This place is relatively new, it is an offshoot of the restaurant by the same name just up the road. The seating is a little lost here, and I missed the usual table tops with corona chairs or tables, but boy, do they make up for it in cleanliness and quality of food! Because the menu was very obviously an authentic set of choices, we tried a little of everything. The mixed fajitas, the Asada and cheese quesadilla, the Asada taco, the Al Pastor taco, and the asada Huarache. It turns out this was enough food easily for at least four people and they were only two of us. So what could we do but gorge ourselves? ...And it was delicious. All the portions are good, but the taco portion is average; the quesadilla is a nice thick cheesy selection, made with the right cheese, and the fajitas were piled pretty doggone high on that plate. The only thing that Im missing in this restaurant is Coke Zero, any art- anything at all! -- on the walls, salsa on the table, and perhaps a little bit more Decor.

Excellent experience! The employees were so kind and attentive during our visit. The customer service alone was amazing enough for us to come back. We ordered tacos de birria, barbacoa, pollo, campechanos, sudadero, al pastor, and asada. We also ordered the machete. The food came out fast and hot!! It was the best Mexican food we have had in Maryland. I suggest everyone come and try this place!!

I ordered some birria tacos but the meat has no flavor and the and the broth where one dips the taco pure water with no birria flavor

I asked for a carne asada and this is what I got. Honestly looks like prison food. 15$ to the drain.

I tried this new location, and the food is just as good as the other one! Defiant try the Machetes, which are just so good.

The scallops were cooked to perfection, and as someone who loves good seafood, they definitely hit the spot. My husband ate most of the steak, and he said it was really good. The drinks were well made, the service was friendly and attentive, and even though the restaurant was busy, everything came out in a timely manner. Overall, it was a great dining experience, and I'd definitely come back to try more of the menu!

We ordered the calamari, fajitas, and enchiladas, and all of the entrees were delicious. My favorite was definitely the calamari. It was lightly battered, perfectly crispy, and I loved that the dipping sauce was served warm it paired so well. The only downside was that the shrimp in the fajitas still had the shells on, which was pretty surprising when I took a bite. It also feels very crowded inside, which makes the space less comfortable. The booth seating could use some improvement as well, the tables are too high while the chairs are too low, making it uncomfortable to sit and enjoy a meal. Their complimentary chips and salsa were the best we've had so far. The salsa tasted fresh, authentic, and full of flavor. The only other disappointment was that they had run out of horchata and weren't making another batch. I was really looking forward to trying it, but overall we had a great meal and would definitely come back.

Every customer was welcomed and greeted with open arms and smiles. The restaurant is clean and has a small bar. I loved how clean the restrooms were. Saturdays there is a happy hour option of some food items and drinks. There are often specials to try and nothing I mean nothing on the menu isn't worth trying. The special Apple Cider Reposado margarita was good but we didn't taste any of the cider, just straight up tequila but it was good. You can also order margaritas in passion fruit, mango, strawberry, and hibiscus flavors. They get extra points because of the passion fruit flavor. The complimentary chips were okay, but the salsa stood out, it had an authentic/in house made flavor. For the main meals, everyone at the table was satisfied. We had an order of the shrimp and chicken fajitas, beef floutas and the salmon a la parrilla, grilled salmon topped with homemade mango salsa served with mixed green salad, rice & beans. The mango salsa was tasty but I didn't like how runny it was. The staff was friendly and attentive without being overbearing, and the restaurant itself looked clean and well-kept, which made the whole experience more enjoyable. I would come back and try a few other items on the menu. The online menu is a bit different from what we had in person, I didn't see the mussels on the menu given to us in the restaurant. Happy Hour is from 3-7pm. This is a solid spot for a casual night out with friends for good margaritas, authentic touches, and a welcoming atmosphere.

I wouldn't exactly sit down and eat, but to-go, absolutely. I grabbed three tacos (Chicken, carne asada, chorizo). They are served on corn tortillas with cilantro and cooked onions. The cooked onions were a bit different for me as I'm used to the raw diced onions. Oommggg...these tacos were packed with flavor and gave me a sense of an authentic Mexican taco. I can't believe I waited so long to for this place a shot. This will definitely be on my frequently visited spots. On top of all that, the gentleman at the counter was super friendly. That's always a plus.

We were a party of three on a Monday, and there was only one other party of three seated. The rest of the restaurant, a large open space with tables and chairs, as well as booths, was empty. There's a bar to the right side, kitchen in the far back. It's clearly set up for shows, performances, screenings, and/or dancing with a raised stage toward the entrance and a projector screen. The service was very good. The server was friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating, and attentive. There was a small language barrier but we overcame it by rephrasing, repeating, and gesturing. My companions ordered the quesabirria tacos, which they both devoured and raved about. The tacos did look visually stimulating, were served hot, and were a large portion for the price. I ordered the huevos rancheros without beef, and it was tasty but not astounding. The side of beans tasted like a shot of vodka was added in it and tasted terrible. I also ordered tamarindo but they were out of stock. They also didn't have tamal de elote, which was disappointing but not surprising since it's winter. I then opted for the lemonade, which was freshly made and does not come come with free refills. Soft drinks are can sodas, not from a fountain drink machine.
