, "you can have the roll ups..." how kind, but not the other $15+ of our order. Keep in mind we called 4 times when we realized the order was wrong before going back and no one answered. When my dad took the bag out of his hand in anger, rightfully so, the manager leaned out of the window and screamed at our car to never come back! Super classy. I have gone here a few times, the other day I went in to order some food to go and was able to see the staff working. Many staff members were not wearing masks or only half wearing them. They were not following Covid guidelines at all. Some of the staff did wear masks but over half were not or had their masks on below their mouths, leaving their whole face exposed. The ones who were not wearing the masks or wearing them improperly were also some of the staff handling food and talking while handling it, essentially just mouth breathing on the food. Very disappointed when I saw this, just a warning to those who are planning on going. I don't usually have any issues when I come to this location, but I also don't come here that often. Today I just did not feel very welcomed as a customer, I went through the drive-thru on my lunch break and ordered three small items. The young woman who took my order was very quick about it and seemed to be rushing me to hurry. I was very polite when placing my order, I spoke clearly and even thanked her for taking the order in the first place. When I got to the window and was about to pay I apologized and asked if I could just add a drink to the order because I had no time to state it earlier; but she continuously turned away from me and would not let me finish my sentence because she kept trying to take other orders through her headset. She then proceeded to tell me that if I wanted to add anything I need to get back in line. There were only about two cars behind me so I wasn't too concerned about that, but the way she said it to me and followed with the words "I don't have time for that" just came across very disrespectful as a customer/food service representative. I let her know that it wasn't necessary and to just forget about the drink request. I still paid for my order and was very respectful and courteous. I went elsewhere to get a small drink because I just did not feel welcome at that establishment. I don't really have any issues with the food, timing of the food coming out is rather good as well. Stopped in for lunch Saturday afternoon around 1:30 pm. Decided to go inside to dine. There were about 4 other customers standing around. No employees working at the counter. 5 employees working in the back and drive thru. Turns out the other guest had ordered online and were still waiting for their food. No one greeted us or offered to take our order. After 10 mins of waiting, a woman came from the back and asked one of the guests what is the name on your order? It's Taco Bell so I'm fairly certain you will know what you will get - 4/10 extreme deliciousness which spikes to 11/10 when you're eating 4th meal. I've recently come to enjoy TB breakfast because evidently I don't have self control and I like to get my stomach moving early in the day. Here is my recount of my last 3 trips to TB (spanning a few months): 1. Ran out of food around 10:30am. 2. Electrical issue which forced them to end breakfast early. I give this a 2. Let me start with the positive. It is close to work/Home. The employees are typically polite. The bad- in my recent visits, (over last year,) they have been out of mild sauce, promotional items on several occasions, eating utensils, drink carriers. While occasionally I get prompt service, there have been times I have ended up leaving without purchase after waiting over 10 minutes at cashier station without anyone coming to take my order or acknowledging me. I have had a 8 item order take over 20 minutes to receive and the only other person in store got 3 items and took over 10 minutes to get. Frequently the lobby is trashed with few to no customers. Have several times received meal with broken taco shells and portions while typically are well proportioned have on occasion been quite skimpy, I.e. taco not even half way filled. Burritos with more flour tortilla than filler. How this Taco Bell stays open in such an affluent area is a testament to the polite employees and many people liking the food product. Though it is a longer drive, I have taken to going up to the Westfield Taco Bell with increasing frequency as I have yet to see them out of product or the store as trashy. read more

You cannot order food at the register. You will wait for several minutes while all the employees ignore you completely and when someone finally stops they will tell you to use the kiosk. I HAD ordered on the kiosk, but needed to pay. I don't think it is the employees' fault, it is a management issue, though someone could have mentioned much earlier that they couldn't wait on me at the register. Am really disappointed about this location. Have gone there a few times as it's closest to where I live. A couple times they have "run out of eggs" and stopped serving breakfast early, a few times were not open at they time they should have been, and don't seemed focused on the customers. You should ask yourself are the tacos worth it? 60/40 chance if you go past 7pm you'll end up trapped in the drive thru line for about half an hour. They're always short staffed, close randomly two hours early or you get trapped in the drive thru. I love tacos but the service sucks plain and simple.
