The food was cold, the service was extremely underwhelming. There was no communication with the staff or any of the customers. The only reason I knew my order was ready was as series of grunts and points. No one was stationed at the register so the cook had to come out and dole out orders. Very unorganized and unfortunately a not so good experience. The inside was not clean nor dirty but had an aura of film covering everything. Didn't expect much going into this dinner but after seeing the two star review already piled with bad reviews it seems like the management doesn't know or care to improve. Wish them the best. We stopped by for a quick dinner. The drive-thru was pretty long, so I ran inside to order on the kiosk. I wanted to try the Steak Mini Crunchwraps, but I didn't see it on the menu unfortunately. It all started when i ordered from door-dash one singular taco for my friend. It then escalated to me having to call the restaurant to ask why they were taking so long for one taco, I wasn't rude about it i was just asking why it was taking over 40 minutes to make one taco. Later I was on the phone with one of the workers who was extremely rude and hung up on me. I then called back and they gave the phone to their manager. I asked ONCE AGAIN and explained the story; the manager then proceeded to curse at me and hang up. While i am writing this we are STILL waiting for our one taco to come. This location is terrible! The dining room was dirty and run down, and the garbage pails were overflowing. One of the two self serve beverage machines was out of service, and the one that was 'working' had very little flavorings, and some came out as seltzer! I have never been treated by the staff of any establishment as I have been tonight by the staff and "manager" at this location. I placed a mobile order at approx 8:30 pm. At the speaker I requested the sour cream to be on the side for the nachos. The line, (another 4-5 cars ahead of me) took about 15-20 mins to get to the pick up window. I waited 4-5 mins for the girl to give me my food. I asked about the side of sour cream & she assured me it was in the bag. Not wanting to hold up the line for the people behind me, I pulled away & went to the parking lot to check my order. The sour cream was NOT in the bag. So I opened the box to see if maybe they had put it on the nachos. No they didn't. I went back on the line again, not expecting it to take that long again (boy, was I wrong!). I told them at the speaker what happened & they told me to drive up. After another 15-20 minute wait, I got to the window & handed the worker my bag. He handed me the side of sour cream & went to give me the bag back. I asked for fresh nachos because the ones in the bag were now cold & soggy. He refused, & tried to push the bag back thru my window. The manager came over and the first employee started filming me on his phone as I was arguing with the manager. She refused to remake the part of my order that was wrong. She insisted the side of sour cream was in the bag (it was not). Would I really wait on that line twice if it was? I was threatened with calling the police if I didn't leave the drive thru line. I am a rational person and in the past if there was an issue with my order, I was treated respectfully & my order was corrected. The treatment I received tonight was so out of proportion to the issue. I know it was busy, but I did wait on the line twice for over 30-40 minutes. If the staff was overwhelmed, there was no reason for them to take it out on me. It was poor customer service. And to film me without my permission! I drove away fuming at their mishandling over the whole thing. I parked in a nearby parking lot to see if the nachos were salvageable and now I noticed there was guac on them, which I had asked to be removed using the app. They went in the trash. ordered 2 chalupas using tier rewards tonight (9/17/25) using the mobile app. Had to do it in 2 sep orders. I got there and I got my first order with in 10 minutes after waiting 25 minutes for the second one I was done waiting and asked for a refund (my tier rewards back) the guy behind the counter said if I didn't want to wait then I had to contact customer service. Meanwhile the staff was practically moving in slow motion. I wasn't the only person getting frustrated. the guy standing next to me was also tired of waiting and when he asked the employee how much longer the employee replied with we are busy if you can't see I told you it will be out soon, when the Custer replied back with you said theat a while ago the employee said well you can leave my store then. I am not one to complain on yelp about fast food service, but my experience at Taco Bell this evening was horrible. I waited 15 minutes to pick up a DoorDash order, while not a single employee decided that maybe it's be a good idea to talk to the customer waiting at the register. Finally, someone comes to the front, but all they do it press some buttons on the screen and immediately walk to the back of the store. I decided maybe it'd be quicker to pick up the order from the drive thru, but I was wrong. The AI offered no help, and when I told it I was picking up a DoorDash order I was told I had to come inside to pick it up. As I was waiting to get through the drive thru, my friend decided to walk inside and see if she could get the order. Yet again, no one was at the front. She took it into her own hands and went BEHIND the counter, sorted through the pickup orders, and found the DoorDash order. It had been sitting there for at least 20 minutes. Keep in mind, this Taco Bell was not busy, no overflow of customers, or no huge drive thru line. Like seriously what is taking them so long. The manager at this Taco Bell needs to seriously reevaluate. This Taco Bell is being ran like the circus. I could go into the kitchen and do a better job at servicing customers than those employees. read more

Awesome that they're a Taco Bell that open, especially late! Service is really bad, wrong orders (sometimes to my benefit, extra stuff I never ordered/order probably meant for the car in front or behind/missing parts of orders). I won't complain about the times I got free food (they never charged me and closed the window), but I'm sure the dude or chick at the window was trying to hook me up. I'm not sure how this business operates, but if this is a franchise, corporate should take a closer look at the owner/operator(s). If this is corporate, I guess that makes more sense. read more

The food here is okay, convenient location, and plenty of parking. But the reason I'm writing this review is because I was blown away by the professionalism and kindness of one particular employee. This is one of the only restaurants I've been to where all employees were in the kitchen and no one was at the counter, and customers were forced to put their order through ordering tablets. It was a hassle to say the least, especially since these tablets are programmed to make you spend as much as possible. They always ask for more information like email, name, address, SSN (eventually probably) and try to trick you to adding additional items to your order. I was able to get through it with only a mild annoyance, but other customers weren't as lucky. There were several elderly customers that simply could not navigate the stupid system and were desperate for some human help and connection. That's when I saw Giselle take it upon herself to assist these customers, all the while more and more people came in. She very patiently walked these customers through their order and helped them put in herself. She did it without fuss or impatience, even though she was constantly being pulled back into the kitchen. I would have certainly understood her frustration if she had let it shown, but she didn't. It was quite touching to see the human aspect still alive and strong in such an unassuming place slowly being taken over by lifeless machines. The food was okay, but her service to others is what I'll remember. To the owners, GET RID OF THE STUPID TABLETS AND HIRE MORE PEOPLE LIKE GISELLE. And give her a raise. read more

it's a normal Taco Bell pretty good food they do make it past good and easy. Drive-through line is long recommend going inside and doing it. It's much faster. But it's pretty good not bad. read more

It is Taco Bell, so you know what to expect. There is often a long line of cars at the drive through. You are better off going inside to order your food. The food is just fine, but the service is....SLOW. You'd think they were making the stuff from scratch. It could be because they give priority to drive-thru customers. The past two times I was there it took them 15 minutes to make my order once I placed my order via the kiosk. That's another thing too: no more ordering at the counter. You have to order at the kiosk. Must be a COVID-19 thing. I get it. But unless you don't know that, then you may just stand around there waiting for their attention to take your order.
