This is probably the best Taco Bell in the area! Their remodel hasn't done them any favors....the building is blah in the landscape of the mini-malls that it sits in and gives the restaurant the appearance of being closed. They should have updated their outdoor signage as well, because you pull into a curb bordered lane to go through the drive thru, which is not clearly marked. The food, however, is always fresh, and my stuff is always hot when they hand it to me. I get my tacos sans lettuce, and they always put plenty of meat in them to make up for the missing lettuce. Other places hand me a taco with one dollop of meat and a butt load of cheese. The employees have never been anything but friendly and efficient, and patient, on the rare occasion that I need to dig in my coin purse for change. At 10:45 pm tried to go thru drive thru and was told it's closed and must walk in to order. Our order is only 3 tacos for my father in law. OK so my fiancé works at Economy parking and she normally works third shift. Your location is close enough for me to just go and pick it up so she ordered online at about midnight just when I was leaving the house which we only live on 23rd and college now it doesn't take me long to get there, but How is it that I get there about 1215 and finally get to the window and out of there by 1:24 That is an hour later I was waiting at least a half hour once I got up to the speaker I don't care how many orders you have you should be able to get your customers up to the window and out of the freaking parking lot faster than that. Everybody has a Taco Bell story. This is mine for 76th and Rawson. Our normal order is Nachos Belle Grande and 3 crunchy beef taco Supremes. This time we threw in a chicken soft taco, and a crispy chicken taco. The order was accepted as stated. Went through drive thru and it's card or exact cash. A minor inconvenience but no big deal. Got home. Nachos Belle Grande, check. 3 crunchy beef tacos, check. 1 chicken soft taco, check? And, whatever the heck this thing is. It is not crispy. It is not chicken. And it has cheese melded to the outside of the shell and dripped grease. See picture. I called to ask about it. The person asked if I had the right taco bell. I stated the address. Then she said there were two taco bells on that street. I mean, my bank is there, my car wash is there, my grocery store is there, my hairdresser is there, etc. You get the picture? I know the area. And, I can emphatically state there are NOT two taco bells on that intersection. In fact, the next taco bell is miles away. Anyway, she went on to say their taco bell stopped serving crispy chicken tacos last month. I wasn't told this when I ordered. Nor at the pick up window. So now I have this very unappetizing thing in my house. Double wrapped, I guess, so the grease won't leak through the bag. Two stars ONLY because 15 out of 18 orders have been correct. Sadly, the trivia question of the day is gone :( I'm sure some funkiller found satisfaction in that. Probably corporate. Who knows. I pretty much almost never review fast food places because there's not many I go to and not really much to say when it's a chain. The reason I've reviewed this Taco Bell is that it seriously has some of the nicest staff around! There are many places I eat where I'm obligated to tip, and the staff doesn't even treat me as well as the staff here! My favorite guy must've quit. I hope he moved on to greener pastures. I literally even went to the Taco Bell website to give them a compliment on him! I wanted him to get some sort of recognition! Sadly, they never responded to me. Sad ain't it? When only negative gets attended to. Still a great staff whenever I come in. It's close to work so this is my most visited TB for sure. They should all get some kind of bonus ;) read more

Typical Taco Bell menu items. Yes, the staff is generally friendly, but I have had nothing but bad luck when going through the Drive-Thru. The orders are never right. When I call to let them know of the errors, it takes them forever to answer the phone and their proposed solution is always to come back right then... never a viable option. Went a month ago and ordered a cheesy Gordita crunch. It tasted stale. I let it go because it was only one time. Today I went and ordered the same thing, and again it tasted stale. Not only was it stale, but it was cold. The cheese wasn't even melted between the soft shell and hard shell.To make matters worse, the worker never gave me my receipt. I called shortly after realizing my cheesy Gordita crunch was made incorrectly, but the system immediately hung up on me saying it was temporarily unavailable. Hit or miss sometimes there is a really nice Latino lady working in the morning and then other mornings there is this a heavier set woman who works and refuses to actually work. She literally will not take orders when they open and then gets mad at you when you pull up to the window confused because you were just there the same time yesterday! So naturally I recorded all the times this has happened with this lady and sent it to corporate. Literally can't wait until shes fired. Never in my life have I seen anyone act like this woman on sooo many occasions like where is the manager?! I was at Taco Bell at around 3:40 today and I am EXTREMELY happy with the drive through service! give that worker a raise!! I was greeted and the worker made the experience great. Although fast food jobs can be hard, this dude sure made it seem like he was having fun when he greeted me with a smile. Like others, I hadn't been here in about 2 years, turned off by the food, and employees smoking the "Devils Lettuce" outside the rear door. BUT, I decided last week to try it one more time. I ordered 3 items, 2 Chalupas and a taco. This time, service was great! The person taking the orders, very friendly. The order was done quick, and it was correct. If you like Taco Bell and don't we all once in a while for something quick, cheap and edible in our time of hunger, you need to head over this one in Franklin. Unfortunately, i was slapped in the face with an attitude the second i entered my fav neighborhood taco joint. I arrived with pure excitement to chow down on some scrumptious food when i revived a "what do you want?" from the little speaker. In awe with the sass, we paused for a moment and that almost seemed to ignite her flame more. When we told her 3 separate orders were going to be place, her tone was so aggressive I thought she was going to climb out the window and hit me with her chancla. She was so foul toned and overall reminded me of the aunt you are forced to see once a year on christmas because no one enjoys there presence. Anyhow, after the appalling conversation we had, I flaborgastingly sat with my fellow wisconsinites waiting to see if our meals were going to be as disastrous as the sensitive mut taking our order. Standard Taco Bell. The orders that I have gotten are always filled promptly, with traditional fast-food response. I recently went, and got NO SAUCE added in, on my order. I'm a bit upset. I would suggest adding at least mild sauce, regardless of whether anyone asks for it. I asked for "fire" sauce, and received nothing.
