It's Taco Bell, there isn't really much you can say about it. They have food stuffs. I think the only thing I like from Taco Bell is the Mexican Pizza. The person taking your order is typically friendly, however the person handing your food when dining in usually has some attitude and might as well be throwing your food at you when they drop it off onto the counter. Hopefully something changes here, but it's Taco Bell, there really isn't much that can be expected as far as change, or wellness of the food served. read more

This is the worst Taco Bell on the planet. Every time I go there it takes over ten minutes in the drive through to get my food. Tonight my kids ordered cheese quesadillas. When we got home we realized they didn't put cheese in our cheese quesadillas! It was just a burnt tortilla and sauce. This store is a joke and so is the manager!! I simply placed an order through DoorDash when I got my food the order was wrong..of course I wanted gorditas And received chalupas. When I called and spoke to the manager she told me it's not her fault how long it took.. she obviously does not listen lol I didn't care about the time I cared that I didn't get what I payed for. The lobby is always dirty, half the time they get the food order wrong unless you like it exactly how they make it. Service is extremely slow, fast food I think not. There was a time that this was my favorite place to go because it was always clean, fast and made correctly. Since the store under went new management it has just gone down the drain. Tonight, I ordered 12 tacos fresco style, along with numerous other things. My husband is allergic to cheese, so I always order them this way and have never had a problem. The person taking the order was not very well trained as he had to keep asking me to repeat items on my order and kept getting the order wrong. I should have turned around right there, but I thought it would be fine because what I could see on the screen was correct. However, the fresco taco pack had moved off the screen and I couldn't see it anymore, so when the order taker asked me if the order was correct, I stupidly said yes. I get my order and have my daughter check to see if they made them correctly. Nope. Cheese all over them. So, I drive back around and they refuse to make me new tacos. They say I approved the order, so I was stuck with these tacos my husband couldn't eat. Then, they take the tacos I PAID for and refuse to give them back to me. I refuse to leave the drive through unless I get my tacos (even the ruined ones at this point) and they lock the drive through window and call the cops on me. Long story short, I got my money back for the tacos (thanks to the Golden police. I have never in my life been treated more horribly than the people working this Taco Bell. DO NOT GO HERE. They will not correct their errors and they will treat you terribly. In addition, they are now wanting ID for any cash purchases over $20 (for what reason, I have no idea. I didn't pay cash. The guy just volunteered this information). They were out of Diet Pepsi and they gave me a root beer with a hole in the cup (all this was before the taco incident). read more

Came and ate at this Taco Bell a couple weeks ago with my girlfriend. The interior of the restaurant is the most 1990's thing you will ever see. Two of the employees were arguing with each other in the kitchen and three separate customers orders were missing some food, including our own. One of the customers mentioned above was an elderly man who raised his arms to the sky and said "Come on, guys!". I miss that old man. Anyways, I'm giving them 5 stars because it was extremely entertaining how terrible the service at this Taco Bell actually was. We're definitely coming back here for another date. read more

I'm going to start by saying I've only ever been through the drive thru at this location and tonight we decided to go in and eat in the dining room. Mind you the dining room needs a major face lift. Looks like nothings been done here since the 90s. We ordered our food and proceeded to wait roughly about 20 minutes before I decided that I wanted my money back. I kept watching people through the drive thru get their food faster then me. Believe me I understand what it's like being under staffed and whatever other bullshit you wanted to tell me but here's one thing being in the food industry. Don't tell me excuses why my order wasn't ready. Just be a nice human being and admit your mistakes. There is absolutely no reason why people in the drive thru were receiving their orders over mine. It ended up taking 3 people to finally receive my money back and ironically my food order was ready then. Too bad your service was garbage and I no longer wanted my food. This was an odd, confusing experience. It is July 10th,2016.It was 1:30 in the afternoon..I was at the counter to order three bean tostadas, a med drink, and alittle extra lettuce,tomatoe and cheese on each. I Don't know the very young girls name that rang up my order . But she came up with a price of 10 dollars. I told her that can't be right. She insisted it was...I said no...---its 5.00. She said "well, you ordered the extra stuff." So I asked--even though I know the answer. ""how much is it for the extra?." she said, one dollar.So I said ok then so that's 9, its still too much.She insisted over and over that was the right price.for what i ordered... And from there she just kept repeating herself and trying to understand what i wanted. And me trying to understand how to get her to understand such a simple order .This repeated for ten minutes. I wasn't givng up bc i really wanted my tostado fix. I didnt know what else to do-i wasnt going to repeat it a 6th time. so i pulled out some paper and said here let me draw you a picture of what i want.I did and repeated the description again as i drew. She said i was rude and derogatory. i was stunned. I was never angry or even irrated with her bc she wasn't being antagonistic she just simply didn't get it... . But at that i just left. I realized there was no getting her to understand. In the car i had to chuckle---i am 57 yrs old --been saying the exact same order at the registar for 5o yrs.
