Bad service cannot even make a sandwich correctly. Went in this past Monday 1 Dec, won't do that again. Stay Away.

Still service is just not good. Called in advance to make an order for 2 soups and the kid said he was going to put it on the side but when we got there another found out he didn't put anything on the side and the other worker sold the soups. This subway location is the closest to my home so I've definitely been here numerous times and ordered via doordash/uber eats lol. I like going in to order because then my order is never wrong, and when i ask for extra there is definitely going to be extra sauce in my sandwich. also because when you go in its better because there is more of a drink selection. this location however does not participate in a lot of the in app promotions like their BOGO deals, so i always have to order from the app and pickup from a different location. I did an order via door dash and they got me and my husbands order completely wrong like all the veggies and sauces were in mine and his were all the sauces and veggies i wanted in my sandwich. how could you get an order completely wrong? anyways i do prefer going in to this location because that way your order won't be wrong. read more

I have not been here in forever because I don't live on this side of the island. They've got there stuff together. They wash between each order and put on new gloves. I am allergic to pork and when I asked them to change their gloves they did in a flash. The sandwiches have good portions and they listen to what the customer is asking for. It may be what some say is a simple job, but they got the order correct and gave great customer service. I highly recommend this Subway. read more

I've ordered via mobile app from this subway twice in the past month. When I go there to pickup my order, there is no napkins in the bag. I ask for napkins & the worker tells me there's napkins in the bag. I tell her there isn't any. She insists it's at the bottom of the bag. I tell her there's no napkins at all in my bag. This location has managed to mess up my order every time I go there. Maybe it's my fault that I choose to use the app to order ahead but I dont think I should have to "supervise" workers just to make sure they get it right. I ask for no oil/vinegar, my sandwich is doused to the point where my entire sandwich is soggy and inedible due to the overpowering vinegar taste. Ask for things on the side and not in the sandwich, it ends up in the sandwich. Request no mayo, and it's overloaded with mayo. This is my neighborhood subway. It's hard to find a good subway you know, where they don't smash your bread, put too little or too much toppings on your sandwich. This location does everything just right, of course you have to be wary about what time you go. If it's lunch or dinner there could be a slight wait time if you don't mind. 2 to 3 workers only have so many hands you know. My go to sandwiches are the tuna and chicken teriyaki, which they automatically assume I'm getting when they see me walk in, but I like to throw them off once in a while and do something different lol read more

I eat at this location as it's close to home. Generally I've found subway to be like McDonald's in that the menu is the same regardless of where you go. Its the service and people that make the difference. This store has both, good service even when busy they move along and pretty good employees. I haven't had a bad experience but I'm sure it'll happen everyone has an off day sooner or later. My current favorite is the steak and provolone cheese. The meats always tender and good flavor. Don't know why they ask about heating it up..to me that would be normal for steak and cheese, but that's just me. It's my neighborhood Subway. When I get the craving for Subway, this is usually the first place I hit up. Subway, as a whole, is as you would expect from the national chain. Of course, there's the "it's $6 instead of $5 footlong" and the confusion of the breakfast menu. How can you offer a breakfast menu when most of the locations don't open until 10am? Anyway, minor gripes aside, this Subway gets a pass because I really don't like any of the other Subways around my area. I can be assured that these guys won't be stingy with the ingredients and that the sandwich should taste as it should. Sometimes, the unexpected isn't desired with some food. Two starts only for the efforts of the two associates that were trying their best and working very hard. The manager (Allison who wore glasses) really didn't seem like she wanted to be at work. Very sassy and not paying attention to her associates. It was pretty busy when I arrived. When it was my turn for Allison to place the vegetables on my orders the lettuce and tomatoes ran out so she said she'll be right back. One of her associates told her that there was one more lettuce up front but Allison ignored her. Waited at least 2.5 minutes for Allison to return (which is a very long time when there's a line of people waiting) and displayed an angry face when she discovered the lettuce was replenished- should've listened and pay attention to your associates. Indications of Allison not wanting to be at work was noticeable frustrations, slamming down pens when they wouldn't work for her, showing that she was irritated when the cashier needed assistance with the register, and a bit of a rude behavior when servicing the customers. Need better management to lead the hard working associates. Especially now when it is hard to find employees and with the unemployment rate in hawaii being at it's all time low. read more

I eat here often cause it's quick and easy, but I've never been to a more shady Subway. Don't get me wrong, everyone is nice and this place is super clean.
