Horrible service and food. Do not eat at Taco Bell in Huntsville Texas. It's a waste of time and money. We ordered through the app and drove in to pick up our order. They took forever to fill the order after we arrived. They left items out of the order, which made the delay even longer. After we opened our torn bags to eat, we found the food was made wrong and barely even wrapped. They weren't busy. They just didn't care. We watched employees standing around chatting and just goofing off while we waited for our order. After we contacted them to tell them the food was made wrong, they offered us a free taco. We spent nearly $18 on a horrible order of food and all they had to say was "sorry here's a free taco". We'd really like to save anyone else from this type of experience. No stars. Manager is very unaccomadating when making things right. We have given them many chances and every time they have shorted our order. We live 40 minutes away and they have no problems taking money but tons of problems with making things right in either credit or refund for the short. Shorted on the mini taco salad. read more

food: terrible service:even worse so first, the girl on the intercom is absolutely rude. talking over me to people behind her i assume, i pull up to the window, get my food, go home. Now this is my mistake for not checking my bag, but i notice im missing my chips and cheese. now i had been craving this all day. if it was any other day i would've left it be, but tonight, it was something i needed so i went back. i go to the intercom and before i even finish what im saying "ok pull forward" i sit in the drive thru 10+ mins behind one car who got one singular bag and one drink. i finally pull up. now i was not hostile in anyway shape or form but i ask "is there anyway i can get 2 for having to come back up here?" didn't think it would be a big deal considering they're less than $2. she says "hold on" and closes the window. I wait a minute. she comes back with the bag. I check it, there's only one inside. now this time i go inside because i feel like im being played with. i have to stand up at the front while they act like they don't see me. i flag down another girl (bigger, has dreads). i tell her the situation. she tells me "if you paid for one, you get one". so why did no one say that to me at the window??? why did your coworker close the window in my face and act like she was going to get another one? did she not expect me to check the bag? then i ask to pay for one and now id have to go back in the drive thru. i finally get back home and i check what she actually gave me, just look at the video. this location is absolutely garbage and y'all need an entire new night crew. this is not how you treat someone and that is literally customer service 101. you never know what kind of day someone is having. do better, be better. read more

Service is pretty much consistent each time I go. I always order on the app, so I normally have no problems. Just recently I ordered and asked for no lettuce but received lettuce. I called and the young lady, Rainey, was so kind and made sure to write my name down so I could come back. I came back today and my order was remade with no lettuce. They do get busy, but be patient because I normally go during lunch or dinner hours. read more

It's depressing to have an order so frequently ordered, you know exactly what it should cost. So when you get a number back that's 3 times as expensive as what it should cost, you know something is wrong. 3 - $1 items with tax $3.25 So $9 something stands out. That's not right, but I understand mistakes happen. And no harm, no foul. But if the casher then tells you, "No, I got the order right" and proceeds to then tell me that's the thing I ordered, it goes downhill. Then when they ring it up again, the price is different from the earlier, and expected price, but I know the girl can't figure out how to add 3 $1 I items. Knew better than to stay when my first stop was the filthy restroom. Ring in the toilet bowl, stained sink and last but not least that dirty hand dryer. But we were pressed for time and tired. Tacos little to no beef. I complained about my double decker when it had the same 1/4 tsp of meat as a regular crunchy at their location. I would have given a lower rating if possible. I don't care if society tells you everyone is special, a business still has a dress code to go by and a sweatsuit is not it. It's bad when the person with the keys to access the register and rings up your orders isn't even dressed in a uniform and asks if you want your change or not. Beware of entering this establishment at night. Would not recommend as a family place in the evening. OMG I am watching them take cash with gloves on and the with the same gloves make food. My husband ordered a taco with no lettuce because well...he doesn't like lettuce. Not a big deal right? Well we get our order and the taco had lettuce on it. Not a big deal, because this happens often, so my husband went up to the register and let them know and they said they'd fix it. They tried giving him another taco...with lettuce...and then he stood up by the counter for about ten minutes and his taco never came. So honestly a fifteen minute wait, for nothing. This Taco Bell was perfectly fine. The food was good and hot, and the bathroom was clean. They are certainly not in a big hurry here, and 2/3 of the orders delivered are accompanied with a "Sorry about the wait." The wait was just long enough for me to notice though, not actually unreasonable. The drive-thru seemed to move well while I was here, as I could see it out the window.
