Amazing taco bell! Driving through Maryland and came here for food. Ordered 3 bean burritos, no cheese with added guacamole & added potatoes and it was AMAZING! Food tasted fresh, everything was hot and burritos were actually full! So many times I order and they give me the tiniest burritos with hardly anything in them. These did not disappoint. I have been going to this taco bell when I have those late night cravings. I think this is the location that stays open the latest. Yes, the line can get pretty long but it's worth the wait. In the past 6 months, I probably came to this taco bell about 4-5 times and my order has been right every single time. I need more choice of sugar free options, and the replicators at other places (five guys, for instance) really provide the choice. Why does everybody in this place look embarassed to be here? I have been going here my entire life a full 26 years and every time they are clean, get your order right and fresh! This is hands down one of the best Taco Bell locations that I have been to and I was truly impressed. Both the inside and outside of this location has a nice appearance and I was happy to see many people dining in. Your food takes about 5 minutes before it's ready, but I appreciate the fact that they're not rushing to prepare your food. It seems everything is made to order and I like how the cashier told me that they prepare their chalupa bread fresh instead of them just sitting in a warmer waiting to be ordered. So that pretty much explains what I ended up getting. Yes!!!...the infamous two chalupa supreme and a crunchy taco combo. The lettuce, tomato, and shredded cheese on the chalupa all tasted fresh like they just sliced the veggies and cheese. They didn't have that slimy taste and texture like they've been sitting in a bin all day waiting for someone's hands to dig down and grab some out. I also got an order of the nachos and when I opened the lid cover the cheese, you could see the steam leave the cup to show that it was very hot and not luke warm. I was even impressed by one of the employees who came out with a rag and started wiping tables down after people got finished eating on them. What I will say is they need to really do something with that restroom. I absolutely hate that grotesque smell and appearance of a fast food restaurant's restroom. I don't even eat Taco Bell like that, but I will definitely drive out to this location just to receive the same type of service and quality of food. read more

Why review a Taco Bell? Because they aren't all the same, and in the one of Rt. 40 you are liable to get sick because of apparent unsanitary conditions. This applies to every fast food restaurant near that area by the way. But this Columbia location is clean and nice. At 1115 on a Saturday my order took longer than the staff thought it should have so they threw in some cinnamon crisps. It's 30 extra minutes on the road for me, but well worth it. read more

On Friday November 4 , 2017 around 12:30 am I went to this location. Whenever I go I usually receive great service ! Unfortunately not this time! My usual order is a nacho supreme with extra sour cream and extra beef no tomatoes no beans. When I get to the window I always check my food to make sure it looks like I have EXTRA BEEF and EXTRA SOUR CREAM because there has been times I payed for extra and did not receive it . So I look at my food and there is no extra sour cream , I kindly ask the person at the window to give me more sour cream . He was glad to do it until JENNIFER walked her rude self up yelling " it is extra ! I gave you TWO PUMPS!" First off who is she yelling at ? Secondly I've never had a person tell me how many pumps of sour cream they gave me . She then proceeds to tell me " if you want more that will be 40 cents more!" I was upset because again NEVER have I heard it's 40 cents per pump of sour cream ! If that's the case why is this not disclosed when a person is ordering ? Who is she to tell a person that what they paid for is fulfilled if they aren't satisfied with their purchase of paying for something extra? I was just overall disgusted at her lack of customer service skills , her sarcasm , her rudeness and how she was so unprofessional. I hope someone takes the time out to school JENNIFER on " the customer comes first " . I will not be returning to this location I rather drive 6 minutes extra to the one in Jessup . Went through drive throughtoday with my 2 kids after work. The two meximelts and the chicken soft taco we're absolutely disgusting they were all soaking wet and stuck to the wrappers. Shift manager was very nice and said he would take care of it unfortunately I can't drive back there with to a 2 year old and a 4 yr old.
