It's a newer restaurant in the area & it's decorated really cute & colorful. The staff is friendly & the store has been clean each time I've been there. We stopped by for Wild Strawberry Lemonade slushes & chicken quesadillas. The food was fresh & the slush was so yummy. Masks are required inside the restaurant & social distancing is suggested. Absolutely hate this Taco Bell. Every single time I come here they mess up my order. I always place mobile orders so I know I'm getting exactly what I want and this way after woe when I pull up I've just gotta give my name. This last time I went (I really didn't want to but I went a different way and couldn't stop at the Chester location), I had placed a mobile order for the luxe cravings box I always get and the chicken bacon ranch nacho fries to try. I get home and start eating the nacho fries. They're TERRIBLE. Literally just soggy chicken, fries, and drenched in nacho cheese. I'm halfway through them thinking they're not worth finishing when I realize they're missing stuff. I pull up the item on my phone and they didn't include the pico de gallo, the bacon, or the ranch! What was even the point of giving them to me. Then I opened up my box and take out my Gordita to find there's also no spicy ranch either! Dry as heck and ruined my meal completely. If they were out of stuff (or too lazy to open up more before closing) they should've just informed me so I could cancel my order. Instead they had me pull around where I waited forever for some poor working to come out into the rain with it. NEVER coming back here. It's really not cool to order some food you add stuff to so it is customized, and the store just sends you premade Hotbox items. I always order extra cheesecake extra red sauce in my bean burritos. If you know how wide a wild sauce packet is, it's about a little over an inch wide. I paid about five dollars for each of these burritos. The left if one I picked though, the right I opened up for a pic. Not trying to Karen but it really sucks to spend 30 dollars and half my food not even have a bit of effort to it. read more

The employees seemed really annoyed to be there and were taking a lot time. Forgot multiple items in our order. When we told them they seemed even more annoyed, literally rolled his eyes said "shit" then walked off. Told us to pull around to the front where we proceeded to wait another 10 minutes while 3 cars pulled through behind us. They finally came out, and still forgot things. Service could be EXTREMELY BETTER. No greetings when entering. Just blank stares of irritation. And people texting as people wait to place orders. I visited today April 14th. Food is delicious. Customer service is trash. I visited today. Was not greeted. Received blank stares. I don't expect white glove service but I expect decent customer service at least. I ordered a large drink, a midnight Baja blast. Instead of just telling me they don't have the midnight Baja blast they just weren't gonna give me a cup for the drink I asked for. When I asked about my drink I was then told by a young lady with red braids with a not so good attitude and look of irritation that they were out of the requested drink. And instead of still giving me the cup for the drink I paid for looked at me as though I was irritating her. So I explained that I still paid for the drink even if they don't have the one I asked for I still would like to choose something else it's not like they have to pour the drink for me just give me the cup. Poor customer service. They also walk in and out of the door as if they're just chilling at home on a random day. Would not be coming back to this location. Ordered six taco supremes today at the Taco Bell at Colonial Heights. 4 of the 6 taco shells were broken when I pulled them out of the bag. The other two broke in my hand while eating got taco fixinga all over my short. Taco Bell needs to buy sturdy shells. read more

Tried to be polite and light about it and felt very singled out by young female there with long braids with bright red in them who had a obvious attitude for absolutely no reason with me. If you're going to talk about / complain about your customer who only ordered one thing for wanting to pay with cash when the order was only a couple bucks, you could at least make sure the window is shut!!! Rude and unprofessional. I didn't want to be a bother so I handed her my debit card and she then griped to the same coworker that I was changing my mind and using my card instead. This was my first time visiting this location and I will NOT be back. Additional note: It was not busy at the time. There was only one car ahead of me and none behind me.
