This one is pretty decent in price and customer service. We go here maybe once or twice a month for our usual: cheese roll-ups, quesadillas and my fav.--beefy Fritos burrito. We always use the drive-thru. Yesterday I tried one of the new Cheesy Core burritos. Very disappointing. The "cheesy core" was severely lacking. On top of that, my Fritos burrito wasn't up to par and my son's food was mediocre. The wait time was longer than usual, for some reason. It's also disappointing that they don't carry churros anymore. Where else can you get a decent churro?? Happy hour $1 drinks are cool, though. Overall, I'd give this TB 3.5 stars, 4 for convenience. read more

I was driving down 202 when I was getting a little hungry. I saw Taco Bell and thought "why not?" I just happened to hit "happy hour" so drinks were on special. I thought I would live a little and order the Strawberry Starburst frozen drink but to no avail. They were out. I continued my order by the friendliest guy named "Mark" as my receipt said. He was sympathetic to my plight. The food was OK except the one thing which I honestly couldn't tell you what it was exactly as they were all similar. So why 5 stars? "Mark" the tall guy behind the register. In the age of poor customer experiences, it was awesome to see someone who was genuinely nice and courteous. I love Taco Bell and I have always loved their tacos because they're tasty and just something I crave on a regular basis. Being out of town this was one of the places I chose to go to and I was a bit surprised by the price of them. Each taco is now 1.89 for supreme and 1.59 for a regular, when in my neighborhood they're 1.29 for a supreme taco and .99 for a regular one. To be honest 60 cents is a bit much of an increase its not like they were any more tasty. Also the 30 cents isn't worth the cream. Another downside is that they fall apart so easily sigh. The layout of the restaurant was cute with some nice music and we had a friendly worker who answered the questions we had nicely and slowly for us. If anyone was wondering out total was 13.99 with 4 hard supreme tacos 3 soft supreme tacos and a large drink. read more

I can tell things are changing. Unfortunately, for the worse. Food doesn't taste the same. It's blah. Chalupas are getting skinnier. Less and less amount of ingredients are placed into taco shells. Once in a while my family and I crave for some of the fake cheese nachos and mystery meat tacos. This was one of those days, so we stop by. First of all, their menu is so complicated and busy it gives me a headache. So, we decide to go with simple known stuff: some quesadillas, nachos and a $11.99 box of the tacos. The gal asks what kind of tacos we want, so I ask, what the choices are for the advertized box. She says any kind I want. With so many complicated choices, I say six chicken and 6 beef. My mistake for not paying attention to the bill before paying. While waiting for my order I see the receipt and it says $35 when it should have been no more than $25. So, I ask the clerk about it and her response: "but you wanted chicken and beef tacos, and they cost extra". This is so non-sensical! if a customer wants the advertized $11.99 box of tacos and asks what the choices are, then this means the customer wants to pay no more than the $11.99 stated price and the choices within that price...I KNOW I CAN GET ANYTHING I WANT if I want to pay for the different prices! Bottom line: I know I will be going back to this Taco Bell when I get the craving because there isn't another one nearby. But I will be paying closer attention to the menu that gives me vertigo AND the bill before I pay it. read more

Well I usually love taco bell. Not tonight I placed my order and pulled up to the window and the look of disgust on the faces of the 2 gentlemen because I guess they had to work. I watched the soda machine fill up my cup with what should have been Pepsi was straight seltzer when I asked for different beverage I got told there is line that is fine. So I pulled away and back through the drive thru I went. I pulled up to the window and the guy tried to make me pay again. When I said no I already paid he huffed and said what?! I said take your drinks back he said why ( I literally was just at the dang window) I said because it's not what I asked for and when I asked you for something else you told me no. So please take this back I no longer need it. He took them back offered nothing. Oh it gets better!! When I got home p.s. I only live 2.1 miles away, I open up the bag absolutely the worst smell ever comes out of this bag. I have no idea what is going on in that store but I will never be back. Now I have to figure something else out to eat dinner. I just wasted 20+ dollars and now have to spend more money just to eat dinner. So disappointing. read more
