My Experience at this Taco Bell was awesome! The workers were so nice to me. The inside was super clean. Though the interior is kind of outdated. Built around the 1990s or something. But thank god there was no rats. That happens sometimes to outdated Taco Bell's. The inside of the bathrooms just got updated. They have a new modern design and it was super clean. I also liked my food. It was delicious. I also got a Mountain Dew Baja Blast Freeze. It was so fluffy and good. This Taco Bell and others places nearby are near my high school. The employees are awesome at this Taco Bell but for some reason, every single time I get regular tacos the shells are soggy and fall apart. Why is this the only Taco Bell that has this issue? Went here tonight and had the best experience ever at a Taco Bell. The employee who took my order and my payment was absolutely exceptional! I believe her name was Cynette. She was amazing! This particular Taco Bell location never fails to please me. Today I had come in to grab some lunch and was greeted with a smile by a seemingly new employee named Mario. Mario took my order carefully and made sure that it was exactly how I wanted it. His customer service is outstanding and even goes above and beyond to make sure I am pleased with my meal. I love the mini chicken quesadillas from the dollar menu & in the past, have been satisfied with how hefty they were for the price. But the last time I went to Taco Bell, I ordered one & it was not only the WRONG kind (a beef one), but it was meagerly packed (mostly tortilla with a tiny pouch of ingredients shoved in the middle). Since I didn't want to waste food, I ate it & chalked it up to if it happens again, I'll do a survey. Well, IT DID. I want to know WHY Taco Bell has a dollar menu if you're going to give me a sloppy product with barely any ingredients in it. A homeless man ordered food before me in line and they gave him a nice hefty burrito for his dollar, which is awesome, but how come I'm not treated with the same courtesy? How do you know if I'm financially hurting or not, just based on my appearance? My boyfriend went to to Taco Bell this morning & with his free Crunch Wrap coupon, got a very hefty food product for the price of beverage. Excellent, I went there today to get a Chalupa that I wanted to try since I saw the TV commercial. It looks fabulous on TV and is in person the shell is so light & crisp, and the $5.00 Chalupa box is great. Out of all the $5.00 meals I've had this is the best for your buck in my opinion. Everything tasted so good and the Nacho Shell was also something I'd never had & loved it. I would go back there in a heartbeat and as a matter of fact my church loves to eat so I'm going to tell everyone about this box and if we don't come in we will have to order out but either way I believe we will have a few people eating your Chalupa box in the very near future since I hear it is going away in about 2 weeks. Seriously had no flavor. I got the chipotle chicken griller and a soft taco. I didn't taste the spicy chipotle sauce. Very bland food.

This is my favorite place to go for fast food. The drive-through is usually very quick and the selection is large. It is easily located in the Ralph's shopping center. I can run lots of errands and grab a quick bite to eat. read more

I go to this Taco Bell all the time normally get regular shemuglar service, but last night I was helped out by Christian and he was amazing. He worked well under pressure and still had a great attitude even though there was a line of cars. What has happened? 4 visits recently... ....Lady who appeared to be the manager was counting cash and closing out a register when I walked up. She growled at me saying this register is not open. Duh it was obvious. .... the second time my order was wrong. It wasn't even close. .... The third time we walked in to a strong smell of bleach on the floor. This was during the lunch time hour. Somebody decided to clean the floor in the bathroom and entrance floor with bleach. Not a good idea. .... We were in there yesterday and I couldn't find a napkin. Nowhere to be found. The napkin holder by the front was empty, the napkin holders by the sauces for both empty. Surprise surprise. Not sure what has happened to this particular establishment but I do have a feeling that the past manager is gone. Service has taken a hit. read more

This Taco Bell has been sleazy for years. I still eat here on occasion because ist the only one in the hood but it's just crap. The employees are sketchy at best and you never know what kind of attitude you are going to get. It gets 5 stars because its a Taco Bell, so you know what to expect, but the people who work there are nice and its clean. I waited in the drive thru one night for just a drink, the wait wasn't that long, but they gave me a discount on it anyway. The line is never very long at all, they know how to keep things moving. Ordered two cheese quesadillas with jalapeno sauce. Got home and opened them up and they were pathetic. If I didn't live so far away I would have taken them back. I'd usually have the patience in my life to not write a review on a Taco Bell but oh my fucking god the manager was an absolute asshole. Yelled at a customer inside (because the manager pointed to the wrong person to say who's food it was and had a hissy fit, and it was food that was missing from said customers bag). Our order was taking a while (we were there a good 25/30 minutes in total) and people who ordered after us started to get their food so we went to check on it and the nice lady at the register said she had to check with the manager, and rather than simply saying "sorry it's just being started" he said in a rude tone "it's just being started we have a lot of orders to fill". Literally all 5 customers inside the facility were pissed off. No apology was granted to any customer. The employees are fine and very nice, but holy fuck someone fire or replace the manager.
