They did absolutely nothing right, oh except for asking "Do you want your drink?" that I paid for. Yes I want my drink, that's why I bought it. I swapped my tacos and burritos beef for chicken, and still got only beef on all. I asked for 3 crunchy supreme tacos and they gave regular beef ones. I asked for some chicken burrito and they gave me a steak burrito. Whoever manages this dumpster needs to re train their employees on how to read a screen. read more

I had one worker run in front of my car when I was pulling in then laugh and run inside. Then at the window I asked this gentleman to get me sauce packets and he said " huh" and smiled everytime I asked (4 times) then had to ask someone else to come over to understand what I was saying then the other guy didn't know and I had to explain by showing him and it was just horrible service. read more

Every single time and I repeat EVERY single time I give clear directions to NOT GIVE DIABLO SAUCE and then they always add Diablo sauce to the order. I mean would anyone else take "I'll take all the sauces EXCEPT don't add Diablo sauce" and say "oh he probably wants 100 Diablo sauces" no you're dumb because who even eats that. it's disgustingly painful to eat and hurts when you go to the bathroom. read more

This is by far the WORST Taco Bell location I've ever been to and unfortunately happens to be the only one in Enumclaw. I keep going back hoping that they will get themselves together, NOPE! They continuously ignore special requests. I always order a Crunchwrap with no tomatoes and sour cream and without fail EVERY TIME they give me sour cream and tomatoes. I ordered through Doordash, once again messed up my Crunchwrap AND my chalupa*picture included*. It's really not that hard, I don't understand why the employees can't read the order and prepare it properly. I'm beyond over it and will not be returning. read more

I've been here a couple times because we live in Enumclaw it's the only Taco Bell for awhile so you think it would actually be good. We got 6 items in total forgot a regular taco went back & when we got home we noticed our steak chalupas were just beef even though we paid for steak. Than tried to just eat what we had there was hardly any meat or anything in the chalupa. Previous times before they forget something or don't give it to us something is always wrong about our orders. read more

The manager here is very rude and actually argued with me about my order (that was not even the correct items). This place... without fail always messes up our order. I feel like you definitely need to check your order before you pull away. Also when this location runs out of something, they don't inform you, they just substitute it and then it's a surprise... ? I would rather drive the extra 20 minutes to the Bonney Lake location. read more

UPDATE: make sure to thoroughly check your order even if you have to make people wait behind you. ONCE SGAIN I ordered supreme versions of the soft taco and was given standard versions, THEY MADE SURE TO CHARGE ME FOR SUPREME THOUGH!! I'm pretty disappointed, this place started off so awesome, picture perfect food and great service. But.. the last three times I've eaten here they haven't cooked the chalupa shells. They aren't the cheapest things on the menu, and they are supposed to have warm crispy shells not cold stale bread tasting ones. All I ask is that you cook the chalupa shells at least a litt read more

We are local and have been for over 20 years. We were excited when Taco Bell opened in town!!! Well, we have been to this restaurant at least ten times since opening. And the have NEVER got our food order correctly. We don't order anything weird, just stuff right off the board. It has been over a year since we tried food here, and they still can't do it right. First, the person taking our order sounded like a squirrel on speed. You couldn't understand him at all. But the reader board showed our order correctly. We got our order with no fuss, but once we opened the bag, we figured out quickly that they still can't get it right. Seriously... taco supreme. How hard can it be? And the nachos bell grande was horrible. All the meat and beans were piled in one side of the bowl, the chips were stale, and the beans tasted like they came out of a 25 year old rusty can. This is the WORST Taco Bell we have ever been to. Don't go there unless you want a soda. Just don't. read more

Absolutely disgusted by the way their manager handled a situation just now. I don't eat meat or dairy and the first order had meat and the second had cheese. I was refused my refund even though I left the food for them. The manager insisted that it was made right the second time even though there was cheese in the food I ordered which is why I went back in, to get a refund. I didn't leave with food, so I'm not sure why he would refuse my refund. So it was an awesome experience to be served the wrong food, which I reordered, to have it served wrong once again and then my money to be kept by some little shit. Super great customer service. Would recommend if you're in the mood for bullshit. The manager of this taco bell, juno, absolutely denied that there was cheese but amazingly kept trying to show me that the ones I didn't take a bite of were made right. So I'm leaving with no food, $25 less and a migraine read more

My friends and I won't be going back. There are plenty of fast food and sit down restaurants in Enumclaw. My friends and I in we're going to order our food when the employee said one moment please pulled out her phone and went outside on break. We had to wait for her to come back in to take our order. nobody else knew how to run the cash register. A few of my friends decided they were going to leave. So our order was small 4 burritos. We sat down and after 15 minutes we asked about our food. She said it would be done in a few minutes. There was nobody else in dining room and nobody ordered in the dining room after us. I Waited another 10 minutes then I told her I just wanted my money back so I could leave. She said that she couldn't give me my money back that I was just going to have to wait. I waited exactly 10 more minutes then told the girl to get her boss on the phone. she said she can't do that. I very rudely/forcefully demanding my money back and that time she obliged. After that my friends and I are will not be going back. read more

Pita Burrito, Carne Asada ($16.27) - Huge burrito incoming, probably over 2 lb. I would say similar to Mission-sized, but the interior ingredients are not quite up to standard. Still, very impressive for the region. There's a large tortilla, warm and pliable, absolutely filled with tons of stuff. Firstly, a very good portion of beef, not seasoned much other than salt, but giving a great beefy flavor. The beef chunks are crisped up on the flat top perfectly, giving plenty of texture. This does dry out the meat, so there's a tradeoff, but that's what the cheese, guac and sour cream are for. Enough moisture is included so that, while not nearly as messy to eat as a typical Mission burrito, it's enough for each bite. There's a well balanced portion of rice and beans as well. The construction is pretty good so the burrito can be eaten in the hand without issues. (5/5) Is this the best burrito in the world, as some people seem to think? No way, but I think it's very solid for being in Washington and is one of the best I've had since moving to the state. Note: Pita's charges a little extra for credit card usage. I'm not sure how much percentage (it was 27 cents for us), and I don't recall them having a sign up stating they charge for credit cards.
