We entered through the patio entrance, found a table right away, and our server quickly brought us water. She also pointed out that water bowls and fresh water were available for our pup, which was a thoughtful touch. I ordered one of the house specialties, the Chilled Tuna & Salmon Poke Bowl ($24), and I'm so glad I did. Every bite was fresh and delicious. It had just the right amount of spice--enough to add flavor without being overwhelming. My husband ordered the Summit Mushroom Burger($20), and after stealing a few bites, I can confirm it was excellent as well. The fries were exactly how I like them: crispy on the outside, fluffy and tender on the inside. Great food, attentive service, and a dog-friendly patio made this a wonderful lunch stop. read more

On the way to Steamboat Springs from Denver and the torrential downpour lead us to a break. Eclectric Bar and Grill in Silverthorne has good reviews and located on the main drag. The building is a bit of a mess but we will hold our judgement for the service and food. It appears that two people are running the entire business. HUSTLERS. We looked over the menu and selected the spicy fried cauliflower with green onions, micro cilantro, sweet heat, sesame seeds and a lime cream sauce. The cauliflower was crispy, well flavored, and a good taste. We shared the Summit mushroom burgers with goat cheese, wild mushrooms, spicy pepper jelly and roasted garlic aioli. The burger was delicious, juicy and a real treat. We were pleasantly surprised. The staff was helpful, engaging and working hard to service the crowd. Eclectric Bar and Grill is not fancy, but a solid option in the burger scene. Give them a chance and judge them for yourself. read more

We come to Keystone often and were looking forward to trying a new place. The new bar area is beautiful, but the rest of the place is pretty dated. The bartender was extremely rude. Coming from someone who works in the service industry and bartends myself, it was genuinely disappointing to be treated with such disrespect. We had an issue with one of our drinks because it didn't look like what we ordered, so we went inside to confirm it and order a replacement. The menu listed it as a dry cider, but we were served what appeared to be a hard lemonade, so we simply wanted clarification. When we went to the bar, the bartender seemed more focused on cleaning the cooler than acknowledging not only me, but several other customers who were waiting to order. Once she did help us, she spoke to me in a very condescending manner, as if I were an inconvenience for asking a simple question. Mistakes happen, and I completely understand that. What I don't understand is treating customers with disrespect when they're simply trying to resolve an issue politely. Being friendly and helpful is a fundamental part of working in hospitality, and unfortunately, that was completely lacking during our visit. this place seemed promising. was not. we got here around 6:30 and after we were seated, our server asked us what we would like for drinks and disappeared for 10-15 minutes. we had to wave them down since their back was constantly turned away. it took 30 minutes for our food to come out. most of the burgers were cold, ex the cheese wasnt melted, the bread was cool, and the fries were soggy AND cold. felt like it was left out for a while! for the build your own burgers, extra sauce/toppings we added were there, but had absolutely no taste to the actual burger. there was no flavour in much of our plates, it tasted worse than plain honestly. the menu was more appetizing than consuming the food. there's multiple flies by the window, and there was a wasp right behind me as well! we asked for a new water carafe since there was a black floating piece in there, server said they'd be right back. did not return 10 minutes later until they came to ask how the food was... then reminded them we still wanted our water. they brought a seemingly new one back, refilled with new water and ice. it had the SAME black piece in there!! unbelievable. don't waste your time. read more

I placed my order to go online and pick up was quick and easy. Gladly I ordered takeout because the restaurant smelled like fish and was musty inside. The place has a dive bar feel if that is your vibe. The food itself was good and reasonably priced. I had the smoked bison prime sandwich. The meat was cooked well and topped with cheese and peppers. The roll used in the bison prime sandwich was a bit thick so I took half of it off so I wouldn't be full off the bread. The fries were cooked perfectly and I liked the big cup of ketchup they provided me. If there was a sauce or something else added to the sandwich it would have been a homerun for me. Overall good food and quick service but I wouldn't want to eat there in person if it always smelled like musty fish inside. They also have an outdoor patio which would be nice in the summer. Not sure if pets are allowed on the patio but I would definitely consider coming back in the summer if they did otherwise I'll stick to takeout. read more

Date of visit: February 13, 2025 My fellow Yelpers came through again with a fantastic meal in Silverthorne! Eclectic is not a very big place, so definitely take advantage of making a reservation on their website (and ignore the references to using Yelp to make one, as of this writing, it's not functioning) so you don't have to wait. Parking can also be tricky as it's a small parking lot and if there's snow, people park like they're playing Tetris. I don't know our server's name, she did not share it and the receipt says "PM Bar," I sincerely doubt (or hope) that is her actual name. At any rate, PM Bar was very friendly and offered some great suggestions for menu items. However she only appeared once after the food arrived to fetch my friend another Sprite and then was gone for awhile, suspect she was busy as she had also served as our hostess upon arrival. I went with the Barnyard Burger and it was honestly one of the best burgers I have ever had; beef, pork, bacon, and egg combining to tantalize my tastebuds also while easily shortening my lifespan by 20-30 minutes, but in the end it will be worth it! My issue with the burger is that the bun, while good, could not keep up with the contents and the entire bottom was a soggy mess not even halfway into eating the burger. I ended up eating much of it open-faced to ensure that none of it fell into my lap! Also, based on the recommendations of my fellow Yelpers I went with the Cuban corn and that was also fabulous! Although it's on a traveled road, it's just outside the outlet malls and right before residential areas. A little not so well known place unless your local or know friends in the area. Thee have a selection of non alcoholic beverages and I would recommend the spicy margarita. It was well made and had a good kick to it. Nice selection of food items: from salads to burgers to sandwiches. They have fish and chips also but didn't order them because I wasn't sure about salmon being fried. Maybe next time I'll try it. The smoked chicken sandwich was delicious as was the make-your-own-burger. Portions were not big, not small. Perfectly sized for the active crowd I would say. Service was friendly too. read more

