Driving by and got a hankering so I stopped in for a quick snack. I sat there after I ordered at the counter and I watched the employees work. What caught my eye today was one particular guy his name is KWAN. The man was a machine. He has cool purple hair too. He literally was slapping out that food faster than you can imagine but he was so careful while he was making it. I was watching him make my food and I can't tell you I would have done anything differently which is pretty rare for me. She kept smiling while he was working and smiling while he was handing the food over to the customers and he really exemplifies what you would want an employee in a restaurant such as this to exemplify. I hope the management is reading this because if you are you should give the guy a raise don't lose this one. read more

Ordered Taco Bell for dinner tonight after my son requested it. I used the mobile app to let me pre-pay and pick up. However, I learned upon pickup that the name you enter on your order will not be on your receipt because the system reverts to making you guest on the receipt unless you order from the app. Upon arrival, my order was ready but upon closer examination, they had forgot to make a taco 12 pack. I explained this to the manager and she asked someone to make it. 15 minutes later I was still waiting for my food. It was not until the young lady who worked the counter saw me and took pity on me that the manager made sure my order got made. Once the food was complete, I still had to ask for taco sauce since none was provided and no one asked if I would like any. During my wait, I got to observe both on-duty and off-duty employees loitering at the front where customers were trying to order. An employee handle cash and then go back to the serving line and a manager who screamed at pretty much everyone. Brought the food home and it was fine for fast food. I tried the new taco pizza and it tasted like the old taco pizza to me. My wife enjoyed her Crunchwrap supreme with chicken. Most of the Doritos tacos we ordered were soggy and falling apart. Yep, they are losing a star. Whether you are here during the day or at night, do NOT leave the drive-thru without checking your order. More than likely, they have either left something out, given you the wrong items, or both. I find this happens more with the night shift than with the day shift, but it still happens way too often. At night, they tend to make a mess of everything and not make things correctly. For instance, we ordered the XXL nachos and they barely had any cheese on them. We've ordered soft tacos that have had literally 5 or 6 little pieces of shredded cheese. It's ridiculous. Once, during the day shift, I ordered the 99 cent nachos and the little cup of cheese was less than 1/4 full. WTF, people?! The good news is the employees are really nice. The managers are really nice and they are apologetic and willing to fix their mistakes. But the mistakes shouldn't be happening every.single.time we go there. So I'm warning you... don't just check to make sure you have the correct items, actually open up every single item and look at it to make sure it has been adequately prepared! read more

The Cashier NAVIYA B was very impolite and discourteous, I ordered a drink with my combo meal and when I approached the window to my horror she was not wearing gloves and her nose was exposed by her mask not being worn correctly, she was very unprofessional with her attitude when I tried to ask her for my beverage she indicated to me "I not the one that took the order" then a man also came up to the window and also SHOUTED at me "BACK YO CAR UP FROM THE WINDOW", as I was so shocked I immediately did, then two seconds later they were waving the drink at me, indicating to pull forward, as I did that no apology was offered to me as a valued guest, I was told the price of the drink - paid and left, no thank you for you order nothing. I am so appalled by this experience, that I will never exit the 295 & 103rd expressway to ever go back to this Taco Bell which was in 103rd Street EVER. I'm a kid who works full time and goes to school full time, so I love food that's fast, cheap, and satisfying. But behold, HAIR. That's probably not human. I've seen hair that's thick, thin, curly, black, brown, blonde, fake, you name it. This looks like rat hair. Also, I stay away from dairy and I always ask for no cheese. Absolute TRAIN WRECK. Visited this rat hole that they refer to as "Taco Bell" early this evening (about 5:10 pm on Tuesday, 7/23/19). Since Taco Bell (another location) had messed up my order previously, I received several coupons directly from the company. I tried to redeem one. The employees at this location REFUSED to accept a Taco Bell coupon, stating that I could only order a "ground beef" taco, when the coupon clearly stated " FREE TACO OF YOUR CHOICE". At the bottom of the coupon the fine print stated that only one coupon could be used per person per visit and that the cash value of the coupon was 1/20th of one cent. NOWHERE on the coupon did it say "chicken and steak excluded" - NOWHERE. The first girl at the register refused to place the order, stating that "chicken and steak were too expensive". A second "gentleman" (and I do use that term very loosely in this case) came up and started arguing with me, citing that the "picture of the taco on the coupon was of a ground beef taco", so that was the type of taco that I could redeem the coupon for (again, despite the fact that the coupon stated "FREE TACO OF YOUR CHOICE"). I then got out my phone and started recording these "employees" and their refusal to help. Two of the "gentlemen" working there actually looked as if they were ready to FIGHT me because of the coupon. I have some of this on video as evidence, and the general manager of the store had to pull one of them away from the counter as he was engaging in confrontational behavior. I've been in sales for a decade. I've owned and managed rental properties for 15 