Terrible customer service, workers don't even want to be there. Messed up my order 4 times and they gave up and refunded me. I just walked in with my daughter. There was no line and there was a woman standing behind the counter. She was on her cell phone talking to someone. We stood there for 5 minutes waiting to be greeted so we could order. She never looked up and acknowledged us, she just kept talking on her phone. Super rude! This Taco Bell seems to be a unique one... Unique as in they are an original brick building and they sport the original Taco Bell logo and font! Have you tried that new BIG BELL BOX MEAL? It's a pretty decent size meal for it's $5.66 price. It's contents is very filling: (1) crunchy taco, (1) bean&cheese burrito, (1) bag of cinnamon twists, (1) Queso-Crunchwrap & (1) large drink. The only thing I am not a fan of is the bean&cheese burrito, doesn't do it for me... and I need some sort of meat in there. I ate some of the bean&cheese burrito, but slowly wrapped it up and put it aside since I wanted the remaining box items. The taco is great, especially if you get these in the crapload. Now, the queso crunchwrap- never had in my life. This was pretty good. It's like a mexican pizza wrapped and grilled in a flour tortilla hexagon. You can probably use it in a food fight as a ninja star, seriously, the crunch inside can provide enough hardness to leave a small bump on your opponent's head. Anyways.... Yeah, the crunchwrap is a-ok in my book. The cinnamon twist were ok, just something to snack on while downing the rest of the box (like fries to a burger). The box had some funny quotes/informational stuff on it's sides. One of which showed directions how to lift the box and not how to lift it (bend from the knee's not from the back). read more

I went to this Taco Bell today, the drive thru person was awesome! The name on my receipt is Samantha. She was very courteous and patient. I wasn't sure what exactly I wanted to order. When I receive my food and opened my box, everything was in there like my napkins my straw and my mild sauce that I asked for(5). The food was wrapped perfectly and the food was prepared with plenty of cheese and lettuce. I've been to other locations and food is not wrapped properly and the food is just OK. Came here for the first time today, and just everything about this place wow-ed me. I was in awe at how clean and neat this location was. Not only that but the cashier (who's name I sadly did not get) was great. She was really kind and actually provided us with a smile and a greeting as we walked in. She treated every other customer the same. When no customers there, she kept herself busy my cleaning tables and beverage bar, I feel like she was on top of everything. I used to work at a fast food place as well, and I know what hard work looks like and I feel like she needs to be recognized for it.
