Can you ever go wrong with Baja blast? Taco Bell has made a wise decision to have this drink. If you've never tried it, it's a must. My favorite menu item here after the Baja blast is the Mexican pizza! I am so excited they have brought it back on the menu. I was not so excited to know they were currently sold out! Hard shell tacos it is. I know it's basic but I think they are very tasty. I've only been able to have one Mexican pizza since they brought it back on the menu. I'm not fond of the machines to take my order. I understand why fast food restaurants are doing it, I'm just not fond of it and tend to avoid them now. I'm with my grandchildren right now, staying at a hotel and need lunch every day. We ordered our meal and the kids ordered different icees. We didn't get them with the meal and the lady at the cash register didn't know what we ordered (?). I had to ask the kids what they ordered and she had to make it. i have a sour cream intolerance, and specifically asked for no sour cream. it even says on the wrapper there is no sour cream. yet the burrito has the ingredient on it. do not bother with this location. they will willingly ignore your requests. this has happened twice. will never eat at this location ever again. will not recommend if you have any food allergies or intolerances. read more

Food was ok, the biggest issue is that no one is there to take your order, all they have is those stupid walk up touch screen things which are terribly difficult to work, even for me.. and engineering teacher.. its clunky and only one of them worked.. i just want to go back to the days where you could talk with someone to order your food instead of taking 10 minutes to hunt through menus to order my nachos belle grande. read more

Heaven has no rage like love to hatred turned, nor hell a fury like late night Taco Bell. In other words, this place is a cruel mistress and I loath it. It also hates me and lets me know it by how I always feel the next morning. So, why can't I stay away? I'm a glutton for punishment is the shortest and best explanation. Everytime my friend Nate and I go on a drinking binge, all roads lead to TB. I can't count the times I've woken up to what looked like a Taco Bell graveyard in my living room (or in this case, hotel room). Even worse, on this trip we went here back-to-back nights. So it was: Drink. Eat. Regret. Repeat. Don't look at me. I know. I'm pathetic. ...And I'm Mexican, so it's even more terrible that patron this place. There must be a 12-step program out there. Maybe next time I'll check the back of the wrapper for a number to an anonymous help hot-line. TB has one, right? They should. I don't remember the last time I ate here sober (maybe H.S?), but wow. On the weekends, the revenue they generation between 11pm and 3am must easily outdo the total for the entire rest of their operating hours. It's hard to beat the speed of service, the low prices, and availability during the time customers seek it out the most (late night). What can I say? Taco Bell has charms to soothe a savage breast. You can judge me all you want, but if you're being honest with yourself you've probably given in to temptation, too... or have your own equivalent guilty pleasure. read more

I'm not going to berate the employees so I'll just say this is the last time I will visit this location during lunch rush. I have them two stars because the food is good. It took us a little while to get our food. The eating area was dirty and the tables hadn't been cleaned. The food was good though! I had a beefy nacho griller and cheesy fiesta potatoes, a must at every Taco Bell visit :) my husband had the chalupa meal which was also tasty. read more

This place is ridiculous wait 30 minutes for food finally get it checked my order we were missing to bags of Doritos....the one thing they don't have to cook....drive all the way home went to eat my nacho fries and they were missing.....the whole reason I bought the NACHO FRIES BOX.....i called the store waited on hold for 20 minutes to finally talk to the manager she told me they would replace the whole order.....webt back to the store for the manager at the counter to say they wouldn't do it......i don't go to taco bell for gormet but obviously I would hope for customer service read more

This is probably one of the slowest fast food places ever. There is a 85% chance that your order will be wrong. But the food tastes great. Only come here if you have at least 45 mins for your meal. read more

The wait has always been long every time I've been there. Workers are friendly and attentive. Food has never been better.

Wasted a half hour of my long drive home at this so called fast food restaurant. Left with no food in hand. Waited 20 minutes in drive thru after ordering and finally left with cars infront of me with no food also. Also looked like some crackheads outside laundering around with most the staff. Slow service, but at least they don't run out of common stuff like beans or beef like the other crappy Taco Bell on 25th street. Taco Bell on west 46 has some major problems. They can't seem to keep employees, they are always understaffed, and their drive through take FOREVER! I had to go into the store last night because the window clerk forgot to give me my change. As I waited for some help, I could not believe the filth in that place. Trash was all over the floor, the prep counters were a total disgusting mess. Between customers, you clean up! You prep the supplies for the next rush! Probably one of the worst Taco Bell's I've ever been in. And that's saying something because I go to Taco Bell about once a week and love it but this one...this one is a different story. My wife and I stopped in on our way home from vacation hoping to grab something fast and ended up waiting for around 30+ mins because they had told us they ran out of beef after taking our money already. They offered us to switch our beef out for steak or chicken but our meal was all beef and that's what we wanted so we weren't changing. Needless to say pass this one and go to the next nearest one and save your time. read more

Food was cold, waited 30 minutes for it, employees were throwing food at eachother, the kitchen had food and trash everywhere, employees were very unsanitary (rubbing their noses and not washing their hands, then making food) over all it was a terrible experience. The worst fast food experience I have ever witnessed. 31 minutes to get my food. People were livid. First sat in drive thru for 12 mins and not one person ordered. Went inside and waited another 19mins. The cashier made the commit I can't even get out to smoke. The 2 people preparing the food were so busy talking and not working. This was at 5:00pm can't imagine what it would be like at 6-7:00pm. 2 people said it is always slow and that they would never be back. read more
