Pork soup dumplings are amazing! Service can be kind of slow sometimes, but it's worth the wait. Quite and relaxed atmosphere, but still kid friendly. They love the cartoon buns!

It's a mixed review. I went to this location and got takeout from their Westminster location. The buns are seasoned just right, maybe needs to be cooked a little differently to get a crispy bottom. I haven't tried an item from every category; just appetizer, XLB, jiao zi, and wok. Both times, the wok dishes are overly salted, making it unappetizing. The other categories (appetizer, XLB, jiao zi) do not have that problem.

Five out Five for days. Let me start off by saying they have the best cakes in Denver! I won't tell you what they are but ask for the matcha or tiramisu and you will be left wondering how something could taste so good. The food here is excellent, great variety including some classics like xlb, chili wontons, and spicy cucumber but it just gets better from there. The mapo tofu, eggplant and beef stir fry. The space is well thought out, inviting, clean and well lit. Service is friendly and attentive.

Cucumber Salad - nice and fresh but I wish they were in a little more of the sauce

We really enjoyed grabbing lunch here. Cucumber salad didn't look like the picture, we wish there was more sauce with them, but mostly good. We each got the Bryan's dumpling which is 8 pieces and you can try each one. They were good (our faves were the original, garlic, and kimchi). My true only complaint is that outside of the mix of all of them they only sell the dumplings in orders of 10. That's a lot and if you wanted to try just a couple flavors you have to order way too much. I didn't want to have to taste a few of the options in the Bryan's dumplings but I went with that anyway because I could get more than one flavor without having to order 20.

The place is modern and decorated nicely. It's located inside a strip mall. The dumplings themselves are forgettable. Some flavors in the variety pack were better than others but mostly all were average. I don't know if I would order any of them again -- maybe the garlic if I had to. The pork dumplings were fine with sauce. Service was quick which was the bright spot.

Brian's Dumpling House is the kind of place that quietly wins you over. The service? Let's call it... functional. You're not coming here to make best friends with your server, but they'll get the job done. What you're coming for are the dumplings, which are absolutely worth it. Each one is a little pocket of joy with that handmade, authentic feel that tells you someone in the kitchen knows what they're doing. The flavors hit just right and you'll find yourself counting how many you have left before you even finish your first plate. The space itself is clean and simple, which lets the food do the talking. If you're a dumpling lover who doesn't mind casual service in exchange for real-deal flavor, Brian's might just become your new go-to.

The menu is overwhelming in a good way! I wanted to try so much. But I had help navigating from my super nice and attentive waiter. The atmosphere is cozy and open. Easy to have conversations, although when I went it wasn't very busy. The food came out so quick and it all tasted so good. I was tempted to order more but limited myself. I highly recommend any soup dumplings (I got a sample platter) and the dumplings in chili oil if you can handle a little spice. The pork belly buns though were my favorite. It was all so good!!

    Nothing like post workout XLB!

My friends think I am crazy with how often and enthusiastically I visit this restaurant. But the truth is....the dumplings are by far my favorite in all of Denver! I WILL SHOUT IT FROM THE ROOFTOPS! Go to Bryan's! The food is beyond amazing. My favorite obviously being the dumplings but the Mapo Tofu and the Angus Flank steak with black pepper are insane. Great food, great people too. I also noticed a concern for the cleanliness but that must have been a bad day because it is always near sterile when I've attended and that's like once a week.

Just a solid all-around good place for not just dumplings but the stir fried lo mein noodles were terrific as well.

Bryan's Dumpling House is a solid dumpling spot that will cure any dumpling cravings. We stopped in for lunch on a Saturday around 1pm for lunch and there was ample seating. We ordered the Original XLB, Scallops & Shrimp Dumpling, Noodle with Scallion Oil, and the Cucumber Salad. I saw a review that said the dumplings and scallion noodles were bland but this was not the case. I had not tried scallion oil noodles before but these were flavorful and it was a good serving size for 2 people. The dumplings were piping hot when brought to the table but perfect to eat after a few minutes of cooling. Most of the dumplings did collapse before eating but they were still tasty. I made a dipping sauce of the vinegar, soy, and chili oil and they were a great addition to the dumplings. the scallop and shrimp dumplings were very shrimpy and I would not suggest them if you do not like shrimp (I love shrimp so I did not find this to be an issue). The cucumber salad was as expected - cool and crunchy. I only wish that there were soup noodle options here but overall, this was a great dumpling spot for lunch and we will come back.

A great go-to for work day lunch and such a fabulous variety of dumplings to choose from. Shrimp fried rice has huge shrimp in it. Staff is always friendly and service is speedy.

I have been here several times and they were on point when they first opened and I would have given 4 stars. My last few visits were good but not excellent. I really love the bao buns and the dumplings so I will be back!

