I was lost and just went in to ask for some help. Got staff here was amazing super helpful got some chipotle chicken burritos while i was at it and they mad it fresh and it was quick. This has to be the best Taco Bell i have ever been to!! Thanks guys you're awesome! The vibe was very chill and welcoming

Solid Taco Bell. Digging the decor obviously, like the brick building. Welcome to ski country USA! On the way up to the mountains on interstate seventy. So heading up or down it's a good midpoint for food. Beat some traffic and grab a bite. Maybe if the roads are absolutely terrible or at a standstill you pull over to eat and wait it out. Staff has always been prompt. Never used the drive through but it seems about the same speed as inside (quick.) Bathrooms are clean and the inside tables and napkin/soft drink centers are clean also. Coming back from snowboarding a bathroom is a godsend so this is your one stop shop. Gas nearby and dispensaries so if you're in the area grab some food! Other than that it's just a normal Taco Bell. They have always gotten my order correct. Quickly. Friendly. Will be returning to this location.

Two years into this pandemic and their lobby is still closed. Disappointing :( (it's making me type more...)

This goes into my list of top ten meals of all time! We received a text ten minutes before our…read morereservation time stating that our table was ready so we would have time to walk across the casino. We arrived and the host showed us immediately to a table, but we requested the bar since there were still seats available. The restaurant was romantic and dark, with an open kitchen so you could watch the chefs create their magic. Tyler was our bartender, server, and entertainer that evening, and helped explain the menu to us, which included a tablet with pictures and descriptions of each meal so you wouldn't be left guessing. He also kept us laughing and we ended up staying longer than planned (and ordering a LOT more than we had planned) because we were enjoying his conversation so much. To start us off with drinks, at Tyler's recommendation, I went for the Smoke Signal (I'm a sucker for Mezcal) and loved the balance of alcohol, smoke and sweetness. Our appetizers were the Fry Bread Esquites - pillowy fry bread topped with perfectly seasoned charred corn, cotija and zesty chipotle aioli, and the Pan Seared Shrimp served with blue corn tortillas, guacamole and the most delicious tomato macha. The shrimp aren't completely peeled, so beware there is more than the tails to remove! For the main meal we split the Pork Tomahawk - the most expensive thing on the menu (besides the steak offerings), and it was worth it! The most tender and moist pork I've ever had, with sweet potato purée, grilled mushrooms, fresh broccolini and a sweet honey chipotle sauce. We were too full for dessert (I honestly haven't consumed so much in one sitting, but it was too good to stop!), but we were able to fit in one more drink at the end. I chose the Sweet Venom, recommended by Tyler, which was a sweeter drink with a floater of Tingala which makes your tongue go numb. Tyler offered us a little splash of the Tingala on its own which was a fun experience! It was a pricey meal for sure, but worth more than every cent we spent. Highly recommend the dishes and beverages we got, and if you're lucky enough to snag a seat at the bar when Tyler is working, you're guaranteed to have a great night!

And kissed by the fire grill. I would not order the so called char broiled care asada, as the kitchen pre slices the beef, so it doesn't actually get a char grill. It's a sad expression of a charrasco. All cook should have knives to slices a properly cooked steak, one would think. One major frustration is the fact that the open kitchen staff are blasting their own music whilst the Spanish guitar trio is also playing. While perhaps those sitting farther in the restaurant cannot hear the kitchen staff music. Those at the bar fale and the communal table behind the bar are going to be annoyed by having to listen to music by a kitchen staff that should not be having music playing. It is an open concept kitchen! The bartender Tyler did an excellent job of explaining the menu with descriptions and suggestions based upon my tastes. And assisted when items didn't meet expectations though. Monarch and Mariposa are lucky to have him!

I've been coming to Empire Edge Grill for years and it never disappoints…read more My go-to order is the Empire breakfast sandwich and it is so good. I get it on ciabatta with bacon and their bacon is actually quality crispy, flavorful, not flimsy. The chipotle aioli is what really makes it though. So good. Heads up: this sandwich is big. Like, if you're not a big eater, you could easily split it. I didn't even finish mine and gave about a quarter to my mom It's perfect if you're about to have an active day and need something filling. I also ordered a medium matcha with vanilla and my total came out to about $20, which is a little pricey in my opinion but the portion size makes up for it. The matcha was good, but quick tip: if you like your drinks sweet, make sure to ask for sugar or flavor. I always forget and end up with a bitter drink lol. Everyone here is always super nice and welcoming. I genuinely have nothing bad to say about this place. I go here often and already plan to be back in a couple weeks. Solid food, big portions, good vibes. Highly recommend.

Pulled up and enjoyed the family run joint and couldn't decide on breakfast or lunch. I went with the pastrami sandwich and they started to cook my lunch in front of me. They pulled the sandwich together and I took off to make sure to get a parking spot. As I pulled the sandwich out to eat in the MJ parking lot, I looked around at the jealous people to see what I was eating. A solid sandwich to eat half before shredding and then having the second half before driving the pass back

It makes you instantly hungry and has a way of making you forget about skiing or any other plans. I went with the two street tacos for $20. I chose the Elk and the Steak, opting for double black beans instead of rice to keep the diet right. Both were fantastic; the succulent steak provided a perfect balance to the leaner elk. I always judge a Mexican restaurant by its chips and salsa, and Mi Casa delivered a great trio: a fresh pico, a solid medium verde, and a "light you up" option for those who want the heat. The bar serves a solid Ranch Water with true Topo Chico instead of club soda from the gun, and my son gave the kids' quesadilla a strong report. The interior is well-executed--it transports you without feeling kitschy. The staff was attentive and friendly throughout. Overall, a reality-based "win" for a post-mountain meal.

We were told…read morethere was no availability and then we were placed on a waiting list and told it could be 30 minutes.... 10 minutes later we were called in.. Okay..? Needless to say while walking in, the restaurant is huge but there was a bunch of empty tables. Odd. Our poor waitress was divided between 2 tables because our party of 9 couldn't be sat together. So I'm only assuming it threw her off her game some. It was a disaster. We ordered cocktails from the bar and everything came out scattered. My drink was okay but it wasn't strained properly and still had ice floating around. For entree, I got the chicken enchiladas with a red sauce which comes with a side of rice and beans. It was meh. Tastes okay for where you're at but nothing great. Half our party on one table was served way earlier than our half. So it felt very unorganized. Even when we finished eating and walked out, there was a bunch of tables empty. Pretty sure they could've sat us all together. Not to mention even though our group was split amongst 2 tables, we were hit with a 20% service charge.
