Terrible! Messed up order for us and another customer and over charged us.

Food was hot, fresh, and tasty. The wait in the drive-thru on a Sunday evening was a bit long but it was packed inside so we anticipated it. The lady in the drive-thru was sweet and apologized for the wait but we didn't mind. Once we got the food it was all perfect. After a long road trip, this Taco Bell hit the spot. The ambiance of this venue is fantastic as it seems this location has been remodeled. This definitely has been the best Taco Bell I've been to. They are very generous with their toppings, and you can tell the food was made with care and patience. The staff is very nice as well. It's just a regular ole Taco Bell. Convenient because it's right off the freeway. There isn't anything special or exciting about this one. Since Harris Ranch area can have some expensive eats, cheap options like this is a good one. read more

Service is super slow. It seriously took them 23 minutes to fill our order. Ordinarily we would have just left but we were driving home from a friend's wedding and we're having too much fun looking at pictures. We were also harassed by flies the whole time we were there. I usually enjoy the occasional fast food stop, especially when road tripping. Although this Taco Bell had decent food, the experience was dashed by the food and trash all over the floor. Wrappers. Nacho cheese. Tomatoes. Disgusting. To walk to the door, you had to watch your step to avoid getting shredded cheese on the bottom of your shoes. DON'T EAT AT THIS TACO BELL!! I get it. It's fast food. But oh my God this place is nasty. Flies everywhere, dead bugs on the cup lids, dried up food and sauce stuck to the tables, filthy floor. Went through the drive through and was told that they couldn't make quesadillas, Mexican pizza, various burritos, and a plethora of other items. At 5:00 pm no less. Yet for some reason they could make items with the same ingredients, such as a quesarita, which is a quesadilla wrapped around a burrito. The employee claimed there was a sign on the drive through, which there wasn't. We double checked. When we told her there was no sign she said okay, then raised her voice to repeat the list of items they couldn't make for whatever reason. read more

Cooperate should shut this place down, makes other taco bells look bad, which is saying a lot for a fast food chain. This place is disgusting. It smells like urine near the cashier where you order food. That doesn't even deserve one star.

It is slow but what do you expect with 50 people that come in at one time? The employees were sluggish (wouldn't you rush if there is a long line and wait times are 15 minutes to get food?) but the I get they are short staffed. This is Taco Bell is dirty, unprofessional, and inefficient. As a Taco Bell off of a major interstate (I-5) I would've expected that they would know how to handle their business effectively. I walked in to a line out the door, there were flies buzzing all around the dining area, employees were visibly standing/joking around, and I waited close to 30 minutes for one Beefy Fritos Burrito. Top it off that there was no apologies or acknowledgement from the staff for the excessive wait. Other customers who had ordered after me actually left without taking their food because the wait was ridiculous! So much for Taco Bell being fast food. read more

What a poor excuse for a Taco Bell. I just try to order dinner and a $10 gift card. Unfortunately the manager there has not done his job. He did not train his staff how to do the gift cards even though three of them were up there asking for help from the manager who was sitting out in the lobby he did not get off his lazy backside to get come up and help. My journey for Taco Bell started at 4:30 am when leaving for a road trip. We tried to time getting gas with a Taco Bell at 7 am (when they open), but we almost didn't make it. The gas light came on and we weren't quite there yet. We looked up the reviews of this Taco Bell, and they were pretty bad. We decided to forget it and just get gas at closest spot. We came upon the next exit and there were no gas stations. We decided that the universe was directing us to the Taco Bell and we should give it a shot. I got a crunch wrap, but avoided meat and dairy. It was actually pretty good! read more
