Standard Taco Bell menu. I've been there a few times. It's very uneven, service could be good or it could be completely indifferent. It's one of the new places where you order from a touch screen kiosk. Today it only took 15 minutes to receive my take out order. Other visits have been fine and normal. You are taking your chances. If it's owned by the same owner who has the other taco bell in town and the subway, they don't participate in promotional offers. Full price. read more

I have had nothing but bad experiences at this Taco Bell. The workers are some of the rudest ones I've met at any fast food establishment even when they mess up your order. The first mistake was I made a mobile order for $20 worth of food and they hand me a 5 dollar chicken bowl and when I called the women working told me there's nothing she can do about it then left the phone sitting on the counter so I can listen to them gossip about their manager. My other encounter I ordered a chicken quesadilla at the drive through and when I got home I took a bite and it was beef, seeing as I am Jewish I was not happy, their explanation was that they ran out of chicken and they thought switching it out without asking would make more sense then just asking if I wanted cheese instead. My most recent experience this Taco Bell normally closes at 1am I show up at 10:30 and get in line. There is about 5 cars in front of me and it took them 30 minutes to get to us then at exactly 11 o'clock they start turning people away saying that they are closed at 11. There was not one sign on the door or any indication saying they were closing at 11 and by as slow as they were going with the line I fully believe that the workers were putting no effort into actually taking customers orders. I love Taco Bell but this one is just pathetic!!! read more

A well above average experience indeed. The gentleman who took our order was very pleasant and helpful despite it being a late night. There was a bit of a wait in the drive thru but it was well worth it. The food was made as if the person preparing it was going to consume the meal as well. My entire quesadilla was full of meat/cheese and didn't leave me searching a dry tortilla for a drop of sauce. Was a nice change from most other Taco Bell locations I've visited. 4 stars due to the wait otherwise would give it a 5! read more

I honestly don't know why the reviews were so bad- my only complaint was that it took 'about' 10 minutes for "fast food". Otherwise my order was correct (and believe me when I say that our family is really picky- who doesn't want lettuce, who doesn't want sour cream, etc). So it was a difficult order and it was completely correct! The place was neat, clean- nearly immaculate & so were the restrooms! This Taco Bell is also attached to a Chucky's/Gas Station so the parking lot was extremely busy- be careful. The staff here are soooo incredibly friendly! The women who worked there were extremely friendly and helpful, one of the male employees not so much. But our food was good & hot- better than any Taco Bells near my house! Me & my friend came through drive thru on our lunch break . Ordered a 5 layer burrito, triple later nachos, spicy. $1 taco and a large no sugar Baja blast. First of all, we didn't receive a receipt. As I start sipping My drink I noticed a black dead bug at the bottom floating in my drink also the nachos we're disgustingly messy looked like they just threw toppings on it without a care. My spicy taco had no jalapenos on it and the beef was cold as well as the burrito half of it was just tortilla no filling. I have continuously tried to call and they keep on hanging up on me. This is the only place nearby to get lunch during my break. Every single time, without fail, I end up having to drive back, and wait in line again for something they forgot. Today it was my drink, last week it was the hot sauce, the week before that they forgot napkins, hot sauce, and my nacho fries dip. Utterly and completely incompetent staff. We were very excited about a Taco Bell opening closer to home. Unfortunately, we have ordered food twice, and both meals were wrong. I asked for the corect meals and was told they don't "give away free food". Went inside to speak with a manager third time.
