In the morning/afternoon it's not bad, but as soon as night crew begins it's consistently bad quality and HORRIBLE service. Specifically one guy who is typically running drive thru seems to hate his job, and when he is there the cooks seem not to care if they serve customers potato's that are so old they are inedible, or care about making what you actually ordered properly. Slow service, workers seemed high out of their minds. While inside, a man said he placed an order prior to arriving and had been waiting a long time. My friends and I arrived after he was there and two of our orders came out before his. Eventually the guy canceled his order and left after waiting too long. I watched the workers touching screens with gloves on and not switching gloves, god knows what has touched the screens and the last time they have been cleaned. The communication for a drive through should be very easy and simple but this was not, she almost seemed confused and had no clue how to talk to people. Jessica is the best!!! She was the lady in the drive thru this day and she was friendly, repeated the order back for confirmation and she was fast! We had Mexican pizzas which were freshly made and made just like we like em!!! Plenty of parking! Tons of police in the area which I see more often in this area than in any other areas and easy to locate. Safe location in other words!
