We ordered food through the app and it was almost 40$. When to pick it up in DT and had to wait 30 mins to get our food. After we had got home to eat, our 3 hard taco supremes (that were 9$ for 3) were not in fact supremes! We called to speak w the manager and were told to come back for replacement or bring the food back for a refund. I shouldn't have to go out of my way for their mistake. I told the manager to give me an email and I will send the pics for a refund and he hung up on me! That is awful! We only wanted a refund for the 3 tacos that were not made correctly. I came here not too long after lunchtime just to get a Crunchwrap. I got home, and they forgot the beef. I ordered extra beef, because i was very hungry after running 5 miles. Expected a good amount to be in there, but there was literally none. I couldn't just come back either, because my house is over 45 minutes away from here. After a night out in Denver I was the designated driver for my partner and I. We wanted a taco. It's 10:45 pm and this place says it's open til midnight. Perfect... Well upon arriving I see the two employees walking in from their car and it smells like weed. Whatever I just want a taco. Nope, they refuse to come onto the speaker. So I pull out into the nearby parking lot to look for something else and I see these sickos peering out each way thru the drive thru window making sure we were gone!! And I watched them do the same to multiple other cars. One person caught them doing it and pulled thru again. But of course they refuse to answer. It absolutely disgusts me that these employees are getting paid to do nothing but smoke pot in their cars and hide from customers. What kind of business is this? It's clearly run by lazy cowards. The young lady who took my order was extremely rude for no apparent reason even arguing with the car infront of me loud enough for me to hear from my vehicle. When I got to the window she maintained the same poor attitude and I decided to just leave and get my food from another restaurant. When I mentioned there was 2 items missing, she seemed to try and get a little attitude, but she saw that I was correct and added the two items. No bilingual workers? No napkins on a to go order? Unlike other Taco Bells in metro Denver, this one was willing to honor the coupons the chain had circulated in local direct mail. Doing so took both a cashier and a manager. However, neither were wearing masks. The cashier had her mask pulled down around her neck (what good does that do?) And the manager--maskless herself--seemed to have no problem with this. If the manager isn't going to require that frontline employees observe basic pandemic precautions, do we really trust that she'll also make the employees wash their hands after using the toilet, or not spit in the customers' food? Oh, right. This is Taco Bell. The food was reasonably tasty--in that guilty-pleasure sort of way--and the price was right. I now have about 20 extra packets of hot sauce. But would putting a few napkins in the to-go bag have been so hard? And I later found out that rather than ringing up my coupon, they just didn't bother to charge me for those items. Not impressed, I've lived here my entire life and in the past this place has been great. Recently it's been going down hill. I was just there a few minutes ago, ordered a meal for my mother and I, and waited in the drive through for a little over 20 minutes. When we pulled up they were trying to figure out who ordered what, as we waited for our food to be handed us, we saw an employee in the background eating behind the counter ( very unsanitary, and inappropriate especially for a fast food place.) the employee seemed to be blinded by what was going on and the workers seemed incompetent as to what's going on, as there was a line forming behind us of at least 10 cars, when we did get our food, she (employee) had to give us a receipt to make sure it was ours, when we had already paid, definitely won't be coming back until something is done, especially when there's people behind the counters handling food and eating while on the job. This behavior would not fly in walk-in and dine restaurants, and it should not be tolerated here. Not only is it a health hazard, it's disgusting. Do better. read more

We arrived at the Taco Bell in Golden CO in the village shopping center at 1042 PM and I ordered a cheesy bean burrito. The screen was not working in the drive through. I quickly - in less than 15 seconds - realized I meant bean burrito, with the red sauce and the onions, and asked them to explain the food to me. The boy in the drive thru laughed and said "we already made it." Does this mean that the food was prepared? Absolutely not enough time had passed for them to prepare the food. I am not exagerrating when I said it was immediately after. I asked if he would add onions to the burrito, and he told me no. I asked to have it removed from my order as it was the incorrect item and not as I was describing my order. He said he would not remove the item from my order. I asked to speak to a manager, and he refused but told me he would not serve me. I've reported to corporate as this was absolutely terrible service. 0/10 read more

Count your items! I was shorted a taco on a $39 order. No napkins, and no hot sauce. They were busy, but what is their job?

They are always either understaffed, out of ingredients or strait up closed without notice. The app lets you order ahead without telling you they can't make food. I have tried ordering 3 separate time on different days and time and they have never been able to fulfill an order. Once there was no manager on site so they couldn't even make food despite having employees. Either close this location, pay a higher salary to get employees, fix the dumb app or change operating time permanently. Same thing goes for the applewood village location. Complete trash. read more

We occasionally crave taco Bell food and found this location when we were in Golden Colorado on vacation. After placing our order (early afternoon) for one quesadilla and one crunch wrap we waited for 15 minutes as drive thru and on line orders were prioritized over ours. The food preparation people were busy and kept looking over at us as if they were surprised we were still there while they prepared and served many orders for drive thru but chose to ignore us until the drive thru cleared. After the unbearably long wait the food was less that ideal. The beef in the crunch wrap was seriously deficient and the chicken quesadilla had only three small piece of chicken in it. read more

This review will mostly be about the new naked chalupa. Word around the block is that taco bell came out with a new chalupa that doesn't have the traditional thick tortilla skin. It is made out of fried chicken instead!! I know, I know. This new chalupa should be a breeding ground for an oily, deep-fried mess. But, surprisingly, it wasn't. Although the outer layer was fried chicken, it was honestly not very oily (not saying it is healthy btw). The chicken had some seasoning that gave it a little bit of heat. This spice should be complemented with an avocado ranch sauce. But, I didn't get much of the avocado ranch flavor personally. If I were you, I wouldn't let this chalupa sit long at the risk of wilting the lettuce and getting mushy tomatoes. And just one last thing! Sadly, the attendant at the drive-thru had gotten one of our drink orders wrong. Being the rookies that we are, we left without checking. Make sure your order is right! read more
