I was so shocked that not only the tacos came out like two dead mummies, but also we got over charged by $2 on top of that, there were missing ingredients (lettuce, tomatoes and no cheese) we specific ordered! Shocked at the 180 degree turn this Taco Bell has taken. The bathroom was filthy. The counter staff had nasty abrasive attitudes with the customers. The seating area & tables were dirty. When you order food, you wait until your number is called for pick up. I witnessed the Taco Bell counterperson insult a customer for being slow to pick up his order, then mock & humiliate him to other staff while he walked away. The customer confronted the counterperson, requested to see the manager & it seemed the manager in charge doesn't give a crap & only interested in receiving her paycheck than run Taco Bell to an acceptable operating level with proper customer service or take steps to be sure restaurant's sanitary protocols are being met. Just what I've seen today was enough for me to never return to this Taco Bell. I felt disgusted over the various events I saw today. read more

It's Taco Bell. Once in a while, I eat it, because I like it. But I get it without any "meat" included, because we all know that there is no meat in whatever it is they are serving here Soooo. They didn't have any bottled water when I visited. They gave me a cup of water from the machine, but I am sitting here contemplating whether or not I should drink it. The attendant taking my order through the drive thru speaker did not understand what I was asking for when I tried to order "chips and pico." I had to explain to him that the menu item I wanted to buy was "chips and pico de Gallo." So. That was a little annoying. Since this location is a combination of KFC and Taco Bell, you may experience the confusing sensation of smelling fried chicken while impatiently waiting in a line of cars for fast food, cheap, Tex-Mex tacos. The wait was really really long, and I would have gotten out of the line, if it wasn't a one way street on the edge of a rocky hill. I, In fact, wrote this entire review and still haven't received my food. Go figure. UPDATE: I got my food. I think the window attended and told him have a nice day. He sprinted back at me. They gave me a Diet Coke instead of water. My food was cold, and the nacho fries tasted stale. Unfortunately, since this is a combination store, there is in the option to "tell the bell" on the back of the receipt. Oh well. In terms of food, its very Taco Bell standard and your order is safe. However, the service and attitude of the employees are not great. They often have attitudes and can give you a hard time placing order. It is combined with a KFC so can get two places in one. read more

I went and ordered a cheese quesadilla at the drive thru and was not pleased. Since it is a combined KFC/ Taco Bell all of the prices are not listed which is understandable. However, when I placed my order I was not given a total..when I drove around she said it was $5.83! The workers here have absolutely no manners. I ordered food from the drive thru and as soon as I got greeted by one of the female employee's by the tone of voice I instantly knew she hated her job and didn't want to be here. As soon as I pulled us to the first window, one of the workers who was also working with food handed me my food and collected my money wearing his dirty gloves in which he was working with food and then continued to work without changing into a new pair of gloves. On top of that I had to remind him that he forgot my drink and then said nothing and rolled his eyes and handed it to me. This is the worst Taco Bell I have been to and probably the last time I will be going to. The manager here really needs to think twice on who he/she should hire because obviously these workers doesn't know anything about quality customer service! read more

This is the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. It's a revolving door if idiots who are terrible at making fast food. What you receive is for your money is basically an ironic comical depiction of the opposite of what the food is called... Take the DOUBLE BEEF chalupa for example. I've gotten it from here twice now(yeah I know, why would I do that?). It has easily 1/4 the beef that a normal chalupa has. Today I got the whatever beefy potato thing they're promoting now in the value box. and it literally had no meat or cheese. Why do I keep coming back here? I used to actually like this Taco Bell, but tonight I went through the drive thru and asked for no lettuce or tomato on the Doritos ranch tacos i ordered- I then had to turn around and go back and let them know. They remake the tacos, but then leave out the shell and give me a regular shell which the only reason i went was for the Doritos cool ranch shells. Very disappointed and annoyed as I couldn't even enjoy my meal and couldn't go back as I was in a rush and already on the highway. Needless to say I didn't even eat my meal because it wasn't what I wanted at all. Sounds dramatic but when you go to a place for one specific thing and you don't get it, it is very annoying. This KFC/Taco Bell/Pizza Express is the bomb. It was clean, the food was impeccable, and the service was great. My cashier, Connie, was so nice and accomodating, though she started reporting the news for a little. I ordered the Taco Bell. Jeff ordered the KFC. I immediately wished I got the KFC after seeing Jeff chow down. I went to the bathroom and it was clean. And the soda was good. Fresh Pepsi is always good after a big race. read more

Very slow service. We went in the drive through and waited 15 minutes with only 2 cars in front of us. The speaker which the women's inside spoke through was broken and we couldn't hear a thing she said. She also had a not so great attitudes. I ordered all my food minus meat (vegetarian) at the drive though. Got home and one box had meat in it and was missing an item. Drove all the way back and kindly asked them to remake the order. This very rude lady comes from the back and proceeds to not only give me an attitude but starts complaining saying she does not need to fix this. She then complains to other staff, and finally another staffer tells her to "just remake the box", she then begrudgingly does it and shoves the box back at me and walks away. This Taco Bell used to be awful. I mean just HORRIBLE! The customer service was so bad that this Taco Bell is the only restaurant on earth I've ever left without taking my food and, in addition, it is the only restaurant where I've flipped off an employee. But, for the last three/four years, it has been great. Food is always perfect and the employees are great. I've never had a problem in the last few years.
