Was craving some T bell and went 10min before they closed. I felt bad at first but then when I got in the line others began to follow lol. The drive thru was quick, friendly and my food was warm even when I got home. They didn't cheap out on any of my tacos. They all had decent portions not just lettuce taco. Plus they load you with sauces. I mean.. it's Taco Bell. What more could you ask for? read more

Every time I go to this Taco Bell in Cheney they never and I mean never get my order correct they always give me someone else's food.

I submitted an online order at 12:30 am on a Saturday, and when I got to the restaurant 7 minutes later to pick it up they were closed. Seriously? I understand that I'm coming in slightly close to closing time but closing down the restaurant 20 minutes early is poor management. read more

We just went by the drive thru, it was 11:53pm and we were wondering if this location closed at midnight or 1. When we asked, the gentleman said they closed at midnight. So working in the food business we weren't trying to bother them that close to close. We then replied with okay nevermind, have a good night. The guy working the drive thru stopped us and said no it's okay we will make it for you! Very nice and great costumer service, he was high energy and just in a good mood for it being that late and that close to close. I just hope he sees this cause you rock dude! read more

In comparison, not the experience we had and it's been 10 months since the last review on here--super slow and possibly the actual scheduling is not what it used to be...? I dropped my son off there while I sat in the parking lot waiting for him on Friday, Jan 20th at about 7:30 pm. I noticed that the drive-thru had 2 or 3 cars waiting and the traffic in the drivethrough was somewhat constant, but not slammed by any means. Inside the restaurant was one set of three young guys, waiting. It looked the counter person was also doing the drive-through. I watched my son order his meal and about 10 minutes later, a large black truck comes from where the drivethrough was, at a reckless speed, and drives through the parking lot almost hitting a snow bank. Those 4 or 5 people also went in the restaurant. After I watched them and then watched them inside, I noted that my son had been waiting for about 20 minutes for just a couple hardshell taco's, let alone the 3 guys that were there before we even got there. I also noticed that there was some laughing and joking going on behind the counter, over by the drive through and that was about enough for me. I got out of my truck and went to the counter and looked at all the cooks standing there, laughing, joking, having a great time at work....mind you the people cooking were not just standing there when I walked up there--at least not after I said, "my son has been waiting for 20 minutes and still does not have his food--can you tell me please just when he will be getting his food as well as the other three guys that were here before us?". At that point it was akin to looking at a deer that was looking into headlights. Magically, in those few seconds, they were able to get my son his food and the guys who where there before us, the rest of their food--they only had one little bag of their entire order. The young female that was working the window apologized and was also nice. All the employees looked super sweet and professional; however, balancing between the window and the restaurant was a challenge, I think? It wasn't even that busy and a 20 minute wait for a couple of taco's was nuts--the guys that were there before us were being really nice, but geez...owners, schedule more people to work a Friday night dinner rush maybe? So ordering was fine, but they completely ignored my no sauce on the melt request and only filled my Baja freeze 3/4 full. I get it when it's a little busy, but seriously? The girl that took my order was super sweet and double checked the screen was correct which was nice, but the kitchen doesn't listen at all. Good Taco Bell! Service was good, food was good, and they got my order exactly right (I asked for one item to be grilled and without onions). And instead of whatever is on the radio, there was some light and airy classical music; perhaps not the sort I'd like to listen to for listening's sake, but good for background music. And they gave me a box with my "Big Box" meal unlike the last Taco Bell I went to somewhere else. read more

For the SECOND time this week they got our order wrong. The first time my son went back and had to get it corrected which meant the food was cold by the time he had a chance to sit and eat with his family. On this date they left out the entire power bowl meal. Literally, it was not in the bag(5-20-19). Today I went up(5-22-19) Noon. They got the order wrong again on two power bowls. This time I wanted to call and complain. I got the manager Mckenzie on the phone. Seemed nice enough and explained that this was twice this week they got our order wrong. So, she ended the call with the "Don't worry we want to make this right" as she passed off the phone to Katie. Katie was all to proud to let me know that she made the food so it was no way wrong (yep, she said that). When I said I'm not coming back up again today. **We had out of town guests here and we wanted to eat as a family (That I did not share because (1) it is none of her business and (2) I don't think Katie wants to hear anything other than how she is right) She stated that there was NOTHING they could do unless I would drive all the way back up. I explained that if they were made how the order was placed there was no issues but to expect me to keep driving back up when they messed up our order is not right. The call ended with Katie digging her feet in and refusing to "Make it right". So, I think this is the end of the Taco Bell orders for our family. If you can't read the screen, leave food out of my order, and then just mess it up completely and your manager bounces the call off to the worker who messed it up.... I think I'll take my business someplace else. This place needs to be retrained on food prep and customer service. read more

If I could give negative stars, I would. I was there 12/16 to get lunch. Was behind one car. The customer got her food, and then sat there chatting with the employee working the window for 5-6 minutes while me and the car behind me waited. When I got to the window, I said to the emloyee "Did you really just spend 5 minutes chatting with that woman while people were waiting?" Her bimbo response? "We try to give good customer service". Making people wait while you flap your big gob at some woman is NOT good customer service. I asked for the manager, and he gave me the same crap. They offered to comp my food, I drove off and called corporate. Unless you are a big fan of terrible service and diarrhea, avoid this Taco Bell. P.S. If you are the franchise owner, please get in touch. I want to be sure you know what terrible people you have working for you. I will never eat at your location again. Ever. read more

In my opinion, this Taco Bell is the best fast food in Cheney. I rarely rate fast food, but Taco Bell is so easy, quick, and cheap when I'm on the move. I personally like the breakfast and all of the wonderful choices. I love the A.M crunch wrap, as it is super easy to eat in one hand and not create a mess, making it best when I'm in a hurry. Happier hour is awesome as well and a recommended time to go! read more
