Taco Bell is a [very successful] chain with many locations and they keep changing and adding to their menu to keep up with the changing times. It's very refreshing to see this. Most of the reviews will be the same except for location. Only two requests when I walk into a Taco Bell... It's clean and the team behind the counter is friendly. This location just knocked it out of the ballpark for both. I was so pleased that I had a conversation with the manager to tell her these thing. She clearly appreciated it. We just just looking for a quick lunching stop and that's exactly what this was. We walked in to a bright (all window walls) restaurant (one of the smaller locations) and the girl behind the counter smiled at us and asked how she could help.... We placed our order and two minutes later we were sitting and eating our meal.. Some Tacos (do I really need to review?) Kudos to the team at Taco Bell... I have been a fan of this chain since a teen and they have always been looking for ways to shake up their menus from time to time... They do a good job and it always seems like I get the extra friendly person behind the counter. read more

I went there this evening and was greeted with a very rude employee on the other end of the speaker saying multiple times "we are severely understaffed it'll be at least 30 minutes". They said this multiple times. The food was put together very rushed and messy. The hard shell was stale. I will not be returning to this location until the employee performance improves. The only positive was the gentleman who works at the window, he was really nice and polite. read more

Whoever seasons the nacho fries (or directs employees how to season them well) needs a bonus/promotion. Second time in a row I've actually really enjoyed them! I've never left a review for a restaurant or anything food related but this will be the first and hopefully last. I spent almost $36 on two crunch wraps, 2 quesadillas, with nacho fries and a drink. By the time I got home with the food, I realized that they FORGOT one of the quesadillas, destroyed one of the fucking crunch wraps, and the nacho fries had no fucking nacho powder on them. Blame me for not checking before leaving the drive-thru but this is just depressing. read more

I don't know what changed but steer clear. My dinner went right in the trash along with the $25 spent. The customer service was about as good as the food. I, being a hungry person decided to eat some Taco Bell today. I obviously wanted the spicy grilled cheese burrito because it's a glorious creation. At the drive through we had a bit of confusion as I asked for it and the guy seemed to be mistaken of me asking for a quesarito. I infact, did not want the quesarito. I however decided to not bother saying anything and went with the normal instead, and load it with Diablo sauce. When I got to the window this guy was so high it was amazing. The pure smile he had on his face and not being able to speak only nod in a somewhat understood fashion. I would say his response and thought process was delayed by 10 seconds, as I wasn't given any sauce but he remembered to give it to me when I saw it wasn't in the bag. This was an amazing experience, very funny interaction I highly recommend this Taco Bell to anyone craving some fast food. 10/10. read more

There I was, waiting in the drive thru, about 5 cars deep from the speaker.  I was soooooo hungry and I had been craving those delicious tacos since I first opened my eyes and realized that sweet baby Jesus hadn't released me from this mortal meat sack I call a "body".  15 minutes had passed by since first getting in the caravan of defeat with my fellow meat sack manned 4 wheeled iron ships.  It was finally my time to order the meal which could possibly achieve my heart attack tonight while I blissfully dream of soaring through the air, above all the body builders, the yoga hoosiers and the high school football stars still in their prime.  I was greeted with the friendly "welcome to taco bell, can I take your order?" which has always been sweet sweet music to my ear... the sound of the grim reaper asking how I would like to depart this never ending, downward spiraling roller coaster I call life.  "Two cheesey gordita crunches, 3 chicken quesadillas, 2 beefy 5 layer burritos with 3 sides of nacho cheese and the biggest damn root beer you have" I replied with the shouting courage of a soldier storming the beach at Normandy.   "Pull around to the window for your total" came forth from the speaker as if Death was beckoning to me to pick up my fatal mix of "see ya later".  Transaction went smoothly which is a huge plus.  However,  the food didnt free me from this mortal coil.... guess I'll have to try again tomorrow.  One of these days, this food will be the death of me... I just went through the drive through and sat in the parking lot to eat because my dog was in the car. I don't go to Taco Bell a lot and my boyfriend recommended the crunch supreme so I ordered that. I realized there wasn't any beef or cheese in there so I Googled it to see if there was supposed to be those ingredients (because just lettuce and tomato on bread seemed kind of odd and my boyfriend was confused too), and Google said those ingredients should be there. I was glad we hadn't driven off so I was able to go in and request a new one. I walked inside and told them my situation and they looked at me confused with an "area you kidding me" face on and said "let me go find out if we can do that." After waiting about three minutes for them to decide if I can get what I actually ordered in the first place, they come back up to me and say yes, we can give you a new one. At this point, I was really confused because last I checked, Taco Bell is a billion dollar Corp that can afford to give a new food item when they screwed up with a customer. Anyway, I am standing and waiting for the new one, when one of the workers comes over to me asking to have the one out of my hand (I was holding the one they originally gave me so I could show them the absence of beef and cheese). I thought this was extremely odd and unprofessional. I said "I think I should be able to keep this one for the inconvenience." She replied saying "unfortunately I have to take that." I said no, I think I'll keep this one for my dog, thank you (trying to come up with a reason to keep it, because it was the principle)! I wasn't going to eat it but how is a Taco Bell going to ask me to take something out of my hand when it was already inconvenient for me to come back inside. It gets better. I continue standing there and the girl walks away and tells her 4-5 coworkers about me saying I'm going to keep it for my dog. This entire time they're laughing and talking about me and looking over as I'm waiting for the new wrap but the laughing and looking increases after she tells them the dog comment. I was simply mortified and just wanted to leave at that point. When they handed me the new one I asked if this was an odd request and why they were all laughing at me. The man politely said this was an odd request and it's just something they don't hear often. I let him know it made me feel uncomfortable and gave him the example: "You wouldn't go to Wendy's, ask for a burger, and get a burger with no meat, simply a bun with lettuce and tomato." He seemed to empathize and we left on a bad note. This was the worst customer experience of my life. I didn't even want the taco and just gave it to my boyfriend I was so sick to my stomach. I can't believe a corporation as large as Taco Bell would have such poor procedures and a lack of professionalism. We'll be going to Wendy's next time for sure. read more
