Chipotle has always been great to our company! They definitely deserve a shout‑out. We've been ordering from them for a long time, and they've always handled our large company orders really well. Everything is always correct, labeled, and easy to distribute, which makes my job so much easier. This particular Chipotle Mexican Grill is in Orange Park, Florida. Overall, it was a good location and my meal here was a positive one. Chipotle Mexican Grill is pretty much my go-to when it comes to fast-food. It is tasty and it is also relatively healthy, especially when compared to those huge international burger chains. The staff here was friendly and professional and loaded up my burrito bowl with pleasant smiles. The ambiance is what you would expect from a Chipotle Mexican Grill and my burrito bowl definitely hit the spot. This time, I went with half chicken and half carnitas for my protein on my burrito bowl. Overall, it was filling and was priced right. I also managed to get in and out in a decent amount of time. I absolutely love the food at this location. So fresh and delicious. The portions are HUGE! It's enough for two meals for me and the service has always been fast and friendly. Not sure what is going on with all of the negative reviews, but I've been here several times and I have no complaints. I usually go with the Beef Barbacoa Bowl, but this last visit, the girl who took my order recommended their new Chicken Al Pastor. Wow. It's got a little sweetness from the pineapple and a little heat to kick it up a notch. It was fantastic and so flavorful. Definitely try it. I always have them add the fresh guacamole for $2 and some change. Worth it. Meals don't come with chips and will cost you a little extra, but the meal is plenty enough for me. The ambiance is fast casual and there's ample seating and parking for the customers. And they are open daily at this location from 10:45 AM to 11 PM. I LOVE CHIPOTLE! Stopped by Chipotle for lunch today! I ordered through the app and it was super easy to customize my burrito bowl. I got white rice, chicken, corn salsa, tomato salsa, sour cream, cheese and (free for joining the rewards club!) guacamole. I also got the chips and queso. I placed my order at 12:00 for 12:10 and they had it ready for me when I arrived at the pick-up window. The burrito bowl was great - super fresh and flavorful. I am so impressed with Chipotle's service and food. I ordered food (enough to cater to 10 people) on New Year's Eve. I said that I would pick it up at five o'clock. I walked in at 5, and the boxes were being made ready. The manager even helped me load them into my vehicle. They just opened and are having some difficulties, but the staff is very nice and apologetic for the mishaps. My hubby and I both got burrito bowls that were delicious! This chipotle also serves Mexican Coke, I had never heard of it before but I personally think it is better than regular coke. Just a shame it doesn't have free refills LOL. read more

The food is good, pretty consistent with other Chipotle's. The only problem is their system. It's not guaranteed to work all the time but you can order ahead through the app (and get points) to make it easier for yourself. The portions are ridiculously small, I could pretty much count every single bean they put on my bowl and they up charge you if you ask to get served more. This is the only location where they are so cheap on their portions! When you ask for more meat they want to charge you extra for 5 pieces. No coupons discounts or anything offered to the 25 plus soon to be paying customers.
