I would give it a 0 if i could. Dinner rush with two people working. One guy on the headset watching the girl prepare food instead of helping. Both moving ridiculously slow. Portions were terrible. If there is a minimum requirement for what should be in a taco, they failed to meet it. 30 dollars for minimal food and terrible service. The food is usually falling apart the same lady is working there every single day and never gets my order right and whenever I order a large drink I always receive a small I ordered a water and when I arrived at the window she says "sorry I was busy so I accidentally made a Pepsi" and stares at me as if it's my fault and I reply asking for the water I ordered followed by her slamming the window like I'm dumb like honestly how do you ACCIDENTALLY make a damn Pepsi when I asked for WATER? She also said that 9/10 drinks asked for were out if you can't make a water I don't think you need to be working the window. Another time I asked for sauce after ordering 3 burritos I got home looked in the bag and received ONE sauce packet. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I ordered a chicken bowl and I kid you not it took at LEAST 45 minutes. A woman was standing around refilling the sauce packets over and over and over again while there were customers waiting for up to an hour. She also proceeded to examine all of the lids instead of making any food! My sister ordered a baja blast freeze, mind you there was another guy in there with one in his hand and they claimed the machine "was broken". Once I finally got my food after 45 minutes I recieved rice and lettuce topped with sour cream. If I could leave 0 stars I would. If they are that miserable at their jobs, they should probably find new one. I couldn't imagine treating a customer as terribly and lazily as they did. Solid Taco Bell. Digging the decor obviously, like the brick building. Welcome to ski country USA! On the way up to the mountains on interstate seventy. So heading up or down it's a good midpoint for food. Beat some traffic and grab a bite. Maybe if the roads are absolutely terrible or at a standstill you pull over to eat and wait it out. Staff has always been prompt. Never used the drive through but it seems about the same speed as inside (quick.) Bathrooms are clean and the inside tables and napkin/soft drink centers are clean also. Coming back from snowboarding a bathroom is a godsend so this is your one stop shop. Gas nearby and dispensaries so if you're in the area grab some food! Other than that it's just a normal Taco Bell. They have always gotten my order correct. Quickly. Friendly. Will be returning to this location. read more

I'm surprised at the negative reviews! Obviously you don't go to Taco Bell if you want a gourmet meal, but this location is one of the nicest Taco Bell's I've ever been to. They have a convenient electronic ordering station as you walk in that seems to make things easier and more customizable. Our food arrived warm and quick, and we actually had a surprisingly great experience. The atmosphere is more upscale than usual locations, and very clean. The bathrooms were ok as far as cleanliness. We didn't interact with the employees but they were working hard cleaning everything as we sat and ate. read more

Worst fast food I've ever been to. I stopped in today at 4pm and they said they were closed for the night. If you can ever catch them open, which you have a 30% of, they will always get something wrong on your order. I miss when it was a burger king, at least then they were open when they said they were. Stopped in may 1st a t 11AM for our usual on the way home from denver. My wife ordered my preference, a chicken burrito supreme along with some tacos for her. I recall her specifically saying "chicken burrito supreme". When we got our order I discovered that the sales person made a mistake and ordered me a beef burrito supreme in error. Mistakes happen. So I returned to the counter to tell her about her error. She rudely told me something I know was a lie. She said that my wife just said burrito when she ordered. Basically this sales person called me a liar to my face to cover her ass about ordering the wrong item while she herself was lying. If you eat here, double check the receipt to make sure the counter person ordered what you asked for and not just what she wanted to hear. If it is wrong she will call you a liar. Whether you are headed to the mountains to go camping, or rushing back to Denver hoping to avoid the ski traffic, and you need a quick bite to eat, look no further than Taco Bell. Talk about putting the fast in fast food. Even when training a whole new staff, the service was excellent. Having a dispensary next door, there is no reason to suspect that every member of the staff stops by before their shift. The drive thru experience was outstanding. I put it on par with repeatedly bringing your youngsters on It's a Small World ride at Disney World. I knew it was going to be a special experience while I waited 5 minutes to speak with the person taking the order. Their soft drink selection was impressive. "Can I have a Dr Pepper?" "Sorry we are out." "I'll take an Orange Crush." "Sorry, unfortunately we are out of that too. Would you like a Pepsi?" "Do you have anything without caffeine?" "We have Sierra Mist, lemonade, and iced tea." "I'll have a lemonade." "Sorry we don't have that either, but I can give you an iced tea and lemonade mix." "Ok I'll take it." "Can you please check the screen to make sure your order is correct?" "Yeah, I asked for a half and half, and you put in a Sierra Mist." "Oh, I just pressed the wrong button. Don't worry, we are out of Sierra Mist." With the order complete it was on to pay for the meal, and pick up the food. With a car in front, and a pickup truck behind me, I'm glad there was no secondary exit, because if the service were to be slow, you can enjoy being stuck in the drive thru lane. Finally, after a very quick 15 minutes, we were face to face with the staff. I've had better conversations with a wall. "I ordered a number 3 with a half and half, and a number 6 with a Pepsi." "Um, what was that again?" "A number 3." After a couple of minutes, "Here you go." "Can I get the half and half (that is right in front of you)?" "Oh, yeah. Anything else?" "And a number 6." After a little more time watching paint dry, "Here you go. Anything else?" "Yeah that Pepsi right there?" "Can you hold on? Here are your Gorditas." 'Yeah, I didn't order them (but I'm sure the guy behind me won't mind me taking his order, because what's another 10 minutes when you've already been waiting 25?)
