horrible customer service. The guy (Hispanic?) with an accent who worked at the drive through in your South Riding, VA location on 2/3/26 @ 2;52PM needs serious customer service training. I ordered off the menu online and didn't know that the prices are different versus what's at the restaurant. I questioned in a calm tone and he proceeded to talk condescending to me and told me to calm down. I explained to him that is not good customer service and cancelled my order. My late night noshing hookup is this new Taco Bell in Chantilly/South Riding. It isn't Cerritos or Los Toltecos or El Fresco BUT the drive thru sign is lit at 1AM on Saturday even if the big signs are off. The hard taco shells are fresh and the food has that Taco Bell taste. The soft taco shells are soft and, again, it tastes like Taco Bell. The New Mexican Pizza is not as good as the old Mexican Pizza but it's still tasty (or was until they ran out of shells). One time I was told they don't have a steak soft taco but can do a beef taco, sub steak for $1.55 more. YUP! That's it! Plenty of steak on the taco, too. New location just opened up. They are working out the kinks so please be patient. They have Baja blast zero, which I haven't seen at all the Taco Bells. Food was what I expected. The only negative is the restaurant is kind of small and the parking lot is small too. If you park along the spots on the side by the drive through line then it is hard to reverse and get out of the parking lot. read more

The staff at this location seem to be pretty friendly. I haven't been inside so I can't speak on that. Went for the first time and it went okay - I asked for a steak quesadilla for my son without the jalapeño sauce and they put it on anyway, which we realized once we got home since he's sensitive to spicy; and sadly the nacho fries were anything but "hot & crispy", definitely soggy and sad. Tonight I made an order for 2 burritos and a Crunchwrap supreme. I usually get my taco bell from rd 50 but I noticed this new one, which is closer, so tried it out. I got my order and went straight home so I could enjoy but as soon as I opened my Crunchwrap supreme I notice it looked a lot slimmer then usual. I haven't had the crunchwrap in a while, usually I'm getting burritos or tacos so I thought maybe they changed it up a bit? I take a bite and I noticed that it was everything except the meat... I went over to the app to double check and make sure I ordered the Crunchwrap supreme with meat and I did. I started to open up the wrap and see if it had any meat in it and it did but barley any... I was really disappointed so I called them and asked who was making the food in the back so I could make sure the manager knows so that something like this doesn't happen again. When the worker picked up, rather then telling me who made the food the worker asked why? In a disrespectful way. I'm already hungry and now I'm getting attitude from whoever was on the phone... I asked again and made sure I was asking nicely because I don't want any attitude. The worker disrespectfully asked me again "why?" So instead of asking again first I told them I have a problem with my food and then asked again. The worker pretended like he couldn't hear me and that the line was disconnecting in the middle of what I was saying. This was funny because the whole time I could hear myself because the speaker on that phone was that loud! Instead of repeating myself I asked him if I could speak to someone else because clearly I wasn't going to get help from that guy. A few seconds later "someone else" asked me what's wrong (it sounded like the same person) and I asked again can I speak to someone else please. They said "I am someone else" so then I told them I have an issue with my order and they were making the same excuse about not being able to hear me clearly when I could hear myself from the echo. I told them again I have a problem with my order and then they just hung up... after that I was starting to get really irritated. I called the store back and they picked up but hung back up right away, so then I called 1 more time and they did the same thing... so I hope you all can understand and see why they're getting the 1 Star from me. Rather then owning up to your mistakes and making things right you chose to be a coward and avoid helping your paying customer. I recorded the calls after you hung up as proof that you were picking up and hanging up right away. Mistakes are made every day but you CHOSE to be disrespectful and someone like that should NOT be working in the food and hospitality industry. So, first off I understand and empathize with the current labor shortage, but my experience at this Taco Bell was inexcusable. For context, I had never visited this relatively new establishment, so I decided to give it a go. I arrived at around 3:00 pm on a Friday afternoon. I walked into the lobby and there was no line and no cars in the drive through. I was never greeted, but figured out I could use a kiosk to order. There were approximately 4 to 5 workers in the back. I ordered three standard hard shell tacos. I waited, and waited, and waited.. Exactly 12 minutes later my order was placed on the counter. There appeared to be no online orders or any other foot or car traffic during my very long wait. We placed an order through mobile pickup and when we came to the drive thru they said they never received it??? So okay we asked if we can place our order there since we're already at the window but the lady at the window is just ignoring us to take another drive thru order and tells us to go back around through the drive thru.
