So the girl in the drive thru window with the tattoos and false lashes is RUDE. Every time I go she just rushes you through the order and has a shitty tone of voice. Last time though she was worse than usual. I asked for an extra item at the wi die which I know is shitty and that in being a pain in the ass but when I asked she said "UGHH!" Then while at the window turned to the staff in the kitchen and yelled "I'm sorry! I'm sorry everyone but they wanted another cantina quesadilla!" Like actually screamed it right in front of us. I worked in fast food IN THE DRIVW THRU. Went through the drive through earlier this afternoon. The service was very fast and friendly, the food delicious, and there were no problems at all. They included plenty of mild hot sauces as I had requested and plenty of napkins. I recommend this Taco Bell location. Past 3 visits have all been wrong orders. Got charged for a meal and got the wrong items where I should be spending $8-$12 less. Ordered a Catina box which came out to $13 after tax. Got a Luxe cravings box ($7) with a regular taco (wrong taco & not what I ordered). Shell is stale on the hard taco. Drive through attendant was exceptionally nice. But I also want to make sure I get what I pay for. I usually go to another location in North County and they have been 100% on point with my orders. Missing all sauces and a few items and didn't realize till we got home to eat. What can I say it's Taco Bell and I ate good. My combo burrito with beans and meat was good and a good ol taco hit the spot. Remodeled and looking good. And they have 2 gender neutral restrooms. Its been a while since I was last here and when asked the worker said it's been 2 months since remodeling. The rock musics was softly playing so I'm rocking out to Knocking On Heavens Doors now. They took things I like off the menu- they USED to be able to improvise, and they would happily do so, but now if I ask about it they snap my head off. What's worse, about 80% of the time, they get my order wrong. I had to wait in a HUGE line multiple times bc they messed up my order and the lobby was closed! I had a surprising nice meal here. I had the $1.39 chicken burrito which had rice, beans, chicken, and cheese. The burrito was on the smaller side, but it was only $1.39. (see pic) The burrito was good and the chicken was tender. I also ordered the regular size supreme nachos for $1.99. (see pic) The nachos were very good as well. They came with nacho cheese, seasoned ground beef, beans, tomatoes, and sour cream. They were tasty for only $1.99. My only concern would be the high sodium levels in their food. I checked out the nutrition levels, and I was surprise how much sodium my little burrito carried. Overall it was a very descent meal for the price. The place was very clean and had good service. So waited 35 minutes one employee came from back and helped a gentleman took his order and then the called his number in 5 minutes.
