The Taco Bell on Higley is the perfect destination for a quick delicious bite. I consistently get great service and delicious food at a reasonable price. All the employees are polite and care about my order. I will continue to come at least once a week to get my chicken quesadilla and Gatorade. The quesadilla is crunchy and cheesy while the chicken has great flavor. The Gatorade isn't watered down and is always refreshing. It has been a little more difficult to make it there since my ACL surgery, but it's always a great meal after my physical therapy. I can't wait for the next time I can have the delicious quesadilla and refreshing Gatorade. I would definitely recommend this Taco Bell to everyone. read more

The Taco Bell on Chandler Heights and Higley is one of my favorite places to visit because of their dazzling customer service, tidy environment, and plentiful menu. I frequently eat in the dining area, as well as from the drive- thru. The dining area is always clean, without any trash or spills on the tables. The decor is pleasant as well. The drive- thru is usually quite fast. Whether I'm eating in or taking out, I always receive top-notch service from the employees. Usually I don't expect any of the above qualities when visiting a fast food restaurant, but Taco Bell always exceeds my expectations. My favorite part of Taco Bell is their menu. They truly do live up to their slogan of "thinking outside the bun". This is the perfect place to go when you are tired of the same old burger and fries. As a vegan, I appreciate how versatile Taco Bell's choices are. Their beans and rice are both free of lard, which is healthier for their customers and the environment. In addition, Taco Bell recently released a new "vegetarian menu", while other fast food restaurants only have maybe one option. Above all, their food is delicious. I've never purchased a meal from Taco Bell that I didn't enjoy. I would highly recommend Taco bell to anyone looking for an excellent meal. read more

For what it is, though, the food is decent, and the staff has really improved on remembering to make and bag all ordered items. Not perfect, but like I said, a definite improvement. I don't think I ordered Vegetarian tacos.. I could be wrong tho. I received 3 Tacos with lettuce and cheese. There may have been some meat, but you would have to pick through all the other stuff to find it. Flat Soda.. when I handed it back through the drive thru she said " Yeah we called, we have had problems with it" SO WHY SERVE IT. This location is close to my house, but will not return. Absolutly horrible no kidding stuck in drive thru for more the 30 minutes they still screwed up our order we will never be back

I ordered off the app at around 11 pm on Wednesday the 26th. I drove up to the intercom and sat there for a good 15-20 before being addressed. The employee then proceeded to ask and answer with short curt replies. I told him I have an online order for.... My name. He went quiet and said rudely "go to the second window." I then said "ok thank you" and proceeded to drive up to the "second window" and waited with no address. Meaning no one came to the window. I saw people moving around inside cooking food but not a soul at the window. I waited for 10 minutes. He then handed me the bag. I order 3 custom boxes, which I thought came in boxes. The food was tossed into the bag and I had to dig through the entire bag and spill some of my chips to make sure my food was correct. He said "have a good night" closed the window and acted as if the order was done. He hadn't handed me the drinks yet. I waved at him and he then opened the window again and I asked "our drinks?" He then said "yeah, there still filling up." He then grabbed a cup a proceeded to fill my drinks up. He handed me the drinks and said nothing and closed the window again. He hadn't handed me my straws yet either so I waved at him again and said "can I ahead some straws please." He then handed my straws to me and closed the window saying yet again nothing. Zero politeness coming from this young man in fact it was quite the opposite. I also never got my silverware as I ordered a protein bowl and a potato bowl. As I was eating several issues arose. Both of my chalupas had close to no meat. The protein bowl I ordered had close to no chicken. And the food was I'd say was around freezing point. I've never had this issue with this location but I do normally go during the day. The night shift must be full of teenagers who do not care about their jobs or how people see the establishment they work at. Very disappointed. I hope this is resolved. read more

Honestly I have been previously very pleased with this Taco Bell and used to go, just today I wanted to try out their new Nacho Box.... my husband went to pick it up.. surprisingly enough they gave him the wrong order for both of our meals... I got the new nacho box and got the original box and my husband ordered the Gordita box and got the original chicken box as well.. when will they learn. My husband said that their ordering voice thing was not working very well and i think they should really fix that... very disappointing but definitely not surprised. Next time I go back hopefully i experience better service and the correct order. read more

I have been to this location twice and never again. The first time I got 6 tacos and a few personal pizzas from the pizza hut side of things. Got all the way home and realized that none of my tacos were in the bag. You are taco bell, how do you forget the tacos? I drove back and went inside to make sure I actually got them this time. There was another patron inside waiting for something that they forgot to give him, and as we were waiting someone walked up to order their food and started the order by saying, "Now last time I was here you guys forgot this so make sure you give it to me this time ok?" We decided to give them one more chance and the consistency of failure continued. This time we were smart enough to check the bags before we left and they forgot another item. Never again. Quick and inexpensive lunch option, but not a meal I'd want more than once a week. I typically drink water as opposed to soft drinks from the soda fountain. Ordered 3 Mexican pizzas tonight in the drive through. 2 out of the 3 were rancid. The fried shells had obviously gone bad. The smell was horrible!! I tried to call the store, but it has been "busy" for the last hour, so I can't even tell them not to continue serving this rotten food (that they should have smelled). Gross!! read more

I don't think they've ever gotten a complete order of mine right. The employees are constantly goofing around and can be heard yelling and playing over the intercom while we're ordering. If you decide to eat here, open and check every single food item you order before you leave. This review has nothing to do with the food or me directly. I was at this location today and ordered a combo meal and gave my name as I was asked. The lady behind me ordered same combo meal; mine was to go and hers was a eat in order. The young girl called my name. I went to get it and as I was headed to get a drink I heard my name a 2nd time. When I turned around the younger girl was explaining to her manager that I already got mine and this manager got nasty, rude and LOUD with this young employee. Yelling at her and repeating the same thing over and over about how she had asked the young girl which order it was and how the younger girl never told her anything and now they had to take an order out of a bag and put it a trey...REALLY?!?!?! Are you serious?!?! Come on people make mistakes. No one was offended except this "leader/manager" that should be trying to help this young lady deal with difficult customers instead of being afraid of a jerk boss. It's Taco Bell. You crave it, you want it, you eat Taco Bell. There really isn't more than that. They mess up every once in a great while, but they are human and are always nice if you have a problem. The dining room has always been clean the few times I've been in there as well as the restrooms. My biggest Criticism would be the placement of the drive thru. Be very cautious when exiting as I've seen too many people get the you know what scared out of them surprised to see a car crossing in front of theirs! read more

We have had consistent issues with the quality of service and food. Time in drive-thru can be long. Food comes out messy and barely wrapped. We have also had food on more than one occasion that didn't taste fresh or Taco shells that tasted stale. Wrong ingredients, wrong orders, sour cream on everything. It seems like they don't know the menu and just throw whatever together and it should be good.
