Driving by and got a hankering so I stopped in for a quick snack. I sat there after I ordered at the counter and I watched the employees work. What caught my eye today was one particular guy his name is KWAN. The man was a machine. He has cool purple hair too. He literally was slapping out that food faster than you can imagine but he was so careful while he was making it. I was watching him make my food and I can't tell you I would have done anything differently which is pretty rare for me. She kept smiling while he was working and smiling while he was handing the food over to the customers and he really exemplifies what you would want an employee in a restaurant such as this to exemplify. I hope the management is reading this because if you are you should give the guy a raise don't lose this one.

End of what should be the chicken quesadilla.

Ordered online and its still wrong. Are you guys putting the cash saved on surplus inventory, gained through not upgrading customers' orders, into a jar and planning a trip to Jamaica?? I overpaid a dollar, in just one order. Is this the definition of money laundering?

The regular taco is now 1.99 and I got meat about the size of a pencil Where's the beef

I ordered 2 steak chalupas. Opened my first one and it was completely fine. Then I opened the second one and I get this shit like wtf... this location got me fucked up

Yep, they are losing a star. Whether you are here during the day or at night, do NOT leave the drive-thru without checking your order. More than likely, they have either left something out, given you the wrong items, or both. I find this happens more with the night shift than with the day shift, but it still happens way too often. At night, they tend to make a mess of everything and not make things correctly. For instance, we ordered the XXL nachos and they barely had any cheese on them. We've ordered soft tacos that have had literally 5 or 6 little pieces of shredded cheese. It's ridiculous. Once, during the day shift, I ordered the 99 cent nachos and the little cup of cheese was less than 1/4 full. WTF, people?! The good news is the employees are really nice. The managers are really nice and they are apologetic and willing to fix their mistakes. But the mistakes shouldn't be happening every.single.time we go there. So I'm warning you... don't just check to make sure you have the correct items, actually open up every single item and look at it to make sure it has been adequately prepared!

Run for your life. Usually with fast food, you know what you're getting yourself into. But you should never get into this. I'm a kid who works full time and goes to school full time, so I love food that's fast, cheap, and satisfying. But behold, HAIR. That's probably not human. I've seen hair that's thick, thin, curly, black, brown, blonde, fake, you name it. This looks like rat hair. Also, I stay away from dairy and I always ask for no cheese. I know it's fake cheese, but there is still cheese. I contacted Taco Bell and all I got was "someone is going to contact you in 3 business days." Save the change in your car and head somewhere else.

The 30% off code - LOVETACOS - is good on the entire menu on Taco Tuesdays. The deal & code are advertised on a window poster you'll notice as you walk up in addition to another poster advertising a great lunch deal available. I ordered the Shrimp Tacos (corn tortillas, lettuce, breaded fried shrimp, chipotle mayo, and cilantro) minus pico & they were great. The shrimp were freshly fried and steaming hot. I had to wait a bit because a large catering order was being finished as I arrived. The manager offered me a free Jarritos and apologized profusely for my wait. I took it as a good sign that their tacos are that popular plus it gave me time to enjoy the gorgeous murals by ARTBYJAE. I visited the Baymeadows location (open until 3am Fri/Sat & 1am Sun-Th) & they now have a second location on Parental Home Rd (open until 1am Fri/Sat & 11pm Sun-Th).

The floors were sticky and our shoes stuck to the floor. The women's restroom was out of order. The kiosks seem like a good idea but nobody there to ask questions or to get your drinks. If you can catch one of the two people working as they bring out orders you are lucky. The menus on the kiosks are pretty informative though and tell the ingredients for each item. Kiosk automatically adds 20% tip unless you change it. Considering you don't have any interaction with employees until they bring out your order other tipping options might apply. They cook to order which is nice except you don't get your drinks or your appetizers until it's your turn. There is a comment section to type no tomatoes or special instructions. Mine still came out with tomatoes but they promptly remade it for me. The food is pretty good. No complaints there other than having to remake one of my tacos. The chips and queso was pretty good. Chips were dusted with spices and served hot. We tried 6 different tacos and they were all very good. The tortillas were toasted on the grill which makes a big difference. You can get flour or corn tortillas. The chicken and steak were marinated before grilling and were big cubes and plentiful. The menu has a pretty big variety including a kids menu with chicken and fries. The last comment is their fountain machine for drinks. The coke tasted off. They may need to recalibrate it. Drinks are served in small clear throw away cups and the lids don't fit very well. Refills are hard to get. You have to wait for someone to come out of the back. If these small complaints don't bother you the food is very good.

Add to that, one of the greatest Happy Hours, and places to watch a game or play pinball, foosball, or shuffle board. It's just a blast. The crew is always great and the interior is casual and fun. I've never had anything that wasn't delicious here. Most recently, I tried the Gringo Quesadilla and got it to the highest level of spicy that I could. It hit hard. It was delicious, but when they tell here that something is very spicy, believe them. I can't wait to go back and if you haven't tried this gem, I highly suggest you do.

First off we ordered steak burritos- paid extra... the meat was literally STEW meat- not steak! It was so disgusting. Secondly, the ground beef tacos tasted good until you realized how crusty the meat was- as if it had been sitting ALL DAY in a bin! And lastly the nachos were exactly the same crusty old chicken meat!! We ordered pretty much every meat there and all was DISGUSTING and we had to throw out because meat sitting around all day can't be healthy! My recommendation is to NOT come here for the food!

Taco Libre was just 1.5 miles from the hospital so we gave it a shot, and happy we did. Tasty free salsa and warm chips placed on the table. I ordered the Wet California burrito with steak, and it was mostly rice and beans with very little steak. The "wet" was just queso poured over the top and onto the plate. Some bites tasted decent, others were inconsistent. The steak that was there was okay. The margarita was also a letdown -- more sour than expected and likely house tequila, with very little ice. Chips were unsalted (which I didn't mind), and the salsa had a bit of a pinch to it. Unfortunately, I woke up the next morning with a bad stomach ache and didn't feel great while eating the food. I probably should have said something to management at the time. Our waitress was friendly, but couldn't really elaborate when we asked about the menu. Overall, I'm paying for great food and service -- not just "okay." I don't see myself returning.
