I always order delivery, when I ask for some extra sauces they add a good handful so I have some for next time. Ordering through doordash, service is fast and food is packaged well! Taco Bell is always one of my favorite places for a quick-bite. Aside from that, when I get drinks they always put a little smiley face on my cup which makes me feel extra special! The only place i can rely on for great consistency in good food. I always order the Mexican pizza and Doritos locos tacos. Very good and always reliable like most fast food chains. The service is ok. If i have a complaint the staff always finds a way to fix it. I love the fire sauce here too i put it on everything lol. I recommend walking into taco bell since they have two kiosks installed now. This taco bell has been running really great and consistent for many years. I am usually not a huge fan of taco bells. The doritos tacos here are very tasty. My favorite is the cheese one. When I come through the drive thru I have never had any problems with a missing order item or any disrespect tword me. There are other taco bells that are not so lucky. For instance 1st Street taco bell in gilroy. Although the manager is great and very polite. The outside menu is always clean here and so is the indoors. Having a clean food place is very important to me. What is great is that they always have the Meal Deal. Unfortunately it isn't shown on the menu anymore but it's still available. It comes with a regular size drink, your choice of a five layer burrito or chicken burrito and a bag of doritos chips. I will also order an empanada with my Meal Deal since that completes a meal for me. I definitely recommend the empanadas. Yummmmm. They are so delicious. They are filled with caramel and has a crispy crunchy home run pie like shape. Mmmmm....I can eat those all day. Unfortunately taco bell doesn't carry choco tacos anymore. Remember they used to carry choco tacos. Lol. My kids love the mini quesidillas and the bean and rice burritos. Oh and the loaded potato griller. If you haven't tried a griller you have to try one. They offer a frito griller, a potato, and I think a chicken and a beef. They used to be $1 during happy hour along with the drinks, but they changed that. Maybe they were selling fast so they upped the price. Well the more something is in demand the more it sells for guaranteed. Another famous item is the Baha Blast drink. This Taco Bell is in an older part of town that is showing its age. However, the interior is spacious and has been updated. There is a drive-thru but I chose to go inside to order takeout as I had a buy one, get one free coupon. The employee who assisted me was very nice. However, I did not realize until I got to my destination and examined the food that she misunderstood my order. I ended up with a Burrito Supreme and one crunchy taco and one soft taco. The food was standard Taco Bell. While waiting for my order, I utilized the restroom. (You must get a numeric code to enter.) There was a drain in the floor through which came a sewer smell. There were gang tags on the toilet paper dispenser, around the door, and in other places. I hope they remove these soon. While I enjoyed the music selection, it was incredibly loud in the restroom. The way the sound system is set up, if they turn down the volume to a comfortable level in the bathroom, then it can't be heard in the dining room. There is plenty of parking, as this location is in a shopping center. It's right off the road, so there's easy in-and-out access. read more

This is what I sent to corporate. If I could give it zero stars, I would. Hello, I have been visiting this Taco Bell for six months seeing if they would get their stuff together or not. Checking if they would close, or remain open. Each time that I have been to this Taco Bell, which has been about twice a week, or twice a month for six months. They have either: -given me freezes that we're pure syrup liquid. -run out of 2 to 3 options that I have asked for. -They didn't put the meat or cheese in my food items I would order, and when I would go back to ask if they can remake it. They would say no. -I received my food and it would be cold. I would then go inside and ask for it to be remade and they say no. Today was the last straw. Today, I tried to go purchase a gift card and they charged me twice the amount of a $10 gift card and a small beverage. They refused to give me the gift card saying it did not work. I had to show the night female manager my bank account statement to show that they did charge me twice. She said "well my computer is saying you don't have enough money". So they stole my money. I have tried for so long for this horrible Taco Bell to get their crap together. I figured there would be no way they can screw up a giftcard sale right? BOY WAS I WRONG! You need to shut this place down! This Taco Bell is the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to, and I've been to over 30 of them. I hate to be a karen. I've given this place so many tries hoping for a better result every visit. But unfortunately it got worst everytime. At first they would just forget my sauce even though id ask at the window if they put some, come to find out there was nothing. not even napkins. but i brushed it off. Funny story- we were at the beach and on the way home stopped at the Taco Bell in watsonville. Kids wanted to try the watermelon freeze. The lady said the machine wasn't working but offered us Baja blast freezes instead. Fast forward to a week and a half later. Drive trough drive thru- kids wanted watermelon freezes and guess what??? Gilroy didn't have them. But we were offered a Baja blast. The real question is are these watermelon freezes a myth? read more

We've eaten here many times. I felt I should yelp tonight because I'm happy to say this place has better Taco Bell food than most of the TB's. A side of rice is only 99 cents compared to $1.39 everywhere else. I need the extra rice in my shredded chicken burrito so it helps that it's cheaper. The inside is cleaner than most TB's we've visited. I also like that there's outlets by what I call the comfy couch seats. It's not usually busy so we get our pick of seats to sit at. The cashiers are usually friendly and it's an overall decent place to eat fast food. Try it sometime. I haven't seen a buncha bums come in this place asking for change. read more
