Went there 2 do a 2go order & nobody works the counter anymore. You have 2 use the kiosk. I tried 2 do that and deleted things off like sour cream & beans & it wouldn't let me. So I hollered at the people standing in the back that WHEN THEY STARTED HAVING PEOPLE WORK AT THE COUNTER AGAIN, I MIGHT BE BACK!!!!!Probably not. I can cook the same thing at home. I stopped here tonight while on the road south to FL for a quick burrito supreme and taco. Probably the cleanest Taco Bell I've been in, including the bathroom. Employees were polite and quick! The food was actually perfect. It looked like one of the menu pics. How often does that happen? I wouldn't normally leave a review for a Taco Bell, but the employees deserved some recognition. I don't have high expectations from Taco Bell in general anyways but this place was not even ok in my experience. We ordered using drive thru menu and it took the person 5 mins to understand what we were ordering. Once we passed that phase, the food was ready pretty quick but the chalupas which we got had frozen cheese in it. I actually felt the gold cheese against my teeth which was not very great but I guess you get what you pay for so 2 stars. read more

No Napkins. No Beans. Crunchy Rice. Condiment/napkins station was gross. Fountain drinks were awful. Customer Service was awful, took 10 minutes for two items with a clear screen.Bathrooms smelt so bad. They suck. Screen order inside only. Employees never mentioned the items they were out of til after ordering. Oh and employee didn't wear gloves while preparing food or wash them. Would go in to the office and with orders to be made come back touch screens and go back. So unsanitary and the sanitation rating was never visible. read more

I don't usually posts review, but this place deserves one. Service was fast, staff was wonderful and helpful. The car in front of us asked the lady several questions and she was happy to answer and didn't rush her along. The food was warm and great! How can you go wrong with taco bell?? Sometimes my delivery orders can be wrong but food is still good! Can't never go wrong with taco bell!

I love Taco Bell. They've given me the best service out of all the fast food restaurants in the AREA, but fast food customer service is horrible in the Dillon area. I cannot count on two hands how many times I've heard employees say the rudest things to me and the people I am riding with in the drive through. For example, when a customer is checking to see if they have everything in their bag, you don't tell them "everything is in there!" You must not know how many times people have had to pull back around because they've gotten the wrong order. OR you're just being plain rude on purpose. Other than that, I know some of the sweetest employees that always make my day when I come to the Taco Bell drive through! read more

This is the worst Taco Bell I've ever been in. No one came to take my order. I realized no one was working the cash register and all orders were by the video screen. They only take exact pmt in cash or credit cards. My taco barely had any filling and virtually no lettuce snd my crunch wrap had even less inside. Employees shouted to each other as though there was no supervision. Terrible. Taco Bell won't be in business if this is their new model. As I write another customer is waiting to order. Not good service, didn't have napkins or beans. beans are my favorite so they offended me. I am now depressed and living in a garbage truck. It's fast food so don't expect 5-star food lol. Taco Bell is usually my go to when on the road and want something fast. Finally got to try the naked chicken chalupa. It was actually pretty tasty with that spicy sauce. The "nachos" are okay for what they are which is just cheese dip with chips on side lol. I love this authentic Mexican bistro. I had the smothered burrito and my boyfriend got the boss wrap and the Dorito Loco taco. Every bite gave me a taste bud erection. The several sauces available to try were a delight for my mouth, too. Walked to counter...employee was eating her McDonald's lunch at a table and said we couldn't order inside because she was on break and the only one who could run the register. Went to get a beef chalice and three soft tacos and two mt dews. Pay 17 dollars for the items. I got one chicken quasida and one chicken taco. PULL BACK AROUND AND INFORMED THEM THAT THEY GOT THE ORDER WRONG.AND I DID NOT GET THE THREE SOFT TACOS. I was informed that they were out of beef. That he told me that when I was ordering. We stopped at this Taco Bell off of 95 South on our way to play Charleston, SC. All in all, it wasn't terrible. They gave Matty the wrong burrito, they had no Diablo sauce, the rice was overcooked in my Chicken Burrito, the burritos were poorly wrapped and square. John, on the other hand, had a good batch (although he did mention the rice being crispy). Friendly service and some good music (Velvet Underground!). I spilled some water and there was a 'Wet Floor' sign conveniently already there. How cool is that? read more
