Visit on November 13th - This is the first time in almost four years that I ordered from Taco bell and I was surprised by the recent menu revamp. As the holiday's approach I was out and about doing errands and a visit to the gym. It was lunch time and I was looking for something somewhat healthy, so I stopped in and ordered two chicken soft tacos with pico and cheese. It has been close to 4 years since visiting a Taco Bell, but I remembered that two chicken soft tacos will be a filling lunch and mostly healthy. Since the employees were busy trying to figure something out in the back, I chose to using the self ordering kiosk and was able to customize my order, this was a nice addition, so I bumped up the star rating to three. That's probably the only positive side of my visit. There was a lengthy delay in getting orders out, but the counter worker apologized and it was almost the lunch rush, so I hope they figured out their issues after I left. To begin with, the soft taco shell was a little bigger than a street taco, not sure if they have gotten smaller in the last 4 years. The first chicken soft taco had one piece of chicken, about the size of a fire sauce packet. The second taco had more filling, but still not what I remember from the past, especially at the price point of almost $3 for a shabby chicken taco. It will probably be another 4 years until I visit another Taco Bell, unless they bring back the Chili cheese burrito to all franchise locations, then I might stop in more regularly. read more

Well well what can I say about this location lol when it's open the food is never really good always stiff cold beans nothing made right. Wanna go through the drive thru ? Good luck either it's a shift change, or they're so short staffed they can't take your order (btw no cars are in line they can't handle you're one order it's just too much). They put the minimum in wage and it shows in everywhere. The people that work there don't know the definition of customer service... Do I wanna donate to the Taco Bell fund? No because half the time I can't even get my order in, this location sucks don't go here... Pretty sure that's why it's almost always empty. read more

Anna at the drive thru windows was rude. Very short with her answers. I asked for light ice and I saw her put half a cup full of ice. The food though was great. Taco was made perfectly and the burrito supreme was delicious. Would have been a 5 star of it wasn't for the lady at window. read more

Would rate 0 stars if I could. Tried to go around midnight last night and an employee came out to tell us they were closed. Their online hours say otherwise. Waited in drive thru line today to order for 20 minutes. Got to the speaker and was told they were short staffed and that there was a five item order limit. Then I got my food and the quesadilla was sloppily made and missing half of its filling and my tacos had no sour cream. Hire more people or close this location down. read more

a lot could improved here, i am currently on my period, and it is rough out here. i came here at 8:45pm go up to the door and it is locked... and i ordered crunch wraps and baja blasts and don't forget the one and only cinnamon twists in the drive through. i look in the bag... to be stunned and see huge disappointment. obviously no cinnamon twists. went back to get the cinnamon twists and a lot of attitude was given. very disappointed read more

I have always loved Taco Bell food and I get it frequently. Never ever have I had an experience like this one at a Taco Bell. No cars in parking lot and no was in the drive thru when I went through the drive through around 10am. They proceeded to tell me very rudely that I would have to come in to order. So I did but no workers were in sight to take my order. I just left. If you're in the area craving some Taco Bell, save yourself the hassle and go to the next closest Taco Bell! read more

Just went through the drive thru. Ordered the luxe box (among many other things). No issues until I went to pay. Sorry we don't have any chicken for multiple items (including the luxe box). Asked if I could put in a beef substitute. 3 diff people looked at it, all no substitutions (even though they were out of chicken). Ended up paying 5 extra dollars for the beef version and still had to pay 9$ for the box (even though it didn't have the main part). Very rude staff. Will not be returning. read more

We came in on a Sunday afternoon about 1pm. The lobby had a few people sitting without food. We should have taken this as a sign. Come to find out that they were 30-45 mins behind. Our food took 15 mins. We really like Taco Bell, but sadly this location needs more people or something. read more

This location unfortunately seems to be very understaffed, at least that is what they say. I have gone here multiple times at night and have been turned away as they will tell me they are only taking door dash or online orders due to being short staffed. Update Ten months later: Somehow it's gotten worse. I was craving a Mexican pizza so I tried my luck. Bad idea. I was told that they were short staffed and could not take my order. They were "waiting for the cook to come in". Please note, this was at 1:00 pm in the middle of the day. What makes it worse is that every employee at this location is mean, rude, makes faces and sighs, and acts as if the customer is a nuisance for even coming in. It's crazy. I'll never go back. The Sussex location is a few minutes further, but they'll get my business from here on out. I honestly don't know why this location bothered reconstructing/remodeling a whole new building. Ok I'm not going to dump on Taco Bell because I know what I'm getting in to. I was going to Fleet Farm and Chicago later for a full meal so I didn't want a traditional breakfast but some sort of a hand held thing to get me by. I will admit that I wanted to try that silly hard fried egg shell breakfast thing but it was gone, sh*t now I'm lost so I remembered the crunch wrap breakfast thing. Ok this thing is sausage patty, hash brown cake, cheese and fake scrambled eggs-fluffy and a bit too moist wrapped in a flour tortilla and panini like toasted to a crunch. First impression was that it was toasted past golden brown and heading fast into incinerated territory and Devine intervention slapped someone up the head and it was pulled off the toaster. It was a crunchy shell with crunchy hash browns, warm cheese, fluffy scrambled eggs with a mild sausage patty all playing well together. I actually like the concept and it was ok for fast food, will I be a regular, no but it was a tasty change for breakfast. I might steal this idea for home use and with better quality ingredients and a couple twists like a spicy sausage patty, pepper jack cheese, Obrien baby red potatoes made with some jalapeños might be a real treat. read more

I'm sorry y'all but I don't even care if this is the only Taco Bell around it's not worth going here. Disrespectful person at the window was disrespectful and called us basically idiots when she can't listen it's not that hard. She did the same to the nice lady in front of us. We did not even pay yet because I'm not paying for something that WASNT EVEN READY. Mind you one of my friends got food poisoning a while back leaving her bed ridden for a week and a half. Either they just need to get rid of her, fix management, or that Taco Bell location all together. If you're mad about not being able to sit there and get paid for doing nothing you should really reconsider. If there some sob story about how this is the only place you can work at I'm sure it isn't girly. Try again. When I pulled up at the speaker there was so much background noise I couldn't hear if the lady said "hello" or "I'll be right with you"...so I waited a couple minutes and then simply said "I couldn't hear you earlier, but is it ok if I place my order now?". I miss the old days when fast food locations were held to some sort of standard. I stopped by in the evening and the parking lot was dark, none of the lights worked. I parked as close as I could to the door, the lights should be fixed stat, not safe. Walking in, the interior was not cleaned. It looked like the floor had not been cleaned in a really long time. They have a new system where you place your order on a device instead of with a person. I ordered two tacos which tasted ok. I won't be back the lack of cleanliness and service is the main reason. So I know what all the reviews are saying but I went to this Taco Bell after 9pm on 2 separate occasions, one being tonight and the service was amazing. There was a line that moved quickly as possible and the young lady working the speaker and window was friendly and professional. Both times the food was hot and fit my unique ordering preference. Sunday, August 30, 10:00 a.m. - 10:20. I couldn't be more disappointed in the service and the way I was treated. I sat waiting at the drive-thru and window for almost 20 minutes before someone acknowledged me. When I did, I was greeted with the manager refusing to provide me with the district's telephone number and her name. Obviously, I wanted to lodge a complaint. Had I not paid on the mobile app, I would have taken the lead from the other dozen cars that left while I waited. I tried to cancel my order, but was unsuccessful. The only reason I'm even adding this is because I saw how negative most of the reviews are- and that simply hasn't been my experience. I have had a single issue with my orders, but it was rectified.
