We ordered a lot of food but we're very polite to the workers, we forgot drinks and were at the window and said "we don't mean to be a bother but can we add" and we're immediately cut off but the worker saying that we needed to go around again if we wanted to add anything, I wouldn't think it would be a big deal but the way he went about it was very rude and shut the window right after. I ask for no tomatoes and they always put them on, apparently you can't special order things here (not like I am asking for all kinds of crazy stuff)! So my friend and I went in to this Taco Bell after class and wanted to sit, eat, and have a good conversation. Well that couldn't happen because as we were eating are less than average food the owners (we assume) came into the Taco Bell and shutdown the whole scene.. they got really uncomfortably close to us and were talking extremely loud about plans for lighting. Afterwards they went out to the parking lot and preceded to circle up and have a cigarette or two. If I could give a zero I would. I did an online order on Monday, March 14th 2022 at 10:45pm. My order went through and it said it was ready to be picked up. The door was locked so my boyfriend went through the drive thru. When he got up to the window and said he had an online order, they proceeded to tell him there was no order at their store. He showed them the online receipt and the email copy of the order. They basically told him he was shit out of luck. Whoever was running the window should honestly be fired. read more

Last week "Sorry we cannot take cash". Another time 7:30am, lights are on, people inside and I sat by the drive up speaker for 5 minutes only to hear Crickets. It's taco bell. Nothing special. The employees are usually nice, if sometimes unprofessional. This particular location seems to always have a longer than usual wait in the drive through and I never get the hard tacos because they are often soggy. Especially the dorito tacos. I have actually came back and exchanged tacos before because I couldn't get the cardboard off the tacos, it had been completely destroyed by the soggy taco. But... it's taco bell. This is the Taco Bell location closest to where I work, so I'm here fairly often. The food is pretty much always what you expect. The staff is always professional, more so than you'd expect from a taco bell. Often the drive thru staff remembers me and what I like for sauces, etc. I'd say this is probably the best run taco bell in the area. Even if the line is wrapped around the building you're through in under 15 minutes, something you can't say for a lot of other places in the area. read more
