I asked for a soft taco supreme and was given what is essentially a lump of dried out cheese and some chicken. That is all. No supreme about it.

This Taco Bell has improved since they reopened after their remodel.  When it first opened it was chaotic and completely underwhelming, and even maddening because I don't they had gotten their shit together after being closed for so long. Not long after they reopened came COVID-19.  As we all know the world stopped and everyone - literally everyone - had to reevaluate things.   It may sound crazy, but I think COVID helped this location.  They quickly adopted their drive-thru strategy to one that worked VERY well and very speedily.  In my experience their drive-thru delivery times improved dramastically (yea, I made that word up).  Of course, they didn't have to worry about dine-in customers, but their process and their COVID precautions  were spot on.  There was no contact as they handed a bin out to collect your payment and to delivery your food.  Plexiglass covered a part of the drive-thru window to reduce exposure, and your order was sealed once it was prepared and ready for delivery.   I have to give them a High-Five for everything they did to adapt to COVID. Now that the dining room is open again I see those precautions still in place inside.  Plexiglass protectors in front of the registers, closed tables to allow for social distancing, and no common-area condiments, while inconvenient, are a part of keeping people dining in while also keeping them safe. When I said that COVID may have helped this location, I didn't mean just the improved drive-thru, but the inside as well.  They've got their self-order kiosk (which I will never, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever use), but the employees seem to be more pleasant.  Maybe it's because the dining room IS open now, or because things are improving, but the staff I encountered seemed happy and more interested. The dining room was very clean (then again they are at limited capacity) and I was pleasantly surprised at how clean the drink station was. On my last visit I walked into a mostly empty dining room and right up to the register to place my order.  (Yea, self-order kiosk which I will never, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever use....walked right past it).  I placed the order quickly, paid, got my drink and by the time I got to my table my order was ready.  I haven't seen that kind of service time at Taco Bell in ages, and I was impressed.  My food was hot, the order was accurate, and I think it tasted exceptionally good because I wasn't eating it in my car or after having to drive 15 minutes back home to eat lukewarm lunch.  I didn't realize how much I'd missed sitting in a Taco Bell dining room and eating a taco shell that was actually crunchy. Thanks for changing -- and improving -- with the times.

VERY VERY disappoointed with the service and quality of food served at Taco Bell on Taylorsville Rd, Near Hurstborne Lane (in J-Town)! DO NOT plan to return. Went through drive through to order for family (large order 12 pack tacos box, bean burritos, aardvark other food) I was shocked to see the MEDIOCRE portions. All the Tacos were the same when I got home to give to family. Even had a brief tiff at drive-thru about wanted more than a "handful" of sauces. I was told they limit sauces. I explained that even if given 1 sauce per items that would be at least 15 packets. Look at the pictures and you be the judge on appropriateness of quality.

Beef Chalupa Cravings Box I asked for no sour cream or tomatoes (it has sour cream)

I ordered a box - I told them exactly what I wanted for each item, when I pulled over to check my food one item was wrong. I went back in line and got it fixed, I went home and seen two other items that were incorrect as well. I do not recommend this place, they don't answer the phone and I was very nice and understanding with the first mistake. I'm all the way home and I'm upset because I can't go all the way back to replace two additional items I've purchased.

This has always been one of the most consistent Taco Bells. Service is always smooth and fast. Service is friendly. Restaurant is typically clean And inviting. Drive thru line usually flows smoothly and waits are not bad. My go to items are hard shell taco and bean burrito. Off the $1 menu a nice addition is the spicy tostada. Now that I'm writing this review I am hungry for bell.

Consistantly the worst taco bell in the city. The drive thru time on average is about 15-20 minutes

I love the aromas when you walk into a Mexican grocery store. Mexican food has such a wonderful palette that I instantly want to buy everything and start cooking for days. Supermercado Puebla isn't huge. In fact, it's on the small side, but what it lacks in square footage it makes up for in fully stocked shelves. There's seldom open shelf space, and while it may seem cramped and the aisles can be a little tight, it makes sense and everything is logically arranged. The meat counter in the back is a constant hub of activity, with 3 or 4 people cutting, packaging, and seasoning meats. The produce area is my favorite of the store, stocking fresh everyday veggies as well as Mexican veggies. And, hand to god, the best jalapeños I can find in town. Seriously THE BEST! Mexican is very much the prominent language here (expectedly), but for the most part the staff will do their best to help you find something or answer any questions. From seasonings to sauces to kitchen utensils to fresh cut meats to amazing produce to Mexican candies to glass-bottle Coke® (THE BEST!) Supermercado Puebla is as great as a neighborhood market.

Their salsa Verde sauce here is really really good! My tacos were all well seasoned, from asada to my chorizo and pollo. Tacos came with lots of cilantro and lime which was great. My 3 year old son ate all his chicken quesadillas too so you know the food isn't that bad, lol! They also have a supermarket where there have a diverse group of traditional sauces and spices. Lots of hot sauces, dried peppers, and even poultry. The diced steak is convenient if you want to make tacos at home. You can grab their traditional sweet bread from the bakery too. This place is a must see hidden gem!

The inside has been completely re-done and is much brighter and roomier than FDKY. Gone is the sectioned off area and all the firefighter memorabilia. Instead the walls are brightly and sparsely decorated in a Mexican motif. El Taco Loco is a full service dining experience. The menu is sizable and varies, with specialties and traditional dishes. For my first visit I got the nachos. About the nachos I've this to say: Holy Hell! That's a lotta nacho, and it was DELICIOUS. And, before someone asks, no I wasn't able to eat all of it. The servers are very friendly and helpful. High marks for glass bottle Mexican Coke®. The restaurant is very clean, with tables being cleared right after a table empties, and I like the team work ethic. The servers help each other take care of the tables. I love teamwork. We've been looking for a restaurant to add to our Friday dinner rotation. I think El Taco Loco just earned a spot on that list.

We were all excited about being there for dinner and we had 5 new residents come that had never eaten with our group before. In fact plenty came early to take advantage of your Happy Hour Specials. Thank you for having the tables lined up so nicely. We had our friends scattered all over the place. They were chatting with their friends, some were at the bar ordering their drinks and some had ordered appetizers and some like me were trying to figure out what I wanted to eat. My husband ordered the Tropical Quesadilla that he really loved. It had Chicken, Ham, Pineapple, and American Cheese. I chose the Quesadilla Fajita, but I only had the Chicken and Queso put on it. It would have had peppers and onions and other items I can't eat. So I left them off. I think next time I'll try tacos with chicken on them. We really enjoyed the staff. Eder took the orders from the window and Mary was the bar tender. Juana delivered our food. She almost knew what everyone had ordered and made it very easy to get our orders. The soft drinks were in a self service machine and were right next to the sweetened ice tea and unsweet tea. My unsweetened tea was delicious!! Everyone sitting around me really enjoyed their food and the portions were large. Many were saying they were coming back again. Eder, Mary and Juana did an awesome job. Thank you, Robyn

I had a traditional carnitas taco and this visit the pork was tough and very overcooked. Not inedible but not the tenderness expected. I love my brisket taco and toppings. We opted for waters tonight and were able to self serve at the fountain. The crowd was sparse tonight and it was nice to not fight for a table and hang out awhile.
