I got 2 Mexican pizza's Thursday night(2/6) and ended up getting food poisoning. So be careful when getting food there.

**This review is limited to food & experiences in service only I can't say for sure, as I don't frequent Taco bell, but I have lived in this area most of my life and have been to this establishment many times, if the line is even a few cars expect to wait a minimum of 15 mins to get your food, there have been times I have timed it and it has been 30+ mins. To be fair I haven't had any bad experiences with the food, I mean it's fast food and it generally is what it's supposed to be, but the wait is just so absurd which is why I have to give it 1 star. They are also often closed randomly when they are supposed to be open and do not update their Google My Business to reflect accurate hours which results in customers wasting trips there only to find them to be closed, and when you try to call in to check the phone will just ring and ring and no one will answer. I suspect they are massively understaffed. Though the staff has never been rude to me, the wait is the reason for this review of 1 star read more

I recently went to Taco Bell in Easton Md. I got to the restaurant at 11:47 AM. when I got to the ordering kiosk I was told that they were not open. They did not have the staff on hand. later on in the day I went back. I had to wait to place my order only to be told that while they were serving KFC they were not serving Taco Bell. That was annoying enough but now I was stuck in the drive through line as there were cars in front of me as well as behind me. I voiced my annoyance only to be told that I can't talk to her that way. when I finally got through the line I went to the entrance to get the phone number of management or the actual chain. it was then that things got crazy. An employee came out of the store threatening to beat me up for being rude to his relative. I complained using the online complaint app. I never heard back from Taco Bell. I will never buy another Taco Bell or KFC product again. read more

Worst Taco Bell ever! After 10 minutes of waiting the manager had to look at my receipt to see what I ordered. When I finally received my order it was packaged 'to go' instead of 'for here' as I had ordered it. The manager attempted to appease me by comping me a hard shell taco--what a joke! Then when I returned to my table I discovered that my fire sauce and napkins had been thrown into the trash by a 'helpful- employee. I pulled up to the drive through to place two orders. I'm told that I can't place more than one order in the drive through. That wouldn't be so bad if I could get out of the drive through line, but I was stuck. So I ordered the first order, figuring I would get it quickly then pull around and let my fiancé run inside for the second order. I waited for the one car in front of my to get their order, which took 5+ minutes. Then it took another 5-10 minutes for me to get my 3 items. I pull off and let me fiancé inside to order. I sat outside for 15 minutes waiting for him to come back with his food. His party pack wasn't even in a box, just thrown in the bag. I wouldn't recommend going there unless you want to spend 30-45 minutes waiting for your "fast" food. read more

(11/7/2016) Going through Easton to make our way to the Bay Bridge. It was a long day, just needed a place to pee and a little something to eat to make it home. Place is a total sh*t show. Cashier was incompetent, I ordered two things (Nashville Hot Chicken Little and Beef Meximelt) and were served two other (plain Chicken Little and Mexican Pizza), plus the extraordinary wait for "fast" food. KFC order came out first, I asked about my other item, cashier said, you gotta wait for it from the Taco Bell side. This is ludicrous. Staff members are so friendly! Food is always on point. This is the best Taco Bell I've ever been to. The drive home isn't long so food is still hot. The customer service at other fast food chains has gone down hill so it was shocking to have such a positive interaction with the employees at TB. The employees here are so lazy and should be fired. We came 30 min before closing and they shut down the restaurant. We asked if we could order food and they laughed at us and told us to go away. They were hanging out at the tables inside, feasting on burritos and laughing. As a business owner, this is information I would like to know. read more

I was hesitant to try this Taco Bell due to poor reviews. I went through the drive thru to get a few tacos. The food was very good, hot and fresh, and the employees were very friendly and courteous. I agree that it takes longer than it should to get through the drive thru. It took about ten minutes from the time I ordered until I got my food with four cars in front of me. This may be due to the fact that this location is also a KFC. (I typically have to wait for chicken to be prepared whenever I go to KFC, so this might be why it takes so long.) I recommend going inside and avoiding the drive thru. read more
