WARNING, DO NOT USE THE APP AT THIS LOCATION. If they mess up your order or forget entire items, they will REFUSE to give you what you paid for, and if you continue to ask they will ask you to leave and threaten to call the police. Absolutely terrible people working here. I had gone through the drive through with a mobile order, and 2 $6 items and other items were missing when I checked the bag in the parking lot (I never even left the property). When I went back inside with the bag and the order displayed on my phone to get my items, I stood quietly at the counter for almost 10 minutes before I was acknowledged. Finally the girl who gave me my order at the drive through walked up to me and asked me what was wrong with my order (I hadn't even mentioned why I was there). I explained politely that I had a few missing items. The girl looked in the bag and took my phone and verified the order, told her team what was missing, and proceeded to tell me that I could put in a complaint on the app for a refund, but refused to make me the items that were missing, claiming that the app was a separate entity and therefore they couldn't issue a refund or finish my order. When I continued to ask for my items to be made, since, again, I never even left the property, she called, who I assumed to be, the "manager" over. (In all of this I tried my best not to be rude, but I did raise my voice once she utterly refused to complete the order I had paid for) The "manager" told me if I didn't stop talking he would ask me to leave. When I asked why they wouldn't just complete my order, he told me to leave and that he would call the cops if I didn't. I then yelled to them all that they were terrible people, and I turned and stormed out of the building. I have submitted a complaint to Taco Bell and requested follow up, and I am awaiting further response. Avoid this Taco Bell at all costs, you never know who is going to be behind the counter, it is always someone new, and unfortunately this time I found myself with the single worst experience I have ever had at any restaurant. read more

worst place ever this place never fails to mess up the order or miss half of it completely. I made a mobile order on 4/24/25 they forgot 2 crunch wraps and nachos. when i went in to get them they said they couldn't do anything about it and refused to make me new ones as I watched them throw the food that I was missing away, and then proceeded to threaten to call the police if I didn't leave the store. this place should get shut down or get a new owner/management. the taco bell also was not busy at the time and acted like they had better things to do than there actual jobs. read more

They continue to be horrible here. I had stomach surgery, basically a one way valve so nothing can come up from my stomach to my esophagus. Ate at the fort Atkinson Taco Bell, a free hours later was puking my brains out for the first time since surgery 12 years ago. Causing it to most likely rip open. Waiting to go in for a CT scan and possibly another surgery. This place needs to be shut down. I have been in contact with health officials. read more

Extremely poor customer service. I ordered a cheese quesadilla because I'm vegetarian, but was given a chicken quesadilla. I politely informed the cashier and let her know about the order mix up and she was extremely condescending and rude. She then got her manager and he explained I would have to pay for another meal in order to get my original order. I declined his offer and he immediately snatched the quesadilla out of my hand and told me if I wanted a new one I would have to wait 20 minutes. I sat and waited for the quesadilla to be thrown at me on the counter. If I could give 0 starts I would, and reported to corporate. This establishment should be ashamed of their actions and attitude. Kids wanted tacos and since we moved to BFE Taco Bell is it. We've been here twice, twice they've forgotten items. I suppose it's my fault for not double checking the bag, but should I have too? I haven't had to wait long, in fact both times we went, we were the only people there. Which makes us not getting our cinnamon twists that much more painful. The employees are nice, but nice won't bring back my tacos. Obviously I'll be back because there is place else. However... I will be checking the bags. read more

They are quick to take your order and money, then send you to wait in line for your food. I was able to inform them how poorly they did on tellthebell.com but it only allows you 1200 characters. Don't waste your 1/2 lunch in this drive through. Spend some time going to Whitewater or Johnson Creek for quality food and service. read more

This is the last time I'm ever coming to this Taco Bell. I'd rather take the extra drive to the Whitewater Taco Bell. Used the drive thru on this visit. I ordered a Steak XXL Burrito and a Steak Cantina bowl and guess what...got home and there was no steak in both my bowl and my husband's burrito. first off. i would like to say i wish i could give this place no stars. The workers are so rude and disrespectful. The one we had tonight, his name was Anthony and he had the biggest attitude before we even started our order. then after we left we realized we were missing a lot of our order so obviously we went back for what we paid for. he got irritated with us because we simply asked for what we paid for. he was slamming the the sliding door in our faces when we were trying to talk and our food was way spicier then normal, the quesadillas were in crunchwrap wrappers and looked like they were folded up and sat on, and we not cut. over all i am very disappointed with the services we received and although it's always bad here tonight just was awful. read more

I live in the community and stop in every 6 months to a year and hope something's changed - anything. About an average place. The staff was very friendly. The food was about what you'd expect from a fast food place. We ordered off of the breakfast menu and service was pretty fast. The dining room area wasn't bad for a fast food restaurant, but it could of been a little cleaner. Restrooms were clean and stocked. This Taco Bell is the WORST Taco Bell I have EVER been to. It says everywhere online and in stores that they close at 11 pm. I just attempted to go there through the drive through, and they had closed an hour early. The staff was extremely rude when telling us this, and they said they were closed while still serving people in the drive through line ahead of us. One star because there's not an option of a negative star rating. I often wonder if people are exaggerating on Yelp, not in this case. Just as the other posts indicate always slow, can't get a simple order correct. Today I ordered at drive thru, was assured that my hot sauce was in the bag after asking twice. Pulled away and later discovered the hot sauce was not in the bag and they forgot to give me a spoon for my mashed potatoes. Oh, and Pepsi was watered down. But the craziest thing was my hard shell taco (see pic) was missing half of its shell! I'm shocked that they would actually serve something like that. This Taco Bell can't seem to get an order correct the first try, no matter when we go there. They either give us the wrong food, or forget part of the order, or both. If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered a simple meal for my son. Tenders with Mac n cheese and some cinnamon twists first they were out of cinnamon twists, then were out of tenders!! Over 20 minutes of waiting just for that! And seeing the timing in the drive thru, some people had been sitting 47 minutes in the drive thru!!!! For fast food! No one should have to pay for food after being there and waiting that long. Unbelievable! And they weren't even short staffed! At least 7 people working! read more
