    Long line at lunch time.
    Phil B.

Really surprisingly fast service in the drive thru. When I pulled up there were at least 8 cars in front of me. Took less then 10 min to get thru the line. Young lady on speaker wasn't super friendly but the young lady at the window was. Nacho Fry Box was great. Taco was full, burrito was full and ingredients had a nice spread. Nacho Fries and cheese great. Nice cheap lunch.

Long line. 20 min and still waiting to order.

2nd night in a row coming here and the drive thru line takes forever! Been waiting 20 minutes just to get to the intercom to order. Drive up to utter silence, had to say "hello?" just to place my order. The service is horrible! When we got to the window the girl was texting.

My nacho toppings put in a burrito instead of on top of the nachos like I ordered.

To say this location needs work is an understatement. I've lived in the area for 8 months and given this location numerous tries, but it always falls short. The first time, we ordered a 12 pack, 6 crunchy, 6 soft in the middle of the day on a Saturday. I understand it takes some time to get together, so we waited patiently, 30 minutes later our order comes out. No apology for the wait, no explanation, if I didn't have a house of teenagers waiting, I would've driven off and asked for my money back. The second time I went was after a Pacers game. The line was pretty long, but moved quickly. I ordered three crunchy tacos and my partner ordered a Mexican pizza meal. Another 30 min wait for our order. Luckily, the food was hot and they threw in an extra taco, so I chalked it up to bad timing. The following time it was midnight after pride. There was virtually no line, but the manager came out saying they were closing early for floor maintenance in the kitchen. This led to the TB closing 4 hours early! I've experienced plenty of TB's closing early for maintenance, most of them put a notice on the door and on the drive through, but not this one. No warning, orders were taken only for patrons to get to the window and find that their orders weren't going to be fulfilled. My last and final time was tonight at 3 am, first the cashier was encouraging people to get out of line by saying they were fulfilling a big order and it would take several minutes. Many cars in front of us drove off. Nothing else was open, so we stuck it out. The order that was supposed to take 20 minutes, literally took 5 minutes. It felt as if the cashier just didn't want to serve the 5 cars in line. We ordered, the screen was correct and then when we got to the window, it all blew up. We ordered a Mexican pizza meal and a $5 nacho box with an order of nacho fries. The fries were freezing cold, not even lukewarm, the cheese cups were half filled and instead of nachos in a box (because they were out of physical boxes, which they didn't mentioned to us when ordering) they put the nacho toppings in a burrito and gave us a side of chips. That is NOT the same thing as a $5 nacho big box at all. Which is what I ordered. In addition, our crunchy tacos were soggy and the meat in them was cold. At first glance we told the cashier this wasn't out order, he insured us it was and after some back and forth wouldn't take our food back, so we drove off disappointed and still hungry. I've given this TB four tries too many. I won't be doing so again. I'm contacting corporate. Hopefully they can fix the problem. I've gone to taco bells first thing in the morning, after SEC football games in college towns and after pro athelte football and basketball games, never have I waited so long for mediocre food and bad service. Do better.

Do not go to this location. Never fails. Every single time.

I like a dim atmosphere, but it was hardly lit enough to read the menu. It was difficult to navigate as it was mostly in Spanish. Extremely limited vegetarian options which I'm not sure I can assume were actually without chicken base in the rice, etc. I didn't even see a vegetable fajita on the menu. My vegetarian burrito sans crema and cheese consisted of little more than rice and a couple small diced pieces of avocado and diced tomato. Iceberg lettuce? I saw corn niblets and a pea fall out. Bland. Hot sauce choices not fantastic. What kind of burrito contains no beans?? Everyone else at my table received flatware. I was given a plastic fork. Once I received an actual fork & knife, they kept tearing the paper underneath my burrito. Strangely served with raw cucumber (ick) & lime wedges on the side. Edible at best. The atmosphere looked interesting upon entry, but it felt grungy, the chairs were heavy. I was seated right next to a brick wall/chimney. Service was sparse. Definite language barrier. The dish my companions received was an array of meat in a molcajete. Mixed feedback on the peppers being ungodly too hot & some of it, especially the sausage, having a good flavor. It was massive & messy. It was interesting initially but definitely didn't look appetizing to me. That came with a bowl of beans in sauce with what we later discovered were Chicharrón on top. It looked like boiled mystery chicken skin. A friend from SoCal I consulted online had no idea what it was from my photo as we tried to discern it & they didn't realize it was even Mexican food from the appearance. It was assumed I was at an Asian joint. We had to ask for drink refills far into our meal. I was given a fresh new cup. The server took another person's cup from the table and refilled it in the back. That was strange and seemed unsanitary. We didn't get everything we asked for. I'd say language was the problem except for the fact the server had understood my requests when "crema" was the only Spanish word I used. Ladies' room had room for one person at a time. The sink was backing up. It felt dingy like the rest of the building. I'm glad they had paper towels and not just a hand blower. I didn't choose the restaurant. It was one of the worst if not THE most horrible Mexican meals & experiences I've had in my life. Hard pass. I'd gladly pay more for better fare elsewhere. I can make far superior at home.

The tacos (your choice of protein) were $1.49 each. I was honestly surprised that they had plenty of onions, cilantro, two different sauces & a baggie of radishes & limes for that price. I will say, I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because the shredded chicken although clearly seasoned (color wise) with sazon, it was dried completely out with only a hint of flavor. I added the green sauce on the chicken ones and it gave it a little umph but then I tasted the amazing seasoning in the rice and beans & WOW. I put a little of both on the chicken tacos and that was just what they needed. All in all the tacos were an 8/10 and the rice+beans were 10/10. The rice was cooked perfectly & the best compliment to the soupy beans. Parking: TERRIBLY positioned & shared lot, spots are tight & all the businesses stay with a crowd. Service: the cashier wasn't unpleasant BUT I had every intention on sitting down and eating inside (they have about 8 tables and 4 small booths) but she assumed I wanted it to-go without asking me as she asked the family of Spanish/hispanic/latino/a heritage before AND after me. In the moment I didn't feel slighted because I think I was just so tired & hangry but it definitely is memorable now that I'm writing the review a day later. I could have very well corrected her and said I wanted to dine in but I'm not one to force it when I feel unwanted or unwelcomed . This by no means discredits the food, it was wonderful & so was the price. I wouldn't go as far as to say I'll never be back because it would be a lie - what I WILL do moving forward is speak up for myself as it could have been done unintentionally.

I was not a fan of the salsas that I tried. They did send over chips, that were in my opinion. They were crispy. Had no flavor of either salt nor lime on them. Definitely needed salsa, but as I mentioned earlier, the salsas were not very good. Good. I had a roasted red salsa, salsa Verde, plus chili de arbol. None of them, had anything going for them. That was positive. It tasted like it was just the ingredients without seasoning. The salsa Verde tasted like just green tomatoes, and the same for the red. The spicy one, tasted like Tomatoes and spicy peppers. The menu appeared to have a nice variety of different items. I would definitely give them a second chance on something else.
