Hey; it's cheapo-creepo gringo grub, Messikin style...sorta. As I was out and needed dinner, and only limited to veggie options, I figured let's try the app to order. So as I was pumping gas, I put in order for a $5 crave box. Choices and options galore for a very reasonable price. My choices were a black bean super chalupa, a grilled bean burrito (both fresco style: no cheese or sour cream; add tomato salsa) along with a side of their cinnamon twist thingamabobs; small drink also included. As I finished with my gasoline, I sent the order in and paid via the app again. Just added my name and indicated that I'd pick up in drive thru rather than go into restaurant or get curbside. So I was around two minutes away from the place when I left the gas pumps. App told me around five minutes for order to be made. So once I arrive, four cars ahead of me in DT lane. When I get to speaker I say my name and put in order...he puts order in screen and it is correct; he asked if it were...yes. So after the ride over, the wait for the four other cars and the wait at the window itself...total was more like eight or nine minutes. Food was as good as one would expect. Loaded with sodium, not super hot nor super cold. Cinnamon thingamabobs were quite warm and crunchy! I gobbled 'em down quickly and had the rest of my food a little later. It was passable and I really don't have a high bar set for this stuff. App was easy to use, and smooth sailing. I got exactly what I paid for and barely had to utter a word or otherwise fumble around. If I were in a pinch and had another guilty craving, I'd certainly do this again. My preschool child needed to use the restroom while my husband was in the drive thru. We exited the car. Knocked on both doors. Called my husband in the car. And asked if a small child could use their restroom. They said no and then ignored us and another couple (customers) who were outside. Also at Taco Bell down the street you can get the same food for about 30-40% less. Price gauging. Rude manager. And awful service. Keep driving past this one. read more

We visited twice today for two different orders, and each visit, they got our orders correct! The food actually tastes great from this store too. The employees seemed very hospitable, and they seemed like they actually care to make your order right! I've visited numerous other locations and have never received food or service as good as I have today at this one. WORST FAST FOOD EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD. Staying a nearby hotel, so I ordered via the mobile app and walked over. Only the drive through was open, so I knocked. The employees looked at me and walked away, willfully ignoring me. One kid came out for a smoke and I asked him how I was supposed to get the food I paid for. His response, "Not my problem, there's only three of us working. Walk through the drive through or cancel your order." Then he shrugged and walked away. I walked around to the drive through window (long line of cars) and the girl put her hand out and said, "I can't deal with you, I'm taking orders." I finally pushed my way in front of the cars and demanded a manager speak with me. Since they wouldn't be able to fill drive through orders with me standing there, they were forced to talk to me. One of the employees told me to wait by the door and he would bring me my food, which he did, over 30 minutes later. Absolutely the worst service I've ever experienced. read more

Super busy the other day running errands and hunger came out of no where, thank God for this trusty and CLEAN Taco Bell. Needed a minute to think about what I wanted to order (their menu is quite large). Noah the gentleman waiting on me was so patient! I cannot complement this employee enough. After having received my meal and found a spot to eat, I saw him go over to an older couple to make sure they were enjoying their meal. It made a regular fast food run pleasant. I frequent this place quite a bit. The new double stack is amazing. However, two nights ago this place ran out of one of three. Tonight they only had one of three. I don't get it, and the only response is that it's so popular. I can only think that something so popular would be available. Was surprised at how good the service and food were today. Not based on bad experiences at this location, but rather at every Taco Bell prior. Ever. The employees seemed eager to help and made it easy. Too bad whoever made the food can't be replicated at every location. The service here is absolutely horrible. We ordered 12 tacos and when we received them they were soaking wet and cold. We brought them back in to have them remake them and they made a big deal about it and took forever! I will never eat at this place again and I recommend no one else does!!! read more

Better than most Taco Bell locations, it's a fairly new building so all the equipment is fresh. Food always comes out hot, haven't had an issue with getting the wrong order or anything like that yet. This place is perfect because I work right down the road, lunch time is on! read more

This is the BEST TACO BELL in Pinellas. It's basically brand new so they're still trying to do a good job. Staff is mostly older people and they actually care about their quality of work which shows in the food. This Taco Bell's crunch wraps have got the crunch.10/10 would recommend. read more

On Tuesday, July 4th, at appx 12:15 am we waited in the drive through line for more than 20 minutes to place our order. We noticed that somebody ahead of us left after they began to place their order at the order station. When we got to the order station we were told that they had no beef and that they could substitute chicken but that it would cost us more, which the order taker was quick to point was not his call, but his managers. We ordered 4 shredded chicken tacos in hard shells and drove to the window to pick up our order and had to wait a bit. Then he gave us shredded chicken soft tacos. We were charged a total of $7.67 for four chicken tacos when the beef tacos would have cost around $5.12. We tried to get his attention and he ignored us, though we had not moved. He was taking another order, finally we honked and he put up his hand, to suggest that he would be right with us, we waited again as our food got cold, and finally we honked again, and then again. Finally he came back to us and we told him the problem, he took the order back from us to fix, and we waited again after he closed the window and ignored us again.The service was really slow and the cars were piling up behind us. There were at least 10 cars behind us. It seemed he and a manager who was not taking any orders were the only ones working. He finally gave us back the tacos. They were ice cold, in hard shells, but had little to no shredded chicken in them, leading me to believe that they dumped the insides of the soft tacos into hard shells and just gave them back to us. At that point, instead of giving the food back, and out of courtesy of all the cars behind us we just gave up and left. This is a very bad place to get tacos as far as I'm concerned. We had to pay extra for cold tacos that had hardly any chicken, and put up with slow service. On the busy night of July 4 weekend, they run out of beef, and that tells you that this same manager who wouldn't pitch in to get those people in that line through any faster also could not place proper orders or give a substitute for the same price. It is both the manager's and regional manager's fault that they a) had no beef, and b) were not properly staffed. And they were charging customers for their mistake. Worst Taco Bell ever charged my card twice and then the manager Ann said that is was clearly impossible for someone on the register to make a mistake like that. I was charged $30 for someone else's order. No one would refund me or even give me a gift card. read more

This place some bullshit. I ordered a crave case and a Doritos Loco's taco and both of the tacos came out cracked and soggy. And the cheese dip was old and hard. And even before I got my food, the worker argued with me about what I ordered even though I had the receipt and had paid not just a few seconds ago, overall just terrible. read more

When we decided on Taco bell we hoped for the best but expected the worst, because the taco bells in Tampa have been less than satisfactory. Finally, we got to taste what Taco bell is meant to taste like again. The service was fast and friendly. The place was clean, and the portion sizing was correct. Definitely a "good" Taco bell.
