Driving by and saw the taco joint. Mexicans working and i saw the al pastor spinning pit of meat with the pineapple on top. I said this must be legit.. Well the al pastor was blah and here is why. The meat didnt taste like al pastor with the pineapple, they doused so much sauce on top that you could not tell what it was. Dont get me wrong but you your tell the customer about the sauce if it's not how its supposed to be served. They do make their own tortilla on the flat but they are small and you need to eat 4-5 tacos at $3.95 a pop. Also ordered chicken nachos and its blah too. The chicken was tasteless but at least you could tell it was chicken. The guacamole was yellowish and we had to put lime on it to make it better. Service was good and pleasant. Location is clean and maintained social distance. Ps their lemonade was off the hook Ps#2 look at all these 5* ratings and nothing else or even a picture...

Good solid taco spot. I got a shrimp and a veggie taco and they were both good. They pile up the ingredients which I really appreciated so you get your money's worth. I got two tacos but probably could of gotten three to be a little more full. The staff was fine..not super helpful. Only one person was interested in speaking to us- the chefs were busy texting and then cooking the food. I personally like to associate and learn about the restaurants and what they recommend to eat. Anyway, it was a pretty good taco spot.

The tacos were excellent. Very casual dining experience. Would definitely recommend this place if you're looking for a quick bite to eat.

Everyone at Taco Street is so nice and their food is amazing. I had the Chile Rellanos. We sat outside and felt totally comfortable.

High-quality, authentic Mexican food, big portions, and never disappoints. I've tried a ton of other spots around Rockland but this is the only one I recommend. Go-to is the Hurrache de Carne Asada and their tacos (any meat) - they don't skimp on the portions If you're in the area, tell 'em JuanMealADay sent ya

Rainy days and tacos just make sense together…read more While driving near Nyack, NY, we stumbled across a small hidden gem called El Cuñao Taqueria & Deli tucked away from the busier stretch of Main Street. No frills, no flashy atmosphere -- just comida auténtica and seriously satisfying flavors. I ordered the carne asada nachos and an order of tacos al pastor, and both hit the spot perfectly. Fresh ingredients, bold flavor, and that classic street-style taco taste that instantly lifts your ánimo on a gloomy day. The nachos were loaded, cheesy, and packed with flavor, while the al pastor tacos were simple, fresh, and delicioso. And yes... we washed it all down with a Coke Zero in a glass bottle because somehow it siempre tastes better that way. Now, if you're looking for upbeat energy and polished service, este lugar probably isn't it. The staff seemed a bit inexperienced and lacked motivation. But where the service fell short, the kitchen absolutely delivered with authentic flavors and generous portions. Sometimes the best spots are the quiet little hole-in-the-wall places that let the food do all the talking.