years. I also earned a bachelor's degree in business management. Our order took half an hour to make. I ordered the quesadilla meal with chips and cheese. My significant other ordered two 5 layer beefy burritos and a beef supreme burrito for his step dad. We were going to dine in. We waited. The couple who ordered before us got their order in about 10 minutes. The three person family who came and ordered 5 minutes after us also received their order before us. They ordered more food than we did as well. My significant other went and was going to ask what was taking so long with the food but people kept walking past him instead of acknowledging him or saying anything. I took it upon myself to ask the cashier who was walking around doing nothing what was taking so long. She just pointed to the kitchen and walked off. I then asked the manager who also had no clue what was going on and was more concerned with fixing her hair, which should have been in a hair net working in a fast food restaurant, and she asked one of the kitchen guys what he was working on and he said our order. This is quite possibly the most poorly managed fast food restaurant I've ever been to, and having worked as a fast food manager for two years, I know what I mean. I placed an order through their mobile app, and didn't receive my food until over an hour later. Considering that at my restaurant the goal for order to delivery was 90 seconds, this is unacceptable. I placed my order, and when I arrived to check in at the drive through, it was wrapped around the block. I sat in that for 20 minutes without budging before pulling into a parking space and trying my luck in the lobby to find six other people ahead of me. I directly walked up to the only cashier present, who shouted at another employee working drive through regarding my presence to pick up my order, and disappeared only to reappear a few minutes later to walk out after muttering something about being off shift and going home. She was quickly joined by 3 other employees, including whom I found out was the manager (he wasn't wearing any uniform and spent the entire time wandering around and talking on a cordless phone when not swearing at his crew) even though every one of them were all loitering in the parking lot after I got my food (so much for going home). One employee named Napoleon stepped up and tried to take charge of the chaos in lieu of a manager. He personally served the three order ahead of mine that were waiting in the lobby, addressed me by name, verified my order, and began making it while almost single-handedly and simultaneously keeping up the drive through orders that had backed up. He is the only way I didn't demand a refund with my food for my wasted time, and deserves the managerial position wasted on the other schmuck. I went here this morning to grab a quick breakfast before my oil change appointment at the Hyundai dealership on Blanding. I finally have the time to try their new breakfast items. It was about 8:30 when I walked in and stood at the counter for them to take my order. No one shows up to do that for about 15 minutes! I was so frustrated and really wanted to just walk out because I was nearing my appointment time which was 9 AM but I figured hey, I'm already here and I really wanna try this waffle taco thing. A woman finally comes to take my order and I get the A.M. crunch wrap with sausage and the waffle taco with sausage. I get to my car and bite into the waffle taco and think, wow, this sucks! It was so bland and boring. The whole time I was thinking if this had some maple syrup it would be edible. So I look in my bag and there it is, a packet of syrup. It was the saving grace for the waffle taco because it was the only thing that gave it some flavor. The eggs on it were bland and spongy as well. The A.M. crunch wrap I also ordered was pretty decent thankfully. If I ever decide to eat breakfast at Taco Bell again I would probably order another A.M. crunch wrap or maybe try one of the Steak breakfast burritos, those looked pretty good also. I've lived 2 minutes away from this Taco Bell for 4 years and I stop in every few months in hopes of finally seeing a difference in food quality. Every time is the same. I get a Cheesy gordita crunch that isn't cooked correctly. The cheese is never melted in between the Taco she'll because they don't toast the pita bread. I get an uncooked flour-dusted pita with cheese sprinkled on it, and a Taco sat inside of it. Disgusting. I keep having to go to Normandy or orange park which I do because I love Taco Bell but damn... can I go to my closest Taco Bell and at least get the same food the other Taco Bell's? I honestly have no idea why this TB has such poor reviews. This location is closest to my house so we get food from here regularly. I have never once had an issue with my order in the drive-thru. We don't dine in too often but when we do we have great customer service. The last two times we have been greeted by Reginald who is very friendly. It's rare to see someone who is in such a good mood at work but his smile is infectious and makes my experience even better. So I read all the reviews and I have to say I think a few of them are just angry people in general. First off this is Taco Bell. It's not an authentic Mexican Cuisine, it's an American fast food restaurant. I have been going to this Taco Bell for years and I maybe have had my order messed up slightly, twice. The food always tastes fine and as I stated the order is usually correct. Now the wait during certain times can be long but it's on a Main Road near a lot of housing so that's going to happen from time to time. 1/7/18-I went inside taco bell at 8:45pm. The store was nasty and smelled like smoke. I notice an employee sitting at the table and she was digging up her nose. I could not believe it sitting there talking on the phone and digging in her nose. I told the manager and the manager said "Oh she is off the clock". Does being off the clock matter?
