She tried to take my credit card with the same hand she was holding the lighter in. I must have had a look on my face because she asked what my problem was. I told here it seemed unprofessional. We were there on a Saturday night (late - which meant Sunday morning)...service was fine, however, two of us got really sick from the food. I had a steak quesadilla and my friend had the chicken quesadilla. I have eaten MANY of these at MANY different locations and I have never gotten sick. However, my friend and I both were...to put it lightly...going to the bathroom over and over and over...we had queasy stomachs and 'lost a lot of water' over the course of the next 12 hours. I don't think this was a typical "Taco Bell reaction". I think we got some form of food poisoning. Someone maybe didn't cook something all the way or something was left out too long. I don't know. Man, I love me some T. Bell. But this location is just awful. It is hugely disappointing, especially when you are having pregnancy cravings. The last FOUR times we have gotten food here, our order has been wrong! And of course, we don't notice until we get home and sit down to eat. My husband and I have been taking turns returning to Taco Bell to request the items that were left out of our order. The only redeeming quality about this location is that SOME of their employees are friendly. There are other employees that don't even give their customers the satisfaction of communicating with them. I went inside once to request a new taco, and the boy who helped me never even spoke to me. He did get me a new taco though. The most disappointing aspect of this restaurant is that any item you order will be mostly tortilla, almost no filling. I ordered the Ghost Pepper Griller, which looked amazing on the menu. While eating it, I couldn't find any meat, and the filling was comprised of mostly tortilla strips/chips and cheese sauce. I must say this that we had the best Mexican pizza and taco supremes we've had from a Taco Bell. The lines are always incredibly long here, but that's not even the worst part. The staff is so unprofessional. "Hi ummm... welcome to uhh... GIRL STOP... Uhhh... welcome to Taco Bell.. how may I uhhh... help you." Finally we order, and get to the drive through. The employee looks right at us with our bag and says "2 burrito supremes". Which wasn't our order. No biggie. We just say it's not ours. To which she responds, "uhhhh... what?" We then describe our order and she's like "oh I'm not talking to you. I'm on the headset." The guy that took my order, Travis H., started my experience. He was quick and efficient but also personable. He slipped in a few jokes and showed his outgoing and friendly personality. He just stopped by my table in the middle of this review and encouraged me to fill out a survey. I'm sure the higher ups will look favorably upon an action like that. This is the worst restaurant on the planet. I have never experienced such incompetence in my life. DO NOT GO HERE EVER. My experience has been the same the last two times but I didn't leave a review after the first terrible experience. 4 cars in front of us in the drive thru. No cars in the parking lot so not a huge crowd inside. Takes literally 25 minutes to get our 3 tacos. Our mistake. Didn't check the order til we got home and missing a taco. Easily one of the worst Taco Bell's out there. They never get my order correct. They are constantly screwing up orders at a ridiculous pace. I've tried contacting them to discuss the situation, but I've never received any replies back. Even if the food is correct, it's made sloppily, essentially thrown together. And none of these problems are caused by being busy. Even when I'm the only one there, I'll still get my order the same way, something missing or sloppily made. And they never offer anything for your time and patience, which is the bellwether of a bad restaurant. If you make me drive all the way back for the meal I paid for but you failed to give me, offer a coupon or a free drink at least. Act like you want my patronage. Even if you're hankering for a late night snack, do yourself a favor. Go to the gas station, because it'll be better than what you get here. read more

Who doesn't love a good Taco Bell? In the grand scheme of Taco Bells, this ranks high among them. It seems like it is very new. It looks like a more high tech Taco Bell, if you can even imagine what that looks like. This restaurant is very clean and pleasant to be in. Every time I have been inside, I have been greeted quickly without standing around waiting for someone to take my order. They make your food fast. They make your food well. I have been 100% satisfied each time I have been here and I don't think that will change any time soon. The wait time in the drive thru 9/10 is horrible (but I'm a patient person). The food gets messed up sometimes. (Like most places). But I must say this Taco Bell deserves the 4 stars for their employees. There have been multiple times I have gone through the drive thru and yes I am slightly annoyed by the time I get up to the window to get my food, but there's always a nice person at the window, and there have been a few times when I'm inside that I have seen outstanding customer service. One time, a young girl who took my order inside, helped the three handicapped customers behind me. She walked their food to their seats, helped one gentleman walk to his seat, pulled his seat out for him, filled his drink, got him napkins etc. I was very impressed. This wasn't a 'senior' manager at this Taco Bell or anything. This was a young woman who truly cared for the customers. Made my day. I wish I could remember her name. read more

this particular taco bell location is a bit on the slow side from time to time and I go here often. staff can vary between being rude to each other but nice to the customers or just being standoffish to everyone in general. staff seems very mixed between hating each other and being slow or working for a living and trying to serve. They're not that great at keeping the ice in the soda fountain stocked or keeping it wiped down, sauce and sporks are always out. drive through is always packed at 11pm to 12am. this location is always out of the physical big boxes too, especially during contests like their last two Playstation 4 contests, i rarely get one. not bad if you're low on cash, stoned/drunk, and hungry at 2am. read more