Silverthorne is a smaller town so there's not a lot of choices beyond chain restaurants, but Yelp's reviews came through with this great recommendation. My husband, son, his fiancee and I sat on the patio to enjoy the spectacular weather. Service was excellent despite further distance from the kitchen. My husband really liked the Smoked Prime Sandwich on a hoagie with cheddar, BUT... truth be told, I tried his side of Cuban corn and it was hard to concentrate on my own order after that. The corn is seasoned beautifully and whatever crunch they put on top is heaven. I had the Pear Salad with mixed greens, roasted pears, goat cheese, candied pepitas, candied sunflower seeds, blackberries, and dried apricot (I added shredded pork on top). I subbed their 10/10 homemade ranch dressing instead. This salad was worthy of a reorder when we return to Silverthorne. I loved everything about it and wouldn't change a thing. We ordered a dessert of the day to share: a deconstructed bread pudding with a sublime whipped creation and candy on top. The portion wasn't huge, but in all fairness, it was too delicious to share after all and hadn't advertised as shareable. The portions are perfect and we have had some of the best servers every time we come. They have wonderfully crafted cocktails and have a lot of beers on tap as well that are local and unique. We made a reservation for a birthday dinner. The place was busy but they did not hold a table for us. We had to wait for the waitress pulling double duty at the host station to clear a 4 seat high top. They offered a regular table but we would have had to wait 20 minutes. Not a super big deal but it previewed the rest of our experience. Our res was at 715p and food did not arrive for more than a hour after we sat down. The table seated right before us ate, paid and left before we saw our food. The fish and chips my two kids got was burned. It was shades darker than the photos posted on yelp. They had to pull out the fish and left the breading on the plate. The side order of fries came out. The burgers the adults ordered were pretty good. Not once did we get an acknowledgment of their lack of staff and delays A male employee sat at the end of the bar chatting up some biker chick while everyone was busy. Idk if he was a manager or off duty and hanging out but I only saw him go to the kitchen once and bring out a table's food. The men's bathroom was nasty. They hadn't cleaned those walls in who knows how long. Looked like a run down country gas station bathroom. We won't be returning. So the power was off in Georgetown, Co and our dinner reservations were cancelled so we headed west to Silverthorne, Co. and found Eclectic Bar & Grill. We got really good calamari to start. My burger was a 7oz Colorado burger and it was perfect! The wife got the smoked beer can chicken and she liked it. Our waitress was also the bartender and that caused frustration and wait. She didn't even bring out our entrees and forgot 2 things I asked for. Other workers had to be asked. The table next to us had an actual waitress and she was at their table at least 7 times taking care of them. I give the food a 4.5/5 and the service a 4/5 only because other workers stepped up. read more

Our server was busy as all get out, taking care of the majority of folks outside but she was still fast, friendly and laid back. We ordered burgers: Summit Mushroom burger with a Cuban corn and the Tennessee chicken plate. I loved everything about mine minus the temp. I don't mind burgers cooked medium rare at all, and happily ate it, but I asked for medium. The patty was pink throughout. That aside, the mushroom paired well with the goat cheese, spicy pepper jelly and garlic aioli. So tasty. The Cuban corn was delicious as well. My partner loves Tennessee chicken and had to try their version. Sadly, it was too sweet. The strawberry habanero sauce wasn't a hit with him. My tastebuds agreed. I think we were expected more spice. The fries, on the other hand, were delicious - crispy and not heavily coated. I had the spicy margarita. It was a tad too limey for me, but I added a smidge of water and it was perfect. All in all, great find. There were either offerings we wanted to try this trip and will definitely be back. Had a really lovely experience here right when they opened for lunch after being positively ravenous after a couple hours kayaking in the nearby Dillon Reservoir (highly recommend!). I ordered the burger on a gluten free bun and the waitress was kind, personable, nice to talk to about music and food and travel. She was also very knowledgeable about all gluten on the menu for me which put me at ease. She also made a pretty mean Laws old fashioned! The service was amazing. We had several pleasant conversations with our server Augusta. She came with water shortly after we were seated. She gave us some recommendations on what to order. Interior is a bit cold ... local artists work helps a bit, but the muted wall tones and open walls just seem to lack energy. The boxed up way the rooms are don't make it feel like you're in a place with other people ... a little weird. Oh, they serve food, too! Chicharrones with quest was a fun opener (I'd order again, for sure). Good NA beer options (thank you!), and the meal options were varied without being too plentiful. The kid's burger missed the mark (looked like they hadn't made it), but the fish + chips, adult burgers, etc. were all pretty good. Service was pretty good, though nobody in there is a great hurry.
