My absolute sinful snack is a cheese, beans, and rice burrito and this place does it right. It is one of the VERY few locations that I trust as it is clean and the staff keep the place super clean. They are all so very friendly and the food is always super hot and prepared with care. I don't live nearby and I go out of my way to come here when the craving for that particular snack hits! SOOOOOO disappointed with Taco Bell tonight.. absolutely love this place, I mean tacos are life, right ? Well tonight it wasn't. I always get the Mexican pizza and my boyfriend gets a steak burrito.. we ordered our food and I swear we waited for our food for almost 20 mins. Went there sunday at 10:03 pm tried opening the lobby door it was closed so I decided to use different entrance as I thought the door might be stuck since I saw people there and no signs posted on the door regarding closing early! The service is really good here. No complaints from me. This is my go to Taco Bell in my home area. The breakfast menu is a must have.

Online order was placed this morning about 7am; arrived about 7:40am to the order window waiting for someone to acknowledge my presence. About 30 seconds later I started with the 'hello hello, anybody there?'. Nothing. All signs note, breakfast starts at 7am so they have to be open. I pull up to the drive through window and funny, the sign on this window says they are open at 6am. Again, I sit and wait. No one. This is a joke! Not a funny one though. Now I go around to the front door, park & get out. Why are the doors to this establishment locked at 7:49am??!! Now I am seeing all shades of Black. I spin back through the drive through intercom and still nothing. OH-EM-GEE!!! Are these people for real?? Back to the drive through window I go. If I have to get out this car again....finally, someone wakes up and comes to the window. I'm seeing all kinds of red now. I confirm with the woman that this Taco Bell is open at 7am and she says yes so in turn I ask her..then why are all the doors locked at almost 8am??!! No one's taking orders at the drive through and no one's at the window. This is 20 minutes of my life that I can't get back. OK people, wait for it....she says, I was in the bathroom. WHAT??!! She was the only one working. Sounds like a personal problem. Here's an idea - go to the bathroom before you start your shift or hire more people. And to totally screw up my morning she then messed up the whole order. NEVER AGAIN!! read more