    Four Pork Shumai

This place has been on my radar to try for over a year. Finally got around to visiting recently. So I love dim sum. It's one of my favorite things to eat out and it's always fun to check out different spots. This restaurant is located in a Greenwood Village shopping center with a lot of other restaurants. Everything is made after ordering (no carts like a traditional dim sum place). We tried a number of dishes including pork buns, pork and shrimp shumai, xiao long bao (various flavors) and wood ear mushroom salad. I would say food was a 4/5. I was most surprised by how tasty the wood ear mushroom salad was. I've never had anything quite like it before it but was shockingly delicious. If you like chewy, gummy and rubbery textures, it will appeal. I loved both the garlic and spinach xiao long bao. Wasn't a fan of the shrimp shumai. It tasted too fishy so the shrimp wasn't very fresh. The pork shumai was very good. The pork buns were ok. I've had much better ones. Now where I have to give them major credit was cleanliness and service. The restaurant is nicely decorated. Floors and tables were very clean throughout. Our waitress was so kind and attentive. She went out of her way to make sure our kids had an amazing experience. This is the first place I've seen that had children's plates and utensils. It made eating there so much easier and enjoyable for our family. I would definitely return largely because the food is good and it's closer than other options we like in Denver.

From the second I walked in, service was impeccable, welcoming, and helpful. Staff went above and beyond to walk me to the restroom (as it was my first time dining here), out to my patio table, and quickly brought water. Everyone was dressed up for the occasion, chandeliers were lining the interior with a gorgeous and sophisticated look, and the music was a fun K-Pop/dance vibe. Our table of three started with the Buddha Button (essentially a lemon drop martini with Deep Eddy's and a special flower that invigorates your taste buds to create a literal "party in your mouth"). Anything cold adds to the buzzing, vibrating energy; pair the flower with a cold cocktail and it's a phenomenal experience! We also had a bottle of white wine - it was to be expected: tasty. We tried the crab rangoons and thought they were a fun snack, although $21 for four rangoons was tough. I could've gone to Panda Express and gotten four for $3.99 and called it a day. Christine and I both had the Miso Sea Bass - easily the crowd favorite. Even though it was light, it was very flavorful with the sauce, mushrooms, and rice included in the meal. It was mostly filling, though charging $64 for that as the main entree is quite a big stretch. The crowd winner was our server, Maddie. She had amazing recommendations, a full understanding of the menu, and was very attentive and personable. Overall, fun experience! The price for the quantity of food makes it a dubious chance of returning, but A+ for the staff!

Prices also aren't bad, I think it came out to $50 for what we ordered along with a large amount of rice and two diet cokes. This place is spot on. Service was great too. This is always our to go spot to grab some classic chinese dishes. We always get their roast duck! Came in on July 4th and was a little busier than usual, however I was greeted fast by the friendly staff and got taken care of as soon as they can. Let me know that it was gonna be a while (we had placed an order of one whole roast duck and one chicken rice plate dish to go). I said no problem as I was gonna do groceries next door to HMart anyways along with the other customers as well. Came back and had to wait only a couple more minutes, I can tell they were pack but no problem at all as I was very happy to see some very fresh, crispy, and awesome looking ducks being brought out to hang so was super stoked right away. The roast duck is my familys favorite and this time came out even better than before maybe because it was so fresh. Ctispy skin and tender meat packing with awesome authentic flavors. I had the chicken with rice to try for the first time and that was so good as well! Will definetely order it more next time as well!

We ordered the fried tofu (with peppers and onions), orange chicken, fried fish fillet, and veggie delight (mixed veggies). The fried fish fillet was definitely the standout. Perfectly crispy on the outside with a light, tangy layer of sauce that added flavor without making it soggy. Easily my favorite dish of the meal. The fried tofu was also really solid and flavorful with just the right amount of spice. The peppers and onions complemented it well without overpowering the tofu itself. The orange chicken was okay. I tend to compare orange chicken to Panda Express (probably unfair, but it's my benchmark), and this one didn't quite hit that same balance of crispiness and sauce. I think if it had a bit more meat within each piece, would be better. The mixed vegetables were decent but not something I'd order again. They felt a bit drenched in sauce and didn't have much depth in flavor. One of the highlights of the visit was meeting an elderly woman who helps out when it gets busy. She mentioned she was the former owner. She was incredibly kind, and we ended up having a really nice conversation in Mandarin. That personal touch made the experience even more memorable. Otherwise, really nice venue with lots of space and tables. Waiters always refilled my water, which is a good plus. Also gave me fresh rice when I took the leftovers to go. Overall, a solid meal with a couple standout dishes. I'd definitely come back for the fried fish fillet and tofu. Will be back to try their other dishes.
