This is the best Taco Bell I've ever been to. There is a young girl that works the counter that is sweet, professional, patient, and a very hard worker. The line does get long at times, but she does all she can to move it along - without making anyone feel rushed. When all the customers have been helped, she is out in the lobby picking up. The food is fresh and they know how to read the orders - where most of the other taco bells do not. read more

I came by your store this morning with the intention of purchasing a steak quesadilla breakfast combo. On the menu board in the drive-through it clearly shows that the combo is $4.79 for the steak and $3.99 for the bacon or sausage. Which is a difference of $.80. When I went through the drive-through and got to the checkout register I was told that my total was going to be $5.50. The difference would be $.71. Making the tax on that purchase 14.8%. I asked the cashier why my tax was so high stating that it was $.71 on a $4.79 purchase and she told me that it was an $.80 up charge for going with the steak. The board clearly states that this purchase of $4.79 was for the steak combo and the other two were $3.99. The lady refused to honor the price on the board and argued with me about it instead. I called to speak to the manager and the same cashier answered the phone and said she was the manager. I explained to her the deal and she just huffed and said fine I'll change it but that was it no apologies or anything else. I'm just wondering how many other people have paid an Extra $.80 on something that was supposed to be the price marked on the board. I was never able to order a meal. The single register was occupied by an invisible person placing an order. I asked if they were ready for me and I was told they were waiting for the lady in the restroom so they could finish the current order. When the counter woman asked the assistant manager if she could use the other register to take my order, he said no and that it was not assigned to her. The drive trough kid was too busy. SO, I feel bad rating the food, store, when those items are not applicable to my visit, quite definetly my last. I have been unemployed for over 3 years and I try to be very financially conservative, this visit was to be a "happy moment" for me as I rarely eat out. I chose to stop here as it was on my path of errands. Instead, I came home and pan-fried some trout, made garlic mashed potatoes, and steamed and sauteed some asparagus. I would have really appreciated something simple, tasty, and quick. Never again! read more

Taco Bell deleted my review from Facebook. I used to work at this establishment a few years back. I can tell you that it has really gone down hill. The employees are careless and rude. How can you pay someone for customer service when they do not give it? It shouldn't take 45 minutes to go through drive thru. This occurs due to being unprepared and lack of effort from employees. Once again I worked at this location for almost 3 years, so I know what it takes. Everyone thought I was amazing on the line because I got the orders out fast and they were always right.. this was no miracle, but common sense. One time the cashier forgot to give me my debit card, so I asked for it back. She was very rude and stated that it's not like she was gonna steal my money and the proceeded to slam the window. They get the order wrong every time and this is due to pure carelessness. For them to continually send out wrong orders is unacceptable. The cashier always gets the order right, it's the workers on the line that are not reading what it says. I know how easy this is because I did it for almost 3 years. It just takes some work ethic and caring to do the job correctly and efficiently for the customers. One time I was laughed at because I had to come back in and get my order fixed. I did not think it was funny. I drive out of my way to the Hiram location to avoid ever coming here again even though I live next to it. Someone needs to get this place in order! It's disgusting to me how they treat customers. Take my advice and go to the Hiram location or don't go at all! Their food is riddled with MSG. read more

First off y'all shouldn't of fired josh he was my nigga. The drive thru line was so long and slow I coulda went to Mexico and got some real Mexican food. But the chick that asked for my order musta been new or something bc she didn't know what was on the board. And once I got home I looked in the bag and they were missing a whole meal.
