Good place, clean, and the service and food were fine. It's my first time trying Taco Bell, and it wasn't too bad.

The past few years Taco Bell has not been settling well with me, however, I decided to stop by this location in desperation as I needed something to hold me over while I waited overnight for a 5am flight at IAH. The staff were friendly and very pleasant. We even joked a little at the drive thru while I waited on my food. I received everything quick and it tasted great! Definitely will have to give Taco Bell another shot in the future. Maybe they changed the recipe because it's not as stomach twirling as it used to be a few years ago. I am so upset with Taco Bell on Little York. The cashier (Angela C. #035719) was very rude and inpatient while I tried to place my order. The menu sign kept changing and I could decide what I wanted. You guys redid your menu. All I wanted was bean burritos but cashier said "we don't have just burritos and that she had another car waiting." I also waited awhile for car in front of me, I didn't hear her complaint about them. When I got up to window to pay, she did give me my drink order, since she was in a rush. I will not be returning to this Taco Bell. You need to have your staff go to courtesy training. Even Jack in the box have better manners and service. And my tacos are really stale read more

Taco Bell recently released a "vegetarian menu". We asked at the drive-thru if we could order the vegetarian black bean version of the crunch wrap at this location we were told we could, so we ordered 2 of the crunch wraps and 3 bean burritos. We realized later that we received a bag with 2 (not even the 3 that we ordered) ground beef burritos and 2 ground beef crunch wraps (which we cannot eat due to our beliefs). We brought it back to Taco Bell and tried to explain that we paid over $20 for food that we cannot eat. We were told that it is a franchise and therefore we cannot have our order corrected. As someone who considered Taco Bell as a savior for our vegetarian family on cross country road trips I am incredibly disappointed in this "franchise" that will not honor what their customers paid for. read more

When times get tight and Houston traffic zaps the cushy window of leisure time you expected to have (before arriving at the terminal and discovering you have hours of delays that the airline neglected to e-mail you about) it is always nice to find a familiar face in the crowd as you sit in traffic on 59. I saw Taco Cabana and McDonalds and other garbage. Pass. But for the first time ever I looked off to my right, since I was stuck in traffic and calculating how late I was about to be (before actually getting to the terminal) and I saw a bird. No it was a plane. No it was Superman. No even better, it was a Taco Bell! My Doritos taco was a nice passenger for the short distance it was alive before it found itself inside me. It was a very sensual taco eating experience, replete with fire sauce mentality and a deep soothing crinkling of the taco wrapper over the roar of gangsta' rap music coming from my car and those of my fellow G's stuck in traffic on 59 just outside the airport. This is by far the best Taco Bell I have been to it's hard to believe this place is a fast food establishment they are fast and efficient with your order always have lots of staff working to combat the crazy long lines and tons of orders especially during happy hour time. I ordered my food without sour cream but they added sour cream all over my food, I guess they don't listen to what people ask for.

When I first moved over to this side of town and discovered this Taco Bell I was uber excited and was excited that they were really nice. I was used to people hating their job and it showing through the whole experience. Since then turnover has taken it's toll on this Taco Bell and it is starting to decline. I have noticed that one particular person that handles drive thru window always has dirt under his long fingernails. Ummmm do you wash your hands? You're required by the health department to do so every 20 minutes. Not only are there dirty finger nail you can tell the people are just not happy to be there. read more
